Toilet didn’t flush properly. Breakfast no included. They charge $50 Euros per person for breakfast. internet TV just worked with android. We order a cocktail, barman wasn’t in, they couldn’t make it for us. Hotel is good, no excellent, and we didn’t feel VIP upgrade

Perfect for those who want to stay outside the center/downtown Milan but still not far of a drive, 15 mins. Underground parking is safe, delicious breakfast buffet. Best part is the room we booked in, huge, spacious with balconies!! Check in was fast and smooth!

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen. Vis à vis ein Supermarkt, 2x pro Woche ein Strassenmarkt. Dom auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar, der Weg führt durch den Park Sempione. 2 Elektroladestationen in der Tiefgarage. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu, die Geräuschisolation der Fenster nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir werden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

The hotel internal and external carpet was very dirty, and the bathrooms were full of black mold. The staff accepted and changed our room to those in the 6th floor, which felt nice and understanding. However the bathrooms on the 6th floor were barely any better. Just the room was slightly bigger and had a coffee machine. But our problem was not solved and because of our hyper allergy to mold, we had very bad night and experience, as we could not use the shower.

O quarto era muito bom e conservado, apenas o carpete que estava bem manchado. O banheiro era bom, tive um problema com a banheira, mas consertaram. O café da manhã era excelente, simplesmente perfeito, mais completo impossível. A localização é boa, próximo à linha roxa do metrô.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und bedürfen einer Renovierung. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gibt es viel Luft nach oben. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Lage, die Betten sind Recht gut, das Frühstück ist solide und hat eine große Auswahl. Leider waren hier die Pancakes kalt. Dienstags und Samstags ist vor dem Hotel ein Wochenmarkt - hat durchaus seinen Charm. Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit den Öffis erreichbar und es gibt recht kurze Wege in Stadion und die Altstadt. Nur vom und zum Flughafen Linate muss man ein paar Mal umsteigen. Zurück zum Hotel an sich - die Mitarbeiter sind grundsätzlich freundlich, könnten aber mehr Rücksicht nehmen auf Leute die kein italienisch oder nicht perfekt Englisch sprechen. Es wirkt als wolle das Hotel gehoben sein, ist es aber bei weitem nicht. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

The front desk are amazing, they helped us a lot, I'm a disabled customer and they treated me very well specially Alessia anshe went above and beyond to help me Nicola was also very very helpful, we had a few special situations due to external issues and they were a tremendous help. The hotel is good and clean, the breakfast is good as well, but what made it special for was the customer service.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I felt like they don’t feel comfortable helping customers in English but regardless it was easy to communicate with them. I thought it was strange they would just add one Kleenex to the empty box instead of replacing the entire thing when it’s clearly empty.

Stayed 4 nights in the hotel for vacation. Bed was a bit hard but that is very individual preference. Very good service from staff when needed. Forgot something in the safe and they were helpful in getting this sent to me in the next city. One thing to point at was the shower had a too short hose so for me this was a uncomfortable solution, I am 187cm and found it a bit cumbersome to use. Close to Metro station that got us around Milano.

A 5 day trip to Milan. Modern hotel about 2 miles from Central Station and Douma. Nearby Metro station makes access to city centre easy. Excellent breakfasts, staff very friendly. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 or ten walk from hotel. Street market outside hotel on Saturdays.

Hôtel convenable mais pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Chambre donnant sur la route avec une fenêtre qui ne fermait pas complètement , nous avons passé tout notre séjour avec le bruit des voitures passantes. Nous avons trouvé des bouts de verres cassés par terres et enfin lorsque nous avons voulu dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, on n’a pas pu qu’il n’avait pas ouvert la vrai salle du restaurant mais seulement 3/4 table à côté du bar.
