Worst location possible if you are a woman alone with heavy luggage as it is blocks away from uber drop off and right on the duomo plaza area. walls are practically nonexistent when it comes to sound from other rooms nearby. The breakfast is not worth it so don't add it. But design was stunning, service was great. So i would stay again.

I really love this place. The location couldn’t be better and the staff is lovely. It’s a cool hotel with a very special design. I also love the bar which is the perfect place to start end end your stay. Would highly recommend.

This hotel was in an amazing spot close to all sites… perfect location especially because we were only there for one day and one night. There is valet parking but we had a hard time getting to the hotel with our vehicle so we found an offsite parking on our own The hotel is amazing modern clean very beautiful

Front desk offered no benefits for either Expedia platinum or Bonvoy gold elite status (we have both). Spa was closed for repairs which was half the reason we booked this property. Nice building but nothing to offer beside that.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complain is at night there was a weird smell of dirty waters. Maybe since the city is old that happens. Also I would’ve liked toiletries supplies in the bathroom like a toothbrush. Otherwise, good place and great location.

Abbiamo cambiato camera 2 volte perché la tv non funzionava. Il bagno non è per niente addato e al mio parere come architetto è anche periculoso. Non ti forniscono tappetini è il box bagno non tiene l’acqua dentro, lasciando tutto bagnato è scivoloso. Non si riesci ad aprire la doccia senza bagnarsi tutto perché la manopola è posizionata malissimo. Quindi per regolare l’acqua deve stare sotto acqua. Camera molto rumorosa è sveglia inaspettata alle 4:00 del mattino ad’opera degli operatori addetti al recupero del vetro. Terribile ! Odore forte e fastidioso di prodotto chimiche per la pulizia. Letto dialogo di rotelle non autoblocanti e di conseguenza al minimo movimento si spostava ed ero costerà ad alzearmi per rimetterlo a posto. Hotel 4 stelle dove ho dovuto io portare le valigie in camera. Doccia piena di calcare e infiltrazione con consequeza di caduta dell’acqua non solo dal docinho ma da gran parte del succinto e della doccia stessa. Aspetterei rimborso parziale

The hotel is a great location and the staff are really helpful and nice. That’s about it . The amount of dust from the suites we stayed in was absolutely ridiculous. The concept of a design hotel is great but the layout of the rooms give dust a lot of spaces to hide. It was suffocating the amount of dust was in the rooms. The washrooms were not functional / practical , they work but no vanity to rest your toiletries hot water was iffy and the floor was raised. We had to be moved cause the shower broke in our initial suite which hotel concierge got us upgraded to a huge suit which was great. But more space for more dust , same issue with the washroom, this time the tub was leaky and there was just loads of dirt stains and cracked tiles. The housekeeping in this hotel is horrible. Honesty the rating is just based on location and staff but to be honest they’re so many options in Milan I don’t think it’s worth it .

I liked nothing about this property. The loudest place I have ever stayed and staff seemed to not care about the screamng and shouting. The staff lied about fixing the air conditioning 2x. Room Service was like a fast food joint, plastic and food packets... If you do not mind staying up all night, this is the place for you.

My family (2x Daughters, 1x Wife) stayed for four nights in late October. The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel itself is Ok, but not amazing. The rooms are functional but the style is 'cold'. There are no draws, only space to hang clothes. There is one plug per room, we booked two rooms. The mini bar is Ok, they provide coffee machine tablets but no coffee machine. The bathroom floods, there are limited toiletries. It's an Ok 4* hotel, not ideal for a family in hindsight. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Room Service was like a fast food joint, plastic and food packets... If you do not mind staying up all night, this is the place for you.

Wonderful staff and hotel, location is great. Right in the heart of everything but things really settle down after dinner on the street. Walkable to other great parts of Milan like Brera and the Navigli canals. We had the hotel organize transportation from the airport, everything went smoothly. First class place. Will stay here again.

Great place to stay at if you want to be in heart of Milan , close to great shopping and attractions, very convenient to get to central train station , amazing staff and very friendly, we’ll for sure stay there again . We where there for Christmas and New Year’s Eve and it was very fun ,the hotel is just 1 minute walk to Christmas market and Duamo
