O hotel surpreendeu bastante. Próximo à estação central, tudo funciona perfeitamente. A recepção é composta por uma equipe bastante profissional e atenciosa. Quartos bem limpos e com uma cozinha bem equipada. A academia do hotel é bem organizada e atende perfeitamente. A disponibilidade de água mineral à vontade e máquina de café na recepção é realmente uma grande vantagem. Adoramos o hotel.

Very spacious room. No breakfast option however croissants available in lobby along with tea coffee etc. Water fountain also available. Wi-Fi was available. Although not in the centre of the city access to all parts by the Metro was easy. Also close to Central Station for trips to Bergamo etc. Metro to Linate Airport took only 35 minutes and was very reasonable.

Great place to stay at! Gym is nice and well equipped. The hotel also provided some pastries in the morning and there is also a Nespresso machine for coffee. We can take water freely from the fridge at lobby which was great.

Excellent accommodation quite close to the central train station. Wonderful suite, big comfy bed, fine shower, kichenette. Washing macihne and dryer (3 euros) in the basement. Well equipped gym. Helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Stay was OK, the photos of the reception look great and in reality was lovely. Receptionist was great and very friendly and helpful. The free coffee and water was a nice touch. Once in the room the furniture and look of the room was a bit dated. It was noisy from the corridor and sound from other rooms so you really hear other people coming and going from their rooms. A bit disappointing overall.

Lovely staff, greated very warmly and goven lots of helpful information. The coffee machine was free to use and made lovely espressos. Was also free water in a fridge which was lovely to have. Our room was very clean. Bed a bit hard but no big deal. Had a huge bath that myself and wife could both go in. Gorgeous soaps/shower gel to use. Water pressure wasnt great to fill tub or for shower which would be only minor complaint. Would gladly go back.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable property. We walked there from the Milano Centrale station, check in was quick and easy. The room we were given seemed bigger than the photos which was a plus. There is complementary coffee and sparkling water in the lobby you can access at any time. Walk to a nearby supermarket for supplies for a simple meal using the well equipped kitchen. We would stay again.

Definatey needs some maintenance. We should hqv3 beenb told there was noisy comstruction next door. Paint was peeling in bathroom and taps in sink needed maintenance.

We (4 adults) stayed in the penthouse suite. I was expected a hotel room, but it was a full apartment, with a terrace! Spacious, comfortable, in a good location, we will book here again. Only criticism: there’s something mechanical that squeaks about every two minutes, constantly. Would be a problem for light sleepers.

Ubicación estupenda a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la estación central, estudio amplio y cama comida, muy bien insonorizada. La cocina es pequeña y muy básica pero para nosotros era mas que suficiente aunque si echamos de menos una tostadora. La zona de estar poco practica. Hay caja fuertes empotrada.

A lot of details, let’s just mention the last one. Checking out in early morning, instructed to place the key in white box, press the bottom and out. Sounds simple. Trying to get out as was told , But the second door 10 ft away and shot right after the first. We were trapped, missed our bus. Two wires on the door 220 v connected with a piece of tape , destroyed multiple times but no one wants to fix it. We were back and force trying to connect those f… wires without electrocuted. The details u can add yourself!!

I had booked a luxury apartment through expedia for three adults, however the day we checked in, we were given a smaller room (executive room). We didn’t realize it until the last night of our stay. I went to the front desk to question about our room mix-up, the girl at the front desk said it was an upgrade. I asked her how could it be an upgrade when I had already booked a luxury apartment, she had no answer. Our room number 34 was very small and didn’t look like the photo on Expedia.

Note the fact that the front desk closes at 8pm. Not mentioned in Expedia ad, on Sundays it closes at 6pm. They WILL make arrangements so that you can get a key in a dropbox if you email them 3 days beforehand but you may need to phone the hotel on the day of arrival to prod them into sending you the email with details. Also, make sure your cell phone has a light: it's hard at night to find the location where the key fob needs to be plugged in to get the lights in your room to go on. Rooms are nice and spacious.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent! It was spacious, clean with complimentary wine that we loved. Check-in and out was a breeze. Location was great, safe and a short walk from the Milano station. Lots to do around the area. Would definitely book with them again!

Very accommodating staff. We came in after hours and they sent us an email with info on how to get in. I intentionally booked a room with a double and 2 single beds because I have a 16yo boy and 10 yo girl who do not sleep together. We got there we ended up having a king bed and one double pull out. Being that it was after hours we had to make due for that night, but they were very accommodating and moved us to a different room the next day. The location is close to the train station and a bit sketchy at night. There were not a lot of food or market choices near by. There were a lot of restraunts listed on google maps but most were not open.

Lovely apartment, great amenities and staff, overall a great place to stay. There is nothing in tie neighbourhood, it’s run down and not great however it is 8 minutes by metro from the center of town. I would stay again as the apartment itself was great.

I walked into the room and was pleasantly surprised at how large, clean, and comfortable it was. The bathroom was huge and the shower was amazing! The hotel is well-situated to Milano Centrale train station. However, it is a long walk from tourist attractions. I happen to like walking, so the 47 minutes to get to La Scala, the Duomo, etc. was not a problem. However, others may not appreciate that long walk each way. The hotel is located near a Metro line, so that should help. I appreciated the friendly manager, Michael, and all he did to help me navigate the area. He also recommended an area restaurant that was excellent!

Property was great. Check in was seamless and warm greeting on arrival. Offered free water from the fridge and fresh croissants each morning, as well as coffee and tea. Room was roomy and clean, ideal for a 3 night stay. Scaffolding around the back of the building but not an issue with the blockout shutters. Great place, highly recommend.

As others stated, the proximity to central station is convenient. The central station has a food court with apretivo so you can eat whenever you're hungry and don't have to wait. The room had plenty of space to spread out. Great cappuccino machine and croissants at breakfast. AC thankfully!!

Good location within walking distance of train station, metro, and grocery stores. Kitchen was very useful, nice room and bathroom. Air conditioning works! Free Nespresso in the lobby (tea kettle in the room) and fresh pastries in the morning. Note the lobby hours, the hotel gets locked for the night.
