This is my favorite hotel in Italy. It has a charming old-fashioned style combined with a very high standard. My room even had two bathrooms and a jacuzzi, which made the stay extra comfortable. The swimming pool and restaurant are lovely, and there is a cozy bar where you can enjoy cocktails in the evening. The staff is fantastic and always very welcoming. I will definitely come back again.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement proche de la gare de montecatini et prendre le train pour visiter les villes environnantes ( LUCCA , PRATO ,FLORENCE....) Ne vous attendez pas à un hôtel moderne et 4* actuel , mais si vous aimez les anciens palace celui ci devrait vous convenir . Il mériterait toutefois des travaux de rénovation pour lui donner une seconde jeunesse . La piscine n'est pas un bassin de 25m mais suffisante pour se rafraichir après une journée à balader dans les rues de florence , le petit déjeuner est correct , les chambres sont propres malgré une odeur d'humidité dés l'entrée . La chambre est climatisée mais cette dernière n'est pas suffisamment puissante ou trop ancienne pour rafraichir la chambre correctement . Concernant le personnel , il a toujours été à notre écoute et donné entière satisfaction .
