Masseria Salinola was everything we hoped a stay at a family-run masseria in Puglia would be: charming, intimate and incredibly welcoming. With only 12 rooms, there was a wonderful sense of connection here that we didn’t experience at larger hotels. We found ourselves chatting with other guests throughout our stay, which made it feel less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into a small community. If you stay here, you absolutely must have dinner at the masseria at least once. Dinner is served by candlelight under the trees on the patio, with fire pits glowing nearby, and the entire setting is simply stunning. It was one of those experiences where the atmosphere becomes as memorable as the meal itself. The family-run nature of Masseria Salinola gives it a warmth and personality that is difficult to manufacture. It was charming, beautiful and genuinely special, and exactly the kind of experience we were hoping to find in Puglia. We would absolutely recommend it.

The staff was super friendly, it felt like staying at a family farm, the food was really good too, would definitely recommend and it’s very centrally located to see multiple towns and see the water on both sides
