Vi hade en fin vecka på hotellet! Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig, speciellt tjejen i poolbaren. Hotellet låg 25 minuters promenad från piazzan i Ostuni. Inga problem att gå dit. Observera att det inte finns någon affär i närheten. Frukosten var okej, men inget märkvärdigt. Den lätta lunchen i poolbaren var superbra! Vi blev väldigt förvånade över att det inte fanns restaurang på hotellet när det stod att det skulle finnas här på hotels.com. Det var en besvikelse. Känslan var att hotellet har haft sina glansdagar, som vi också tror att flera av bilderna är från. Skulle behöva rustad upp! Det finns stor potential. Allt som allt är vi nöjda med veckan och njöt ordentligt vid poolen.

Desde luego este hotel no deja indiferente, nada más llegar te reciben unas vistas increíbles de Ostuni y una vez dentro los empleados nos recibieron con un trato inmejorable, pero cuando llegas a la habitación es como haber hecho un salto al pasado, es cierto que todo estaba muy limpio pero la moqueta del suelo y el mobiliario anticuado te dejaba un poco impactado y más impactados nos quedamos cuando llegamos al área de la piscina y nos encontramos con unas instalaciones modernas y preciosas. Parecían dos hoteles distintos. El buffet super completo y riquísimo. Valorando pros y contras para nosotros es un clarísimo si. Solo usamos el hotel para dormir una noche y refrescarnos del calor de Ostuni, y nos resultó práctico y hasta divertido toda su extravagancia, eso sí nada de andar descalzos por la habitación.

Alors, on peut clairement dire que l’on en a pour son prix. L’hôtel est ancien, dans son jus mais propre, et les peintures sont fraîches. La climatisation fonctionne bien. J’ai choisi ce logement pour le côté authentique, un retour dans le passé. La literie est bonne mais les coussins sont mauvais. Nous sommes arrivés un samedi soir, le déjeuner du dimanche matin nous a semblé royal, bien servi, beaucoup de produits même en salé ce qui est rare en Italie ! Surtout que c’était le plus fourni de notre séjour, et nous avons été dans des hôtels 4 étoiles parfois. Cependant le lundi matin, cela nous a surpris, nous avons eu les restes de le veille, les viennoiseries étaient ok, mais c’était moins achalandé, les bouteilles d’eau étaient entamées (c’est bête de gaspiller je comprends). Pour ce qui est de la piscine, waouw ! Le cadre est incroyable, c’est assez nature ! Belle vue. Le liner est un peu vert sur le dessus mais elle est propre. L’hôtel est de 1969, donc certes assez ancien et il n’a pas été modernisé, mais il a une vue incroyable et le personnel est vraiment bien. Les photos ne mentent pas.

Up on a hill overlooking Ostuni, Hotel Incanto is charming and tells its story of a strong character in its heyday. Old. But beautiful and has all the charm of somewhere you want to stay to visit the past. Clean and with an incredible view! The staff helped me check in even though I was there very very late (midnight).

Siamo stati in questo hotel solo per una notte e, nel breve tempo che ci siamo stati, abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare l'ottima posizione con splendido affaccio della camera sulla valle d'Itria e su Ostuni, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale alla reception e sala colazione, lo spazio esterno in cui si trova la piscina. Elementi negativi: l'hotel è datato per cui la stanza aveva arredi antiquati e bagno piccolo e poco funzionale. Se non si hanno grandi pretese, si sta comunque bene.

Desde luego este hotel no deja indiferente, nada más llegar te reciben unas vistas increíbles de Ostuni y una vez dentro los empleados nos recibieron con un trato inmejorable, pero cuando llegas a la habitación es como haber hecho un salto al pasado, es cierto que todo estaba muy limpio pero la moqueta del suelo y el mobiliario anticuado te dejaba un poco impactado y más impactados nos quedamos cuando llegamos al área de la piscina y nos encontramos con unas instalaciones modernas y preciosas. Parecían dos hoteles distintos. El buffet super completo y riquísimo. Valorando pros y contras para nosotros es un clarísimo si. Solo usamos el hotel para dormir una noche y refrescarnos del calor de Ostuni, y nos resultó práctico y hasta divertido toda su extravagancia, eso sí nada de andar descalzos por la habitación.

È una struttura molto datata ,avrebbe bisogno di una importante ristrutturazione. Si trova in una posizione panoramica bellissima, ha una bella piscina in mezzo al verde. Nella stanza , la moquette sul pavimento è veramente datata e anche i bagni sono minimal. Se l’hotel venisse aggiornato sarebbe un posto magico. Anche per la colazione il minimo essenziale.

L'hotel Incanto è una struttura di oltre 50 anni di età posta in una posizione eccellente con una vista su Ostuni e sul mare incantevole. Purtroppo vista l'età e la mancanza di aggiornamenti che avrebbero dovuto essere effettuati nel tempo, avrebbe bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione 1 - Ristrutturare i bagni 2 - Mettere a norma impianto elettrico che appare veramente obsoleto 3 - Sostituire la moquette con altro tipo di pavimentazione Comunque a parte questo, sarebbe ancora in grado di offrire un soggiorno piacevole se non fosse per la quantità di rumori assolutamente insopportabili che abbiamo dovuto sopportare durante la notte. Eravamo sistemati al 4° piano in una nottata di grande vento e sulla terrazza soprastante si sentiva sbattere di tutto oltre ad un forte sibilo causato dal vento. Praticamente non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio e di conseguenza neanche a riposare un pò. Colazione nella norma

Alors, on peut clairement dire que l’on en a pour son prix. L’hôtel est ancien, dans son jus mais propre, et les peintures sont fraîches. La climatisation fonctionne bien. J’ai choisi ce logement pour le côté authentique, un retour dans le passé. La literie est bonne mais les coussins sont mauvais. Nous sommes arrivés un samedi soir, le déjeuner du dimanche matin nous a semblé royal, bien servi, beaucoup de produits même en salé ce qui est rare en Italie ! Surtout que c’était le plus fourni de notre séjour, et nous avons été dans des hôtels 4 étoiles parfois. Cependant le lundi matin, cela nous a surpris, nous avons eu les restes de le veille, les viennoiseries étaient ok, mais c’était moins achalandé, les bouteilles d’eau étaient entamées (c’est bête de gaspiller je comprends). Pour ce qui est de la piscine, waouw ! Le cadre est incroyable, c’est assez nature ! Belle vue. Le liner est un peu vert sur le dessus mais elle est propre. L’hôtel est de 1969, donc certes assez ancien et il n’a pas été modernisé, mais il a une vue incroyable et le personnel est vraiment bien. Les photos ne mentent pas.

Siamo stati in questo hotel solo per una notte e, nel breve tempo che ci siamo stati, abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare l'ottima posizione con splendido affaccio della camera sulla valle d'Itria e su Ostuni, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale alla reception e sala colazione, lo spazio esterno in cui si trova la piscina. Elementi negativi: l'hotel è datato per cui la stanza aveva arredi antiquati e bagno piccolo e poco funzionale. Se non si hanno grandi pretese, si sta comunque bene.

Alors, on peut clairement dire que l’on en a pour son prix. L’hôtel est ancien, dans son jus mais propre, et les peintures sont fraîches. La climatisation fonctionne bien. J’ai choisi ce logement pour le côté authentique, un retour dans le passé. La literie est bonne mais les coussins sont mauvais. Nous sommes arrivés un samedi soir, le déjeuner du dimanche matin nous a semblé royal, bien servi, beaucoup de produits même en salé ce qui est rare en Italie ! Surtout que c’était le plus fourni de notre séjour, et nous avons été dans des hôtels 4 étoiles parfois. Cependant le lundi matin, cela nous a surpris, nous avons eu les restes de le veille, les viennoiseries étaient ok, mais c’était moins achalandé, les bouteilles d’eau étaient entamées (c’est bête de gaspiller je comprends). Pour ce qui est de la piscine, waouw ! Le cadre est incroyable, c’est assez nature ! Belle vue. Le liner est un peu vert sur le dessus mais elle est propre. We have spent 4 nights at Incanto and We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff is amazing and they are so kind and make you feel very welcome. The pool area is very beautiful with a huge pool and lots of sunbeds with amazing view to the garden and Ostuni. The breakfast area is beautiful with huge vindows with amazing view to Ostuni and the sea. The breakfast itself is very good with a lot of options and wonderful coffee and all sorts of Italian pastries. The rooms are very clean vith stunning views. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful and we can highly recommend it.
