Al momento della prenotazione era chiaramente indicata la presenza di un parcheggio che in realtà l'albergo non ha. Abbiamo dovuto quindi avvalerci del parcheggio della stazione. Credo che non sia corretto indicare che l'albergo ha disponibilità di parcheggio!

Hotel comodo in tutto e per tutto Standard HN - pulito - ottima colazione con parecchia scelta e attenta anche ai gluten free e ai bambini. Non hanno parcheggio proprio ma una convenzione con un parcheggio praticamente a 10mt dall’entrata in hotel

Esperienza sicuramente positiva, la collocazione dell'albergo è comodissima per una passeggiata tra la stazione e il centro; la struttura è modernissima, l'accoglienza gradevole, la colazione ricca. Da rimarcare che il rilascio della camera è alle 12 (non alle 10 come molti hotel pretendono), con tolleranza di ulteriore tempo. L'unica cosa mancante è il parcheggio, che costringe a usufruire di parcheggi privati nei pressi (circa 100-200 metri), con costi tra i 15 e i 22 euro/die; oppure, come ho fatto io, a parcheggiare sulle strisce blu, con difficile ricerca del posto, e convenienza solo nel weekend dato che la domenica non si paga.

Ottimo hotel vicino al centro città. Si raggiungono molte attrazioni con una breve passeggiata. Stanza pulita e con tutto il necessario. Forse da rivedere la temperatura della stanza perché all'interno faceva veramente molto caldo. Per il resto nulla da segnalare.

Hotel in buona posizione vicino parcheggio molo4, ottima reception, e possibilità di molti servizi che non abbiamo utilizzato. Hotel 4 stelle....però onestamente la strada è molto rumorosa, la camera stile anni 80 e le condizioni del bagno erano di un hotel a 2 stelle (vasca da bagno con un po di muffe, colore muro che si sgretolava e spazi bagno studiati molto male.

Das Hotel liegt an einer 4spurigen Strasse die die City und den Hafen bedient, allerdings nur wenige hundert Meter vom Triest Centrale entfernt. Es hat Schallschutzfenster und unser Hotelzimmer war tiptop renoviert. Badezimmer sehr neu das Bett angenehm fest und gross. Das Frühstück hat von Süss über Gesund bis Herzhaft ein gutes Angebot. Die Servicekräfte sind überall hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wichtiges Argument für uns, war der 24- Std. Checkin, da wir erst gegen 24 Uhr einchecken konnten. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in der Stadt bzw.am Hafen.

The property is well-maintained. The only problem I had was that the air conditioning in my room wasn't working. I called guest services and in less than five minutes, someone was knocking at my door. They tried to fix it, but it didn't work. If you are taking a cruise, I recommend this hotel due to its closeness to the port and the train station.

Bathroom is designed by someone who doesn’t know basics. Toilet is just behind the door so you have to close the bathroom door. If someone will open will crush your knees or give you thrashing on the feet. Tea coffee maker should not be at eye level high. Closet is just for hangers. No drawers to keep stuff.

I got a very friendly welcome at check in and was given my room at 1pm. The hotel faces onto a busy road and it was difficult to sleep. The following morning, to start with my shower was only dispensing scalding hot water, then only cold water and finally no water. I reported this problem to reception but got no real response. The usual hotel guff about nobody having this problem previously. The breakfast is bad value at €14 with plastic ham, tasteless cheese and a poor selection of bread and pastries. There is better value a short walk away. On the positive side it is close to the train station and the city centre.

This hotel is a low budget third class motel. It’s maybe a TWO star facility. AC terrible. TV terrible, general appearance shabby and old. Receptionists favorite word is “sorry”. My wife and I are “sorry “ that you let us book this dump. It was quiet though.

Sabrina and her colleagues at the front desk were AMAZING!!! Even when they were busy with heavy check-in times they were always super hospitable. However, Erico, the bartender, ruined the vibe. Here's what happened. On Saturday evening we saw an unattended table with food in the bar, which was filled with happy guests. Just back from a long day, we brought the food back to our room. There was no sign that it was for a private event, so we assumed it was "happy hour bar food" for all. Later, when we left for dinner, I dropped the dishes off. Ericho started speaking to me in a loud tone as if scolding a child asking questions such as "what made you think you could take that food?" and "Who told you it was okay to take that?" He did not allow me to provide a full response and never did explain what we had done wrong. Was this for a special event? Were we supposed to have paid? (There were no signs indicating either.) This was very embarrassing.

Ho apprezzato molto la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale della reception e della signora che si occupa della pulizia delle stanze. La stanza, ristrutturata di recente, era molto silenziosa e i letti comodi. Tuttavia, mi sono estremamente infastidita quando durante la colazione (pagata anticipatamente con tariffa non rimborsabile) nella giornata di martedì sono stata sollecitata due volte da una signora, in maniera molto prepotente e maleducata, ad andare via immediatamente solo perché erano trascorsi pochi minuti dopo le ore 10:00 e non avevo ancora terminato di consumare ciò che avevo già nel piatto mentre il personale era comunque impegnato con gli altri tavoli. Inoltre, nei giorni successivi ho visto altri clienti dell'albergo che si sono fermati tranquillamente dopo le ore 10:00 e non sono mai stati trattati così male come me. Questo è un comportamento ingiustificabile, soprattutto in un hotel 4 stelle dove qualche minuto di flessibilità non dovrebbe essere un problema, e se l'avessi saputo prima non avrei mai pagato la colazione in anticipo.
