Arrived early but room not available until 2pm checkin. Was offerred luggage storage. Room became available exactly at 2pm. Quirky room had hallway which gave lots of room. Very clean with good bed. Lots of hot water eventually. Main complaint was heat. Unable to get A/C to cool room. Fortuneatly the room hatch allowed the room to cool at 9 pm or so. No chair to sit except plastic desk chair. Did not have the breakfast. Close to train station and easy walk to old town Except for temperature i would stay again. Received email asking if all OK. Gave details of problem but nothing heard from hotel.

O hotel fica praricamente em frente a estacao de trem e para quem vai de carro, tem como parar em frente para descarregar as malas e tem um parking a 200 m por 14 euros a diaria. O quarto era grande e confortavel, o cafe da manha gostoso a um oreco justo de 7 euros por pessoa. Tem como ir a pe aos principais pontos da cidade, mas a area de restaurantes e bares fica a cerca de 1 km.

Just across the square from the station, and a short walk to the centre, this hotel is relatively new and in good condition, clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful, and speak excellent English.

Só não gostei porque chegamos muito tarde e não tinha ninguém para ajudar no hotel com a reserva e ficamos muito tempo esperando para entrar no quarto do hotel, depois de muitas tentativas conseguimos o quarto.

L'hotel si trova proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria. Il personale è stato molto disponibile . Alla reception si può acquistare acqua, bibite, vino, piatti pronti surgelati e c'è un microonde per riscaldarli. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, la colazione è abbastanza varia, soprattutto per un B&B.

The train was across the street so super convenient and we walked easily around from this location. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was decent and worth getting. I didn’t find the room that clean. High ceilings that you could see dust all over the walls. The floor was dirty, my socks were filthy walking on it and the walls had rocks that were crumbling dirt continuously. Also the shower caused water to spill out everywhere so you had to use up a towel and wring it out in the sink to clean it up. We weren’t spending time in the hotel anyway so the location helped to overlook some of that.

Disappointing - Air on not working properly- reported it to reception twice, who said they would come in to look at it - waited an hour and nobody came - reported it a 2nd time - still nobody did anything… I wasn’t going to ask a 3rd time, as obviously they didn’t intend doing anything. Not up to the standard of the BB chain or other BB Hotels I have used in France and Germany

Our first room was a windowless 4th floor tomb that felt like a 19th century sanitorium for the indigent - the ugliest, most stifling hotel room I've experience in my 40 years of avid travel. We were greeted by hostility and annoyance when I asked for a different room, and blamed for booking on Expedia where they were 'unable to warn us' about the conditions of the room. We were given another room and when I went to our previous room, a hotel employee was there and he reprimanded me for allowing my son to sit on the bed. The woman (Mae) then rebuffed our hello. Rude and ridiculous for a $165 euro room!! The whole place is very stark and ugly and we couldn't wait to leave.

Excellent location for main railway station (5 mins walk max). Central sights also walking distance. Very spacious room. Staff keen to be helpful. Personally i didnt like the TV permanently on pop videos echoing through the public areas, but then I'm an old fogey, and this place profects a young vibe. Breakfast good value.

Das Zimmer war sauber, modern, das Bett war groß und bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, aber alles war einwandfrei. Sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder nach Triest besuchen.

Great location 2 mins from the station, large room with good air conditioning and friendly staff. Rooms comfortable enough and of a decent mid range standard. Excellent ice cream shop (Zampolli) just round the corner, not to be missed!

We stayed at this hotel prior to boarding our cruise in Trieste. Great location. Walking distance to main attractions and restaurants in Trieste. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. It was a very chaotic morning with many people looking for taxis and the staff were amazing and professional. The only complaint we had was the size of the showers. They were tiny! Would stay here again without question.

We stayed only one night. The staff were very friendly and the common areas were clean and pleasant looking. We were surprised to find a large group of homeless living in the park across the road. The room was smaller than what the pics portrayed, none of the USB connections worked and the walls at the head of the bed was covered in so much dust you could see hand and finger marks on the wall. As well, we were on the 4th floor which had no window, just a skylight which let in little light. I would look elsewhere.

Nice stay in Trieste. Small but fully adequate room. Helpful staff. The hotel is close to the railiway station and bus services which is good friom many practical aspects. However, there are as with all stations a certain amount of hang-arounds and bums that are not so pleasant, even if they seemed full of gheir own businesses and did not adress us.

This hotel is very close to the train station which was the main consideration for us as we were going to the Caves in Postojna the next day. The beds were comfortable.The grand canal with many restaurants was nearby. We would stay here again.

Convenient walkable to the train station. The breakfast had a good variety of quality food. However the dining space was cramped and hard to navigate with many people. We had to leave before breakfast opened and the hotel reception thoughtfully offered to make us a breakfast box to take with us.

Hotel für einen kurztrip und Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sehr günstig. Perfekte lage durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Sehr nahe zum canal Grande. Frühstück ist sehr günstig. Angeboten wird vieles. Leider sind sie für viele Gäste zur selben Zeit nicht ausgelegt Der Teil, wo Essen angeboten wird, sehr schmal und schnell leer. (Wenn 10 Paare z.b. um 9.00 uhr essen wollen) Das Zimmer im ersten Stock (Hofseite) hatte stufen im zimmer. Ziemlich ungewöhnlich- vor allem ins Badezimmer hinein Bett war angenehm. Für 2 Nächte ok, länger nicht Personal zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und haben sich zeit genommen
