Hotelsul mare, letto comodo, camera pulita ,colazione ottima ,c'è molta scelta tra dolce e salato. All'arrivo ci hanno offerto un aperitivo con piccolo buffet, volendo si può anche cenare nel bellissimo ristorante dell'hotel. Ottimo per chi viaggia con il cane, in camera un piccolo presente per i nostri amici a quattro zampe. A piedi si raggiunge il Castello di Miramare. Per me, un ottimo posto dove soggiornare .

This high end hotel has no unnecessary decorations. The simple interior design consisting of aluminum, marble (the real one), and mirrors let the 180 degree view of the Adriatic Sea speak for itself. The breakfast service was excellent, and all receptionists (except for one grumpy guy) were kind, pleasant, helpful and friendly. My wife and I enjoyed evening swimming in the Adriatic Sea after my business was over. A surreal and beautiful experience we have had.

The property was OK. The biggest drawback for us was not being able to adjust the room temperature. It was nice being on the ocean. The restaurant was good. That was probably the best part of the hotel. If you are driving parking can be a bit of a bear.

This property was very nice and clean and the view was amazing. But if you are just in Trieste overnight to catch a cruise you would be better staying in Trieste as this place is 20-30 minutes away from cruise port. Also the train drop off is a 20 minute walk down steep hill and stairs to get to hotel. There were no cabs in sight. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk away. A cab to terminal costs about 30 euros. We were there on the off season in October and all local restaurants in area were closed for the season and there was nowhere to eat but the restaurant at hotel. Also, no vending machines or market nearby to grab water/snacks. The only option for water was the minibar in our room. There is a beautiful boardwalk along shoreline across the street from hotel, but it is a good 15-20 minute walk before you get to anywhere.

Sehr freundliches Personal (vor allem beim Frühstück) und gut gelegen. Insgesamt war es sauber, wobei ich zwei, drei Haare im Badezimmer gefunden habe. Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab frischen Cappuccino und die Bedienung war überaus freundlich. Leider waren die Zimmer sehr kalt und auf Nachfrage bzgl. Heizen hieß es, die Stadt müsse die Heizung erst noch genehmigen oder so ähnlich – das sollte kein Problem der Gäste sein bzw. sollten dann nachts bei fast einstelligen Graden zumindest eine Alternative angeboten werden (z.B. elektrische Heizkörper). Wir haben so sehr gefroren, dass wir mit Wollsocken, Jogginghosen und Kapuzenpullis schlafen mussten. Das Bett war leider auch etwas sehr durchgelegen. Für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel (zumindest lt. Google) fand ich die Einrichtung außerdem sehr karg. Ich denke, das Hotel ist im Sommer schön und angenehm, vor allem mit dem privaten Badebereich. Aber in der kühleren Zeut würde ich leider davon abraten.

Our room had a gorgeous view, Space around the bed was very limited. The electric plugs were not well situated or were loose in the wall. The hairdryer was unusable due to curly cable which had to be plugged in low down and then did not reach to be able to see a mirror or even sit comfortably to use it. The breakfast had a wide choice of food, but the evening meal menu was just altered once a week and limited.

Receptionist said they could not change it, but we could open the door to outside to cool off. Fortunately, it was cool outside, and the room temperature did come down with an open door for the outside, but one should not have to do that! Dinner in the Hotels restaurant was surprisingly good. Getting to it at night was surprisingly difficult, as Google, Waze, and Apple Maps all had the wrong location and without lights on the Hotel advertising it, it was challenging to find.

We only got to stay one night but we wished we could have been there longer. It’s a cute quaint hotel that is nicely kept and staff is super nice. Checkin/checkout was easy and they even called a taxi for us. The hotel is right by the water and the Castello del Miramare is with in an 15 min walk. Would definitely recommend and at least more than one night.

Superb staff extremely helpful before I arrived, nothing was to much trouble. Hotel is immaculate all rooms have seaviews over Adriactic sea, 10 min bus ride from town centre bus tickets available from hotel and a mere 200mtr walk to bus stop. Restaurant food was superb and reasonably priced. Please note there are no irons in hotel but do offer a off site laundry and ironing service.

This property was very nice and clean and the view was amazing. Loved the balcony room and views! Breakfast was ok not great. Our travel plans ended up being changed last min and couldn’t make it to the hotel for our first night. Expedia or this hotel would not give us a refund for our one night missed. That was super disappointing.
