Check-in was disappointing. The front desk clerk kept asking me for a Mastercard for the $50 deposit. At which I told her that I didn’t own a Mastercard. But she insisted that the credit card I used to pay for the room was a Mastercard. She called her manager and somehow they fixed the card situation, but I didn’t receive an apology. And it took 20 minutes before she finally resolved the situation. Furthermore, the property didn’t have an elevator. I wasn’t too pleased to lug my three suitcases up the stairs, especially after the whole credit card debacle.

It was just okay. The towels we older, the pillows were hard as rocks and not really enough room to sit for breakfast. The doors to the outside didn't lock so anyone could come into the hotel. People that worked there were nice.

For the price you can't beat the room you get, in my experience it's the cleanest hotel room that I have stayed in. It's also in a convenient location, all of the parking lot and hall ways are well lighted at night so it feels safe. I stayed several nights and housekeeping always did an excellent job. The breakfast they put out is also pretty good, I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in Auburn

This is a small Microtel but it served our needs perfectly: close to the interstate & a nearby meeting, reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, breakfast. I was impressed to see hard floor instead of carpet in the room. Cons: the parking lot is tight (not ideal for large trucks) and the shower curtain rod is the curved style which puts the curtain somewhat in the way outside the shower.

It did the job. I needed a place to get ready for an out of town event and rest before driving back home. There’s no elevator, but thankfully I didn’t have rolling (or a lot of) luggage. Towels could have been cleaner, but again, I slept well, and the staff was nice. The parking lot can be a bit cumbersome, and GPS didn’t know where the entrance was.

Decent hotel in a good location. Warning- there is no elevator so if you are upstairs be prepared to haul your stuff! Room was clean. Main issue was getting keys to work, had to go downstairs 4 times to get it resolved.

I will start with a positive - the staff were friendly. The hotel ice machine was broken so every time we needed ice, we had to go to the front desk and they would give us a little from bags they had in the freezer. There was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Normally, I'm fine with taking the stairs, but not when you are staying for 4 nights and have a lot of luggage. The shower...the curtain wasn't hung correctly so every time we took a shower water would end up all over the floor. The shower head couldn't be adjusted and the water pressure was so forceful, it actually hurt! It was like getting pelted with water darts. Every morning when we woke up there were bugs in the bathroom. There were stains on the walls - almost like something spilled and it splattered but no one cleaned it up. Our room had a mini fridge but the top part, which is usually a freezer, didn't have the little door. I didn't realize that until after we came back from the store with ice packs, (since we couldn't get ice from the ice machine and my son was sore from workouts), and then couldn't use them because the freezer section didn't freeze!

Arrived after dark and the outside felt sketchy. Front desk and breakfast area was not as nice as in the hotel pictures. It was a non smoking hotel and as soon as we walked up the stairs we could smell weed. Our bedspread had cigarette holes in it. The bathroom ceiling was moldy. The window seat cushion had stains on it. If I hadn’t prepaid we would not have stayed.

The entire hotel smelled of mold, smoke, and urine. It was completely disgusting. The room smelled so bad of mold I had to keep the window open. The floor had soft spots near the AC unit. This property should probably he condemned. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give it less thank 1 star I would. Girls at the desk were sweet but it felt incredibly unsafe with unsavory individuals in the hall. Room was filthy with feces on the wall, used soap in the tub. We walked in and out in 20 minutes and they wouldn’t credit us for the room. I hope Expedia does.

First room was okay. Second one the door wouldn’t open. Had to slam shoulder into it to do that. AC barely worked. Water dripped. Bugs kept a coming out. I left before midnight.

Front staff not friendly or helpful. Walls are thin and can hear the next room conversations, not sure if this was because it was a connecting room and the sound traveled through the door? The room aas clean but strong cleaners used so needed to have the door open upon arriving to air out room.

Very rude staff the manager let’s just say I had to go off on her for talking about my special needs son with out being aware of what disability he had and the way she talked to me about my son was out of line and highly classless idk why she felt the need to throw ugly remarks at his character and after I told her he was disabled she went even harder even though she maybe the highest form of power there don’t give her the right to talk to people that way and this sparked because I wanted my deposit back and she didn’t want to give it back I called my bank and got it resolved the son was cool tho it’s the mother who is hostile

The staff was great. The area around the property is busy. The plus side of that is everything is convenient, such as gas and food. Easy access to the interstate. It's a great place to spend the night while traveling, or if in the area working. No complaints.

This was a perfect spot for a one-night, one-person stay to visit my son at Auburn. It is close to the interstate and close to campus. The room was adequate for one person and it was clean and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and professional and the free breakfast was a good start to the 2nd day.

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Better than average continental breakfast. Could have had a little better housekeeping. Only obvious sign anyone had been in the room were that the wet towels were removed. No fresh towels or t-paper (had to request) and trash. It emptied. Stay was only two nights though.

The property was clean. Staff was pleasant. The internet and tvs weren't operating for most of my one night stay. Breakfast was disappointing because the waffle maker was inoperable. That's all I wanted. Entering and exiting the property was difficult.

We came in for a college visit. The hotel was close to the college. We got in late. Staff was friendly while getting there and while leaving. Breakfast was okay, bagels where little hard, but waffles were top notch. Overall it was a great place to stay and will stay again when I go to visit my daughter on campus.
