Loved the pool area, plants & scenery. Loved the outside sitting areas & inside. Enjoyed the text to come join Jazz in the basement. It was super fun. Enjoyed the coffee shop too.

Staying at this property made our trip to the baseball regionals really comfortable and fun. The pool was lovely and restaurant/bar were great. Would definitely recommend it. The only negative thing is that the self-park option was still expensive -- we didn't use our car a all so it would have been nice to have a free or at least cheaper option to leave it for the weekend.

Pros: pool, puffy pillows, soft sheets, location to college and shopping Cons: parking deck is $20, no ice in ice machine, some mildew in shower grout (everything else seemed very clean though), disability chair for pool has broken strap (also wheelchair access to pool is from street not the hotel itself), they let a golf cart Park in handicap area, restaurant food was just okay for price. Overall it was nice, but not nice enough for the price plus the small fortune on parking. Location is great for anyone visiting the school or wanting to walk the strip, but if you are coming and going it's not the best choice.

If you have a chance to stay here at least once, do it! Nostalgic memories and quirky interior design. Right across the street from campus and an easy walk to anywhere. Great bar and restaurant on the roof. An Auburn must.

We travel frequently and this is by far one of the nicest hotels we have been too. The rooms were so clean and up to date. The fitness area, pool, lobby, staff were all top notch as well.

Great facility — the only downside was that our bed was broken/lopsided on the left side which made it really uncomfortable. It’s a short walk to the university, and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Good hotel, convenient to auburn university. Staff were excellent. only 2 complaints we had were the bathroom was small, or water pressure and the air conditioning was not central. It was controlled with a wall thermostat but was one of the models that was on the floor by the window. It was always too hot or too cold and hard to regulate. Overall, nice hotel

The hotel is in a wonderful location and very nice inside. The staff were all very friendly, food in the restaurant was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. Only thing that was a bummer is that the first night, the AC went off and when we got back from dinner around 9:30 pm it was 79 degrees and stayed that temp all night. In the morning, I told the desk and they sent a man up to work on it. Got it going and was wonderfully cool... until around 9:30 pm when it went off again. It wasn't a programmable thermostat but almost acted like one. The next day, front desk said "sorry", several people on your floor had problems. So other than warm nights, (I'm sure hotel will get AC fixed) I really enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

I forgot we rented two rooms. This gives me MORE space in which to provide readers about the AWFUL service provided. Wrong check in rate..."we will have someone from management call you". Never happened. We left items in the closet (OUR fault !) Made phone calls over 3 days...NO reply/help provided. Our "lost and found" manager is sick...she's on vacation... We finally reached her on Wednesday at 4pm and she had no message to call , no account/record of our service need,..nothing. When we tried to get transferred back to the day manager..."She's in a meeting"... I hope the meeting is about their operating procedure to COMMUNICATE.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. I had to leave early because of storm Debby. They simply cancelled my second night with no further charges and also took care of my parking . I had paid for 2 nights but only stayed one night of parking so they made sure I only paid for one. It was very easy with no issues! Rooms and common areas were clean. Valet staff was also friendly and helpful.

We had the best time. All the staff was outstanding from valet, checkin, house keeping and hospitality. This is an amazing hotel and will be booking again when we come back to Auburn. 10 out of 10. Over exceeded expectations. Our dog Slinky Loved it too. The treats and accommodations for dogs is top notch. Well done!!

Overall, UNACCEPTABLE. We were checked in by a nice young man...who didn't know how to provide a discounted rate via our employment information. No problem, he would have someone in management call us... Never happened. We let that go. Then when we checked out, we accidently left a few items in a closet. (our fault !) we called back on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and today... NO REPLY. first the "lost and found" manager was sick, then she was out on vacation. Then we asked to speak with the manager, she punted to the same out of office lost and found manager. Called back today ,and got the same run around. The lost and found manager had no record of our requests, no name/number to call, and no idea about our lost items. When I asked to transfer back to the day manager, she was now "in a meeting". I dont expect a call back, wouldn't recommend this location, and think their management is poorly trained (and training poorly), and have little to no ACCOUNTABILITY.

Hotel is nice and the staff is very helpful. Hotel did not have my reservation that I had made an hour before on Expedia. So there was a delay in checking in. Front desk agent had to access a manager and was handled.

This hotel is lovely. The staff are very kind. The room is very comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was that you don't feel nickel and dimed as is often the case at hotels. The valet is affordable, dogs stay free (and receive treats at check-in), and there is complimentary bottled water in the hotel room, as well as complimentary bottled water upon departure. It's also a great location across from Auburn University.

This is a fine hotel, a Four Diamond hotel. Spotless. Fine dining and great bar. I stayed three nights Christmas Eve I walked up to the desk at the Ariccia Restaurant at about 5:15 pm. I was abruptly told there were no tables for one, that tonight would be EXTREMELY busy, and that I should eat at the bar. T

We had the best experience at this hotel. Gorgeous property with excellent staff. Across the street from Auburn and lots of restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic - added bonus they had a lot of gluten free options for my son with celiac.

I loved that they transported us to Camp War Eagle. I did not like that they did not have a complimentary breakfast. I was not able to order wine to be delivered to my room from Arniccia. I could nit dial frontbdesk from phone.

Great stay, would book again. The restaurant and cocktail bar were a great plus. The food was good and we mainly just ate right their on location. They also have a coffee bar, but we didn’t get a chance to order coffee during our stay. The staff was friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Love this hotel. I would recommend you expand your in room dining menu and your breakfast offers some continental breakfast, oatmeal, fruits as the menu is a bit limited. Excellent rooms, service, just overall a lovely hotel and very well located. Highly recommended.
