elevator not working, my mom 60 yrs old and we had to carry our luggages to the second floor. worse than a 50 buck per day hotel. no one helped us with luggage and no discount for this. horrible experience, nightmare, scam. over 100 bucks per day and no breakfast.

We were on the way to Gulf Shores and needed a spot that was halfway for the night. The check-in was a breeze, and the customer service was excellent. They had security cameras all over the property that were easily viewed by the front desk clerks, which aided in showing us how and where to park. Since we were towing a boat, we needed a safe spot that was convenient. The only reason I gave a 4 was for convenience of parking with a boat. While it was still safe and we felt comfortable parking, we had to park on an access road rather than the parking lot. Great breakfast! Clean room. We will stay here again on the way to or from the Gulf, whether we’re towing the boat or not.

The water pressure in the shower was great. The indoor pool was clean and the pool was not too warm or cool. Breakfast had tons of options for a quick grab and go or sit down meal. Everything was delicious and the area was clean and tidy. Great stay for one night or more.

Facility looks almost new. Room was very nice. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Only problem, in our riom, was the air conditioner unit. When the compressor kicked on the fan made an awful noise! Did not sleep much due to this noise.

Loved everything about this place except when we arrived the AC in the room was not turned on before our arrival and it was over 90 degrees in the room....had to sweat it out till the AC cooled it off

Brandi the clerk who checked us in Was friendly and paid attention to detail. She went over and above when our order for a room, placed through Hotels.com, did not appear on her computer screen right away. She finally called her supervisor and got the issue solved. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was attractive and tasty. We will stay at Holiday Inn Express again!

After being told they didn’t have rooms available, I left the hotel and found that on Expedia they still had rooms. Booked a room, paid for it, went back in and was told this time they were overbooked and we would be refunded. Still waiting on a refund, unfortunately. I’m not entirely surprised it hasn’t gone through as the property seems poorly managed and the front desk was less than helpful.

It took the front desk 15 minutes to show up at the front desk…no body home…check the videos . Two employees were fixing a guests door. No tools , no carpenters and nobody watching the front desk. We arrived about 6 pm ,,, look at video, how long the car was parked in front before we got Checked in …White Malibu

The front desk staff was fun and friendly despite her being very busy at check in. The hitel is really nice, nothing bad to say, we really enjoyed the hotel, the comfort of the room, the safety of the area and the breakfast was above average and the staff at breakfast were very kind as well. Thank you. Will stay again on our way to PCB in the future.

The pillows and the mattress were like sleeping on a cloud! The coffee maker was set up with the microwave and the fridge with a bar sink! Convenient. Loved the hot breakfast buffet along with plenty of pastries. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. I will stay there again!
