The hotel switched over to be a Days Inn property this week. There was a bit of confusion with the new system at check in but the employees were super nice. We found the room to be very nice, clean, and perfect for us and our dog. Pool was nice and clean as well. There are large grassy areas to walk the dog. Shoneys is right next door which worked well for us. We got take out so we wouldn't have to leave our dog alone. The town of Clanton is charming. Don't miss the Peach Park! We 100% would stay here again!

Good place to stay for a couple days of your in the area for fishing or hunting. It’s close to pretty much everything. I’ve stayed here 6/7 times in the past several months. Rooms are always clean, the rooms I’ve had the beds and pillows are comfortable. AC & Heat work Fine, water pressure good for showers, parking is a plus if you are towing a trailer, boat or SXS. Shoney’s is next door for breakfast, lunch, dinner.. Or many others within 3/5 miles away. It’s not a fancy upscale place, but it works for what we need when in the area and we will continue to stay here in the future! Also, property has cameras all over and never had any issues with my truck, trailers or ATV’s…

Renovated, spacious and clean rooms. Nice pool area enclosed from public view. Conveniently located country cooking restaurant and gas station next door. Staff is courteous, helpful and friendly - great customer service! This will become our “go to” hotel reservation destination as part of our road trips.

Online check in made the process faster. Which was nice after driving for 12 hours. Room was spotless and had everything we needed for a nights stay. Check out was speedy and efficient and let us get back on the road quickly the next day to finish our driving.

Check in was more than quoted on line, could not get Veterans discount because reserved rooms on line, toilet paper on roll was basically empty and bathroom wall had finger stikes of poop.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my 47 years. There was a smashed cockroach on the bathroom wall. When you sit on the beds it sounds like you’re sitting on the side of a metal filing cabinet. The air conditioner that didn’t work, sounded like a semi starting up. The microwave and small fridge have seen better days. They’ve obviously been there since the 80’s. The rust on them was a bit much. This was an emergency situation and there weren’t any other rooms anywhere close. I listened to the neighbors tv like it was sitting next to me. The windows were so dirty and stained you couldn’t see.

The room was newly remodeled but the bed was on a tin pedestal that creaked every time you moved. There was no picture on the TV only sound. There were inadequate blankets for the bed. The shower was great. It was noisy after 8 am because of the construction.

The bed was the lumpiest bed I've ever slept on it sagged and was very uncomfortable. I told the staff at the front desk and they said oh yeah we have three new mattresses that everyone's complaining about. They said next time you stay ask for a room that does not have one of these.

The trucks in the late hours and very early morning would wake me up! My last night a truck backed up and his back up sounds made me think it was a fire alarm. So I got out of bed and saw it was a truck backing up.

This is like an old-timey motor inn. Two stories, all the doors are outward facing. The attendant at the desk was an angel, so kind and helpful. The room was updated, squeaky clean, and had a big microwave and fridge. Air conditioning was great. The bed is a little stiff, and if you're a pillow hog like me, ask for extras.

The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. There was a musty moldy smell. The AC drain ran across the walk way of the rooms. The room over all was just damp. The staff wasn't very friendly. Several in our party had issues with a lady at the front desk. The fridge was a freezer, even turning the setting to warmer, it still froze everything.

Fred who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. We actually called from the road because we needed to add an additional night, arriving a day early, and was finally able to accommodate us for the 3 nights in the same room. Room was fine though bed was uncomfortable (a little on the soft side) and pillows were hard. Also, only a desk chair in the room and no other place to sit so made it a little inconvenient for us when bringing food back to the room to eat.

I came to Clanton to visit my daughter and her boyfriend. Everyone working at the hotel were very pleasant. Tiffany, Kelly, Chris and Eileen were all very helpful and accommodating. There was one more lady but sadly I don’t get her name. Thank you to all!!!

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. We accidentally forgot an item and the staff called us within an hour to let us know. We were able to pick up that item quickly and was very pleased they let us know and so quickly.

The Inn of Clanton is conveniently located right off of the interstate, but you don't hear any traffic noise. Front desk staff was super friendly. Our room was very neat and clean. Would definitely recommend the Inn of Clanton as a stop over when traveling.

We have stayed here many times on our way to the Gulf. It is a simple, conveniently located off the interstate, easy to access, affordable, no frills, welcoming, clean place to lay your head at night. The Shoneys next door is a plus for breakfast the next morning.

The staff and room was fine, except the refrigerator was noisy. The lack of the breakfast at Stoney’s was very disappointing. The credit barely paid the drink, and $18 was not expected. I won’t be staying there again.

The room was clean, well furnished, had all of the amenities that we needed. The refrigerator was nice and cold. Breakfast was a voucher for the very nice Buffet at the restaurant next door. The price was excellent especially for what we received in return
