Baymont by Wyndham Eufaula

Service was good, but breakfast was very disappointing and we booked with 2 guests and given towels for one and the TV remote did not work. Pool offered was several miles away and that was closed.

Everything was good. But, the pool and gym were closed down. Nothing was advertised about that before hand.

The website lied about having an indoor pool on the property. When we checked in and attempted to go to the pool we we're told that the website needs to be updated and the pool is actually down the street at the REC CENTER!! To make it worse Hotels.com refused to compensate us despite confirming with Lisa at the front that there is no pool access on the property and we'd driven 8 hours from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. So, we were not pleased that we traveled so far to be stuck in a rinky dink hotel because everything else was booked due to the 4th of July.

There was no tissue box no coffee maker ice machine was empty

Easy to find. Parking was easy. The first room we got - the toilet did not seem to be cleaned. Requested a change of room. Stayed one night. Was quiet.

The hotel did not have everything as advertised on their website. No coffee in rooms, continental breakfast consisted of only cornflakes and bread, and their pool was out of service. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this location.

This property does NOT have a pool onsite. I booked a room for 3 people and was only given 2 towels. We were told that they did not have anymore when requested extra. The facility is much older than it looks in the pictures.

Average in every way, this motel provides basic accommodation at a basic price. The bathroom needed work (peeling paint, cigarette burns on the tub rim & old fan). The room had dusty floors, and the morning breakfast spread was very basic, with unfresh food. One bright spot was the motel's arrangement w/ the Eufala Community Center for motel guests to use their indoor lap pool at no additional charge, which is great. That's a 4-mile drive north, but we really enjoyed that.

there is no elevators --- the desk did not try to accommodate with a first floor room for injured knee -- had to carry bags up stairs

My room was very dirty and the refrigerator didn’t work and the shower was very dirty and the sheets on the bed was not very clean.

The floors were not clean. Stayed two nights on check-out day, stepped on and killed a baby roach. Saw two more baby roaches before I was able to leave the room. Breakfast was supposed to be served at the hotel each day. It was not available on the first morning of my stay. The registration person was great and very accommodating. Wish I had asked for her name.

The pictures of the Baymont are deceiving ! I came a little early to try and check in, the front desk person told me it would be 20.00 extra for early check in. She eventually waived that, gave me a key to a room and the room wasn’t cleaned! So I went back to the front desk and got another room key, got in that room, the bed was made but the sink and bathroom wasn’t cleaned, towels everywhere and the floor wasn’t clean either! So I took that key back and told her that I would come back expecting a clean room. I walked in checked the bathroom, black hair all over the tub! Floor still dirty! So I went and purchased bleach cleaner and cleaned the bathroom and sink myself. Went to the front desk asked the new lady that was there for a broom and dust pan oh and a plunger! And told her if I’m cleaning my own room I expect something off my stay! And she agreed, said she would send a message to the owners. Once I sweeped the floors , I took the cleaner and sprayed the floors in the bathroom and in front of the sink. OMGEE! The dirt that was on the hand towel was disgusting! And the owner had the nerve to say he would take 15.00 off my bill! This has put a bad taste in my mouth for the Baymont’s in any city! I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life! My first twice was the Hampton but they were booked! I even called once I got to the Baymont and saw the condition of the room!

The staff were great! My partner and I had to move to another room because our room smelled like smoke. The other room had a leak in the bathroom and it was water all over the bathroom floor and the cover had stains on it. I feel like the property can use some upgrades and new linen. Overall the staff was great with accommodating us and making us feel comfortable. The bed slept well. We enjoyed the restaurants being in close proximity. I can foresee us staying again in the near future.

This place has roaches, towels were dirty , sheets were dirty

The staff was wonderful. The room however, it was very dirty. The floor had crumbs and candy all over it, the sink area had hair everywhere, and the countertops were all wet and sticky. Also, the bed squeaked, but that’s not a big issue.

The water pressure to take a shower was horrible! Hardly any pressure!

A/C unit was incredibly loud. Coupled with very loud cicadas in the woods on the back side at night that there is little to no soundproofing in the walls for made sleeping very difficult. Bed and room generally clean though some small repair type issues (loose toilet, broken sink) in the room. Staff was nice.

Room was clean, large and comfortable. Delighted that floor was laminate instead of carpet…much cleaner and no old, funky carpet smells. Check-in was quick and easy. Manager recommended an excellent restaurant. Would definitely return when in the area.

The pool in the picture is 2.5 miles down the road. The AC was loud and inconsistent. Shower curtain broken and hanging by a thread. direct TV did not work. Pillows old and broken down with old sheets. Bathroom floor with hair. What I liked was it was available when everywhere was full. Water was soft.

Hotel is very dated but clean. I came into town just for the night and it served its purpose. Walls are really thin so I heard all of the coming and going during the night.

First room had broken electrical switch and outlet covers. Air conditioner control panel would not work so AC could not be adjusted. I was told at the front desk that there were no more rooms available. There was no one available to look at the A/C. When we returned that night, i returned to the front desk, and my room was swapped for a room with a working AC. However, it was already 10:30pm, and we had to pack everything up and move rooms.

Service and price were great. Smell and security were bad. Smelled like an ashtray and looked as though the door had been kicked in. Stains were a bit concerning… but had stayed in worse as an exhausted driver looking for sleep.

Room is more modernized, the room is clean.

Spacious room with comfortable bed and great shower. Had problrms with direct tv and remote but front desk person successfully helped clear it up.

U can see daylight around the doors. Door didn’t lock when I was leaving

Staff is always professional and friendly , they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy .

It has that old southern charm,room was clean. The staff was great ,Sam was great. Would stay here again!

I stayed here for two nights because I was visiting the nearby Providence Canyon. Everything about this stay was great! The service was great, everyone was friendly, parking was a breeze, the room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again soon and anytime I visit the area.

The Room only had 2 towels for 5 guest in the room, I called the front desk to get additional towels and she said I would have come to the desk. She handed me two additional towels and I asked her for another and she said that is all she could let me have. I informed her again that we have 5 people and she said she was sorry that was all I could have.
