1st room we got a/c didn’t work so we got a different room. Bed was comfy and hot water for a shower. Breakfast seemed decent but no gluten free options. We requested no room service however they came in while we were gone. A/C was turned up to 72 and put on auto whereas we left it on cool high at 68 so was not happy when we returned to our room. The pool was nice to cool off! The gym is closed unfortunately and it’s one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

It was what I expected at the price. I have stayed here several times over the past few years. Very dated. Towels were clean but soiled. Floor appeared to need mopped. Swimming pool was green. Gym was closed. Breakfast did not include meat of any type, ok otherwise. I will stay here again. Quiet and convenient to Eufalla. Bed and pillows comfortable.

We visited after winter storm so nothing was open, even though roads were all clear. There was no effort to clear ice/snow from most of the hotels paths, simply throwing some salt on ice would make it safer to walk on Breakfast was a new low, cereal dispensers empty, no peanut butter or honey for toast the coffee was ok though my b wife’s GF and could only have a natural yoghurt as nothing else available. It’s in a nice location next to the lake but an unpleasant ‘drains’ smell outside. Warm room and microwave and a large fridge in the room along with coffee maker with coffee bags. Pool out of use as k ly seasonal and gym out of order due to refurb though the manager was using it himself.

The room was fine. The bathroom was rundown and dirty in the corners. The outside of the hotel was run down and the pool was filled with debris. The gym was closed for repairs. I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel. However it was cheap and the breakfast given was good.

The floors of the room were sticky. The sheets appears to be pre-sexed on for your pleasure. The Wi-Fi they provided didn't work and wouldn't hand out IP's. Ended up connected to the Motel6 Wi-Fi instead. But if you need a place to sleep that's not your car, it fits the bill.

It was just a one night stop and it did the trick but was definitely nothing more than a room. There were unfortunately a couple of wasps in the room when I checked in and many dead bugs and spider webs. Bed was fine, shower was fine, had just what was needed to get through the night.

This hotel was nasty!! The rooms were not clean, the floors had not been mopped or swept in who knows how long. There was spider webs and bugs in the corners of the room, there was a dirty sock under the bed that had clearly been there for a while because it had dust collected very thick on it. The toilet seat was loose. Our socks were BLACK on the bottom from walking on the floors. YUCK! The smell outside the rooms smelled like something had died and was left to decompose at nature’s rate. I booked on hotels.com for one price and then the owner of the hotel charged me $28 extra dollars. When I confronted him, he immediately said “oh yeah, I noticed that but I’ll fix it later”. I told him “no I wanted it fixed before I left”. The hotel was definitely NOT worth the price. We definitely felt like we needed to decontaminate ourselves after our stay there. YUCK!!!! We will NOT EVER be staying there again!!!

The room was nasty. You could smell mold, urine, and was dirty. As soon as i had walked into the room to check it out, all the smells gave me the worse headache and sick to my stomach. Ended up just leaving and now fighting to get a full refund.

The floors in our rooms were filthy!!!! We walked across the floors and within 5 minutes the bottom of my feet were black . Our sink would stopped up in less than a minute and would take 10 mins to drain. I went to the office at 2:00pm and spoke with a indian guy and explained our issues. The first thing out if his mouth was why i waited till 2:00pm to tell him. My response was im here fishing and left the room at 5:30am. I said i dont think you'd appreciate that call at 5:30am. He displayed an attitude of disgust but said he would follow me to the room.

Had to throw the guide out cause it was full of roaches. Had to stomp about roaches out through the night. Stains on blanket, thank God I always travel with my own sheets and cover. Will not be back. Wish I would have thought about taking pictures, but was too busy trying to kill them.

In town for a funeral and picked this hotel (Quality Inn- Eufalla) based off ratings reported to Hotels.com. After a pleasant check-in we entered our room to find a big waterbug, few dead baby roaches in the tub, and a couple of small bugs on the beds. This was disturbing as we checked in around 7pm CDT and wanted to check-in earlier than check-in time of 2pm but advised of a $30/fee for early check-in but they would've excepted $15. So.. my problem is why if the room was ready before 2pm was there critters found at minimum 5hrs later 🙄. With the room fully paid for before arriving, tired from driving all day from Florida to Cuthbert GA then to Eufalla, my family and braced for a quick night of sleep. My hubby got rid of the bugs, I disinfected to top sheets and pillows, then made sure all bags were above ground. We didnt use the shower but bathed via the "duck bath" method. Woke up in the morning to find at minium 6 baby roaches across the floor (horrible). I truly think this hotel can do better for the amount of business they attract and obtain with their location. A fumigation is needed asap.

The shower knob was broke off, you had to maneuver it to fit to turn shower on then reattach to turn it off. It smelled horrible in room. The refrigerator did not cool good or freeze at all.

Listen, you get what you pay for. The bathroom door had been painted so many times it wouldn’t shut. The thickness of caulk on the bathroom fixtures was crazy. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay. Instead of putting lipstick on a pig, they should invest in some updates. The tv in our room had a big crack on the top right portion, but it still worked. Ish. We stayed 2 nights. If it had been longer, we would have stayed somewhere nicer. We had our two small children. They had no issues sleeping.

I felt sympathy for the folks running this hotel. Pretty sure it's a family operation and they are trying to operate as inexpensively as possible. But the hotel is terribly rundown. The first room they put me in hadn't been cleaned. The second room was okay but there issues like the refrigerator temperature settings knob missing and the toilet running non-stop. It was really cheap, so I guess that should be taken into account.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past two years. This was the first time that the breakfast was horrible. The juice machine was watered down, and the few breakfast items were cold and very limited selection. In the past they had a great breakfast and was one of the main reasons I stayed here. Additionally, the room AC did not work. If you stood more than 5 feet away it was hot. They were going to fix it but never did so all three nights the room would not get below about 85 degrees at the bed area and even hotter towards the bathroom.

The door to the room looked to be in terrible condition; however, it did close and lock! The AC unit was very old and NOISY! It rumbled all night and seemed to struggle to maintain the room temperature. The room was a handicap unit, which the check in clerk made us aware of and that was fine, a shower/no tub. But the toilet seat was smaller than the bowl….very awkward. The drapery needed to be torn down and the old chair thrown out. I will say the desk, tv unit with fridge and microwave and headboard all matched and were in great condition. This place is in need of some mainatenance.

Changed rooms twice due to heater in room not working. Found cockroach in bed. Took picture if corp would like to see. Never really got toasty warm in room. Night got down in the twenties. I was just to tired to change room again.

1st room we got a/c didn’t work so we got a different room. Bed was comfy and hot water for a shower. Breakfast seemed decent but no gluten free options. We requested no room service however they came in while we were gone. A/C was turned up to 72 and put on auto whereas we left it on cool high at 68 so was not happy when we returned to our room. The pool was nice to cool off! The gym is closed unfortunately and it’s one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

The owner was so rude to me . I booked online , paid online , got to the hotel and they told me I couldn’t be checked in . I asked for a refund and he rudely spoke to me and told me to contact Expedia. I did and now I he want release the funds to give me a refund of 161 dollars . I also had my two year old and 6 month old in the car while we waited for a room . So I left and went to the next town over . He called me at 1 a.m and said I could come check in but was already gone . This happened at 6 or 7 p.m . Smh that he wanted me to sit in a car for that long with my kids . I will never visit this place again . I contacted my bank about the charge and hopefully I can get my money back .

Jay was very nice, i didnt like we couldnt bring breakfast back to the room. However i understand some may bot be as clean. Its just easier with three kids. It wasnt loud at all which I loved. I felt safe there wasnt too many weird people. Or folks hanging out on the property.

My stay was excellent but when I got to the hotel to check in, the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation saying that it was canceled. She fixed it and gave me a room still. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay

No clothing rack area to hang clothes. Carpet stain, shower handle broken pops off . Lighting fixtures poor . Free breakfast was nothing shy of terrible for corp brand Juice area non existent. 2 day stay had to find house keeper to clean rooms, staff stated rooms aren’t clean daily only linen . Many excuses from staff about being new owners in last 12weeks still no excuse for poor customer service.

Front desk personnel were great. Very welcoming and fun. Made my stay a good one. I understood that updating was planned by new owners. That’ll help. Keep the ladies that were there when I checked in. They were terrific!

The floors in our rooms were filthy!!!! We walked across the floors and within 5 minutes the bottom of my feet were black . Our sink would stopped up in less than a minute and would take 10 mins to drain. I went to the office at 2:00pm and spoke with a indian guy and explained our issues. The first thing out if his mouth was why i waited till 2:00pm to tell him. My response was im here fishing and left the room at 5:30am. I said i dont think you'd appreciate that call at 5:30am. He displayed an attitude of disgust but said he would follow me to the room.

the room was very spacious and clean, but was lacking for good lighting, extra chair and having enough towels in the bathroom. Good price. Location was across the road from Eufala Lake-- best for views not for swimming or boating.

Good location on Lake Eufala. Desk staff friendly. Rooms clean but a bit dated. Hoeever, they are about to be renovated as I write this, so that will change. Not the hotel's fault, but there was some kind of loud party across the street that went until after 3AM making it difficult to sleep well

We stayed here for a visit to Providence Canyon. This hotel was pretty close to the park and right on the water. Which was nice. The hotel staff were super nice. Only complaint I had was that the paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling but that is something that happens in wet environments so not a very big deal where I was concerned.

Listen, you get what you pay for. The bathroom door had been painted so many times it wouldn’t shut. The thickness of caulk on the bathroom fixtures was crazy. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay. Instead of putting lipstick on a pig, they should invest in some updates. The tv in our room had a big crack on the top right portion, but it still worked. Ish. We stayed 2 nights. If it had been longer, we would have stayed somewhere nicer. We had our two small children. They had no issues sleeping.

Really happy to stay there, and would go back again. It had a bunch of things out of order or waiting remodeling, so that was unfortunate. I couldn't access gym, swimming pool. But I'm excited to see all the new furniture and renovations already on site. Bravo. Breakfast was unexpected and appreciated. That was a plus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, lots of good channels on the tv. Love the location. Could use a new coat of paint, and some touchups, but it wouldn't keep me away. I hope the city makes the decisions to grow the area, because this hotel could rock.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past two years. This was the first time that the breakfast was horrible. The juice machine was watered down, and the few breakfast items were cold and very limited selection. In the past they had a great breakfast and was one of the main reasons I stayed here. Additionally, the room AC did not work. If you stood more than 5 feet away it was hot. They were going to fix it but never did so all three nights the room would not get below about 85 degrees at the bed area and even hotter towards the bathroom.

It was sufficient, clean and kind. If I stay in Eufaula, I'd pick it again but the breakfast had no protein. Only one ice machine worked and my sister's TV didn't work in her room. The green pool...it's getting hot out. Let's clean that up....

We visited after winter storm so nothing was open, even though roads were all clear. There was no effort to clear ice/snow from most of the hotels paths, simply throwing some salt on ice would make it safer to walk on Breakfast was a new low, cereal dispensers empty, no peanut butter or honey for toast the coffee was ok though my b wife’s GF and could only have a natural yoghurt as nothing else available. It’s in a nice location next to the lake but an unpleasant ‘drains’ smell outside. Warm room and microwave and a large fridge in the room along with coffee maker with coffee bags. Pool out of use as k ly seasonal and gym out of order due to refurb though the manager was using it himself.

The room was fine. The bathroom was rundown and dirty in the corners. The outside of the hotel was run down and the pool was filled with debris. The gym was closed for repairs. I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel. However it was cheap and the breakfast given was good.

The room was nice and they actually have a pool!! Even a little breakfast in the morning. You can’t beat that for the price! Lierally cheaper then a lot of the hotels in town but this one’s the best snd it’s in the quiet part of town . Highly recommend

This is a refurbished older property; good value for the money. Some things remind one of a 1970s era motel; few AC outlets, water running across the sidewalks from every unit's air conditioning unit. But the interiors have been redecorated; bed linens are clean and staff is cheerful and helpful. We would stay here again if we come back to Eufaula.
