Newly remodeled extremely clean.Mattresses were not comfortable .Stayed 2 nights ,woke up both nights to screeching tires in parking lot,semi trucks cranking up and running in parking lot and bass speakers thumping all of this starting around 3am and going on for over an hour.Hor water was an issue as well.Staff explained that it was due to location of hot water heater in facility.Staff was nice they tried their best with what they had to work with.Wouldnt stay here again.

They charge for a dog yet they will not pay you back like all the other hotels I've stayed at even my two dogs are emotional support animals. They didn't care or understand that I even had the paperwork yet they still made me pay and not get no money back for the deposit. 25.00 a animal is a lot and I have no issues paying since there was no damages to room I've got trained animals and still no deposit back. Also I had notified them in the messages about my animal before getting here. Once we arrived I gotask if we really needed a handicap room and I was like absolutely that is what I reserved. The lady was super nice just the money and not getting a deposit back for my animals was horrible.

Hotel had standing water in shower and hair all in shower. Called to get a different room and was told nothing was available. Air Con/Heater knob was broke only worked on high. Blood stains on sheets and pee stains on blanket. Went to front and somehow thie was a new room all of a sudden. Most disgusting hotel ive stayed at in years. Room 124 new room was 119.

Breakfast was ok, waffles and juice. Bed and bedding were soft and clean. Starbucks and Jacks a blocks walk. Room was updated but floor was dirty, remote to TV didn't work, shower fixtures exposed. You get what you pay for. I would stay again driving through and just needed a place to sleep.

The staff at the front desk was very nice, particularly the young man that checked us out. The room was clean, the only reason I gave it a low mark is that the towels from the previous guest were left on the hook of the bathroom door. Also, the bathroom sink faucet leaked water all over the counter whenever it was turned on.

Room was not very clean. A lot of dirt on floor and a lot of stains on blankets and bathroom towels. One lady was complaining about bed bugs while I was at the front counter in the morning she even had some pictures.

Had to be moved to another room - both sink and shower drain wouldn’t drain. Husband fixed sink drain and then I called front desk. Very kindly moved us - even walked the key up to our room. The floors were filthy. I went out and bought a mop at the dollar store and cleaned our floors. Not many restaurants except for fast food in the area.

The property was easily accessible from the highway. The man at the front desk was especially nice and professional! Very clean rooms! Very comfortable beds!! It would have been nice if the breakfast time was until 10 a.m. so those of us who like to sleep in a little later can enjoy the breakfast provided. Also, an earlier check in time than 3:00 p.m. would be great. That is evidently the standard time, I guess, at all the hotels though. Brighter lighting in for the vanity mirror would be ideal, too. Thank you for a great stay!

Looked at the room and said *no way.. Didn't stay. AC was broken, the room smelled like a dirty foot, semi trucks were jake braking right outside the door, the property is on a heavily used intersection just off the highway, the parking lot needs paved and I question the security due to the location.

Unsafe because there was no chain on the door, or physical barrier to being opened with the key. This only really bothered me because we lost the key in the envelop with the room number on it. You could see there had been a physical door block but it had been ripped out of the door frame and not replaced.

The door to the room was nearly impossible to open. It was either a bad fit or the lock was broken. And when closed the door the seal was poor because the cold air blew in and you could see the light outside around the door frame. We were there for only one night and the cost was minimal so we stayed. The bathroom faucet barely worked. Shampoo bottle empty and the hair dryer broken. The door was the major item.

The check in was good. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. I had read reviews complimenting on the breakfast. WELL breakfast was to be served from 6-9. We arrived at 7:30the only thing available was bread, cold cereal, and one sausage Pattie.. only 1 person in there eating. VERY DISSAPOINTED. No one at the desk to talk to. When I checked out I told them” thanks for the lack of breakfast” he said oh isn’t there anything out there. Shouldn’t he keep an eye on it and know no food was there!!!!

The front desk ladies are super friendly and we’re very accommodating when I came in from NYC headed home. I wasn’t looking for super fancy just somewhere to shower and sleep. This was exactly what I wanted and more. It was clean, I felt safe, and they made sure I was good before I left the next morning. I’d definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

We got to the hotel close to 10pm. There was only one worker which I kinda expected. But check in was so slow. The room was nice tho. Just. A one night sat as we were only passing through headed to pigeon forge

AC was broken, the room smelled like a dirty foot, semi trucks were jake braking right outside the door, the property is on a heavily used intersection just off the highway, the parking lot needs paved and I question the security due to the location.

Breakfast was ok, waffles and juice. Bed and bedding were soft and clean. Starbucks and Jacks a blocks walk. Room was updated but floor was dirty, remote to TV didn't work, shower fixtures exposed. You get what you pay for. I would stay again driving through and just needed a place to sleep.

Newly remodeled extremely clean.Mattresses were not comfortable .Stayed 2 nights ,woke up both nights to screeching tires in parking lot,semi trucks cranking up and running in parking lot and bass speakers thumping all of this starting around 3am and going on for over an hour.Hor water was an issue as well.Staff explained that it was due to location of hot water heater in facility.Staff was nice they tried their best with what they had to work with.Wouldnt stay here again.

The property was easily accessible from the highway. The man at the front desk was especially nice and professional! Very clean rooms! Very comfortable beds!! It would have been nice if the breakfast time was until 10 a.m. so those of us who like to sleep in a little later can enjoy the breakfast provided. Also, an earlier check in time than 3:00 p.m. would be great. That is evidently the standard time, I guess, at all the hotels though. Brighter lighting in for the vanity mirror would be ideal, too. Thank you for a great stay!

The check in was good. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. I had read reviews complimenting on the breakfast. WELL breakfast was to be served from 6-9. We arrived at 7:30the only thing available was bread, cold cereal, and one sausage Pattie.. only 1 person in there eating. VERY DISSAPOINTED. No one at the desk to talk to. When I checked out I told them” thanks for the lack of breakfast” he said oh isn’t there anything out there. Shouldn’t he keep an eye on it and know no food was there!!!!

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and in good condition. They need a new waffle machine. Theirs does not get the waffles done and one half cooks more than the other. Raw dough isn't very good! Other food was fine.

This place was great! The room was clean and the staff was so kind, especially taking us and our pup in so late at night and during the storms we hit while traveling. We felt safe and stayed comfortable during our stay and the beds were so comfy!
