Red Roof Inn Gadsden

Positives: clean room, good location Negatives: Cracked floors, outside needs a remodel, flat pillows Overall, we had a positive stay but this was a fairly last minute (2-3 months) booking so we could attend the Talladega race. If I had more time, I would have booked at an indoor hotel, rather than an outdoor motel structure. We had to get moved to a new room after check in because the tv was making a popping sound and the mirror was broken in our room. It was convenient being next door to the Top of the River restaurant. Location is good and not far from restaurants, etc. Would I stay there again? Yes, but only if it's another roast minute situation and I couldn't find an indoor hotel for a decent price.

Only issue was the hotel was outdated and needed to be cleaner

The front desk staff were very personable and accommodating. Hotel is located near convenient chain restaurants and shopping. The hotel building has a little age on it, but the furnishings and linens were up to date. The beds were very comfortable.

Place was clean and perfect for a quick overnight stay. Staff was prompt and friendly. Place was in good shape. Thanks.

Friendly front desk staff. Clean rooms. Back side of hotel has beautiful river view.
