Long day traveling so a happy stop. Nice front desk personnel, nice room, good sleep. My only issue is the security door near my room was supposed to be card access only but it was not locked 24 hours much less after hours. A lot of coming and going out that door after 10pm so we were a little nervous.

We had two different rooms. One smelled like a wet dog and the other like very strong cigarettes. The floors were so nasty that we were unable to walk barefoot because our feet were BLACK. The sinks and tubs were clogged up and would hardly drain. The outside pool was green and disgusting. Overall, it was filthy. I absolutely will not stay here again.

It was perfectly fine. No complaints, we stayed here because it’s one of the few places that let us bring a dog. Heads up the desk clerk asked us in the future to call beforehand and let them know (even tho I put it in the note) because they only have a few dog rooms. It was conviently located, felt safe. The breakfast is something to be desired but was okay. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Hotel was quiet.

Tried to book through the hotel directly. However, after four attempts of being placed on hold, i booked through expedia. Their website states that they "openly accept pets". They dont mention that they charge a substantial fee per pet until you arrive. The desk attendant was quite rude and tried to tell me that i should have booked direct, and I explained the scenario. He stated that the Google telephone number was incorrect. It was one lie after another. I called the google number later and watched him answer...

Check in was quick, clerk was friendly. The hallways and stairwells were very dirty, and outside doors propped open. The room looked cleaner, but pillows were obviously old and had a strange smell. There were no mirrors in the room, only in the bathroom. Water pressure was awful, it was hard to rinse soap or shampoo out. Morning coffee was like muddy water, and breakfast was a joke. We booked for 2 nights but decided to leave before spending the 2nd night.

The staff was great! Howeve I booked the suite with the whirlpool tub and I wasn’t told that the jets in the tub didn’t work. Which was a total let down it’s the only reason I booked this hotel! I tried to get a refund or a partial refund but the property owner denied. If I stay here again it will be just a regular room. There are other hotels with working whirlpool tubs that would have given a partial refund at least.

I was very disappointed with the condition of my room during my recent stay. The cleanliness was far below expectations—from the floors to the curtains, everything felt unkempt. The first room we received, it had a really bad mold smell & we looked up at the ceiling and seen big black mold above one of the beds. Staff was very nice and quick to give us another room with no problem but again, in the next room it was decent except for the sink in the bathroom. It was leaking all over and into the floor. The place is okay to stay at if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep at a cheap price, but I probably wouldn’t bring my family or myself there again just based on my experience.

The bed was covered in bugs. I dont think they were bed bugs, i think it was fleas, but they were everywhere. We immediately left after telling the front desk who did not act suprised at all (was not offered another room). I booked though expedia and they contacted property. They agreed to refund 1 of rhe 2 rooms, even though we turned the lights on, walked over to bed, saw bugs, took pictures and left. Still will not refuns the other room so we are disputing throuvh the bank in hopes of getting 117$ back. Manager keeps saying it was flies but it most certainly wasnt flies! These arent cheap rooms to have bugs.

The room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a good while with visible crumbs and other debris on the floor. The toilet obviously hadn’t been cleaned and there was old takeout food left in the refrigerator. The beds seemed clean and they were comfortable.

Our recent stay was unsatisfactory due to several issues. The bedding lacked basic hygiene measures; neither the mattress nor the pillows had bed bug protective covers. The room was nice. Linens smelled fresh. The only complaint I would have would be the shower. The shower facet was horrible. The water just sprayed everywhere. Little water pressure. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good. It is off the interstate so you do hear that traffic at night.

The property had many issues and has not been updated in forever. The curtains would not close out the parking lot lights from shining in the room all night. The chair at the desk would not go up at all. It was lowered all the way and would not respond to the height controls. The beds were uncomfortable. There was nothing on the bathtub floor to keep me from slipping. Overall it is an old building that has not been updated from the yesteryears of the 80s.

Excellent front desk staff, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, the lady overseeing breakfast was friendly and very helpful, we will definitely stay here again when visiting.

We arrived later than expected to the hotel. It didn’t matter the clerk received us with welcoming smile. Not like you didn’t arrive on time, so we gave your room away. The room we requested was ready and awaiting are arrival.. The following morning we had a hot breakfast all you could eat . The Customer Service was great and the personal attention was amazing. I prepaid with Hotels.com and the hotel tried to charge me again for my stay. Thankfully I didn’t have money on the card she was trying to run again. I showed her my receipt and she still said it wasn’t paid for. Let alone when we got to our room it smelled like cat piss!

I went to the front desk with my 3 night stay paid in advance and as the clerk was making the key I informed her that I had a service dog. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t put me in that room that I had reserved and she had to put me in a pet friendly area. I explained how the pet friendly area is a big distraction for a trained service dog. The manager and clerk refused to accommodate. The room wreaked of urine! I ended my stay after one night and moved to a non pet friendly place.

Furthermore, the stairwells carpet was stained and had a noticeable odor, raising concerns about general cleanliness. Customer service was equally poor. When inquiring about the government rate, the representative stated it was only for 'government business trips only' and hung up on me mid-explanation, despite my husband and I being government employees with valid ID. Upon check-in, I witnessed the same employee handle another guest's reasonable request for pullout couch bedding with apparent irritation, instructing the elderly man to return later after he’s settled into the room. The employee's unprofessional appearance (unkempt hair, sloppy clothing, and visible dental issues) contributed to a negative first impression. We will not be considering this hotel brand for future stays.

The property overall was fine. The guy who checked us in was degrading and condescending. He acted completely unprofessional to myself and to the lady in front of me. I was very close to losing my money for the room that night just because he was so disrespectful and unprofessional. I travel all over the country and have never felt anywhere the way he made me feel. Classic case of someone who uses his position to try and make other people feel small. Will never stay here again just because of that experience.

Heads up the desk clerk asked us in the future to call beforehand and let them know (even tho I put it in the note) because they only have a few dog rooms. It was conviently located, felt safe. The room was nice. Linens smelled fresh. The only complaint I would have would be the shower. The shower facet was horrible. The water just sprayed everywhere. Little water pressure. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good. It is off the interstate so you do hear that traffic at night.

We travelled 14 hours to reach hotel from Houston Texas. We were excited our desk clerk was same nice man from our last year travel. Rooms are nice, clean and everything works perfectly. Easy walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely be back again next year and hope to see and talk to our sane desk clerk

Our room had water stains on the ceiling and the wall paper was peeling off due to water damage in some places. The room didn’t have enough blankets and when asked the front desk said they were out. The parking lot did not appear to indicate that they were full capacity so if a room with a sofa bed should have a blanket to put on it. Definitely not a full control breakfast and what was available looked microwaved at best. Definitely not a 8 out 10 rating as advertised.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical with a few hot options. Also, there were a couple of different pre-packaged items such as pecan pinwheels. Room was clean and fairly new. No foul or mildew smell. Bed was average but comfortable.

Check in was quick, clerk was friendly. The hallways and stairwells were very dirty, and outside doors propped open. The room looked cleaner, but pillows were obviously old and had a strange smell. There were no mirrors in the room, only in the bathroom. Water pressure was awful, it was hard to rinse soap or shampoo out. Morning coffee was like muddy water, and breakfast was a joke. We booked for 2 nights but decided to leave before spending the 2nd night.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The lady that does the breakfast was fantastic, she was so friendly, hardworking, and helpful. Only complaint the swimming pool was pretty disgusting, the pool area needs to be addressed. I’m not sure it ever gets cleaned, other than that great breakfast, rooms, and friendly staff.
