Super 8 by Wyndham Russellville

Staff was friendly. There’s a Waffle House in the same parking lot. The vending machines take money only, no tap to pay or cards are accepted. The air conditioner in the room is a window unit, but it kept the room cool.

Floors where not clean ,pool had been filled in although the ad said there was a pool , and it smelled bad also bed was uncomfortable.

Liked that a washer & dryer were available to use. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast choices. Comfortable dbl. room on first floor.

This is an older facility, but well kept. Attentive staff, good value. I especially appreciated the EV charging - well managed and very convenient.

Very clean and nice. I did take off some stars. They didn’t want me to plug my ev more then once. The EV plug was the whole reason I chose this motel. They seem to think they draw a lot of electricity. Don’t have ev plugs useless you let guests use them unlimited.

Good place to stay when passing through. And they have tractor trailer parking.

I wanted something not too expensive, but felt safe and clean. It was basic but nice. It had interior corridors. And it was exactly what we needed. The beds were very comfortable.

This property was so clean! Is smelt good when you walked in, (not like Overland Park KS.) the rooms were clean, linen and towels smelled looked and smelled good. The room was quiet even for being on the highway side. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. We definitely would stay here again if in the area.

What I disliked about our stay was: Uncleaned rooms with human fecal matters on the bedding, shower curtain, the room smelling like cigarettes, sleepless night from the radio coming on/off and making static noises, misleading advertisement of a room having two queen beds in the picture and having to pay for an "upgrade" and the continental breakfast consisting of honey buns and toast. My family will NOT be staying at this location ever again, and I'm encouraging for folks to check your rooms before staying.

First the good. I have to say, the room was VERY clean. For me, that is one of the most important factors. Waffle House is in the same parking lot (and it was a nice experience as well). There was not much noise even being on the bottom floor. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Now for the negative. I am traveling with my two cats, so I spent a ton of time researching pet friendly options (that include cats because several are dog only). That being said, the listing on Expedia and the company website both state pet friendly (not excluding cats) and that they stay for $10 per pet per day. I was aware of the fee and happy to pay, what was not listed was the $100 refundable deposit. Again not an issue, except that it is not expressed on their website nor is it on Expedia so it was a surprise, that could be avoided by keeping the policies online up to date. When checking in I was asked about pets and I said that I did have my two cats. Her faced dropped as she told me they do not accept cats. She did call to get approval from the owner to allow us to keep them in the cage in the room, so we were able to keep our booking, but again, I could have avoided this and stayed somewhere that does allow cats if the information online was accurate. They did work to accommodate us which is appreciated, but it was certainly unnecessary stress added to a long day of traveling. Overall, the rooms are clean and the price point is good.

Located in a safe area within walking distance to restaurants. I'll stay here again the next time I travel through Arkansas.

Older hotel but well maintained. Clean and friendly staff. Room was nice, very quiet. Will stay again.

Was non smoking room but lingering smoke smell in room

The room was very nicely decorated and it was so clean. No worries of bed bugs! Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good. Just enough to eat a little before hitting the road for a day of driving. We were doing the highway 69 yard sale from Fort Smith to Beebe AR. Recommend this for a place to stay for sure!

The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the slow/bad internet speed/connection

The property was obviously older, but had been cleaned and some renovations done. It was very convenient, well staffed and kept, a good value for the lower prices.

I stayed at this particular hotel 20+ years ago and from what I remember, the hotel wasn't bad then. Not the case anymore. The hotel is old and not maintained well. The road noise is terrible when trying to sleep being so close to the interstate. The water had some weird stuff floating around in it so we were afraid to give it to our dog. The only accessible outlet was attached to a light switch so when you turn off the light at night, nothing you have plugged into that outlet will be charging. We unfortunately had to sleep with the light on so all of our devices would charge after traveling all day. We asked for a non-smoking room but the smell of smoke was terrible within the room. The sheets looked unclean or stained and were in desperate need of bring replaced. The most frustrating thing is that we typically do not stay at this hotel as their are other hotels that we usually book when in town. All hotels in the area were completely booked (I am guessing due to graduations, Mother's Day, and whatever else) and this was really our only option unless I wanted to stay further outside of town. Because of all of that, the cost of the hotel was significantly higher than normal (more than double). I would normally say something like you get what you pay for but in this case, it was worse. We checked out early and found a vacancy at another hotel the next morning and promptly left. The hotel would not refund our money for the nights we were staying. No apologies were made either.

Bed was comfortable but you can hear the interstate traffic all night. Our room was on the side of the interstate. Fridge in room did not work. Room was clean.

The room was fine. The main downside was that the front desk guy was asleep in a room beside the front desk. I tried knocking on the door. Finally, I called the hotel phone number and that woke him up.

He noticed i had children and asked me to keep my kids under control or he will walk us off the property. He was extremely rude and we will not ever be back

This small and unique super 8 has everything a traveler needs. Surrounded by restaurants easy access off Interstate, great staff, nice continental breakfast and cleanness. Plus a great price for the value. This is the place my wife and stay when visiting family!

My daughter and I stayed overnight for a ball tournament. We arrived around 1030PM. The place was quiet and we got checked in quickly and without problems. The staff was nice and the room was clean. There was a different next door but upon entry into our room, we did not hear it again. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast isn't alot but it got us going. I would stay there again.
