The staff was wonderful. Lisa was so friendly and helpful. She was a delight! The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and really enjoyed breakfast. The room was clean and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Easy parking & check in. Clean rooms and the air was on to welcome us to a cool room. The he room looks perfect. The lobby smelled like waste.. as though plumbing was back up. That wasn’t fun to experience.

This is a very nice hotel. The entire property and room were very well maintained and clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The dining area for breakfast is large with a variety of seating. The breakfast offered many choices and it was well stocked and well laid out. The staff was friendly and efficient. We will definitely stay here again!

We asked for a ground floor room we were given 3rd floor, also asked for handicapped room and wasnt given one. Then when we got into bed, both beds the sheets were still damp. We ALWAYS stay at this hotel only when in the area but this time it wasnt the greatest of times. The nightly hotel clerk hes always very friendly.

The rooms are spacious and have many upgraded amenities like a rainfall shower head, Central heat/air and generous luggage benches built in. The beds and pillows are comfortable Nice breakfast room as well. We enjoyed a luxurious stay for an excellent price!

Hotel appears to be very new. It was clean and comfortable. The room was more spacious than other Holiday Inn Express rooms (2 Queen, Standard). Check in and out was easy. Hotel is located between two churches with a cow pasture behind it, so its quiet without the street noise often found in hotel right off the interstate. Breakfast was good. Typical HEI food offerings, but they had french toast that is different than some. Started at 6, even on the weekend, which is good.

I do not remember two of the employees names, but they were awesome. We had a couple special request. They always did everything they could do to accommodate them. Will be staying there again in October specifically due to the employees.

Our TV was not working. The night staff came and helped to get it to work, but it went out again. In the morning it was still not working I advised the morning staff and they didn’t do anything. Finally she offered some points. I would have appreciated a room change or a discount. A minimal point offer did nothing for our trip.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone love the new pancake machine so you don’t have to wait for others to make them their selves. It was close to I 40 but far enough away from all the traffic in a quiet remote area. Would definitely stay here again.
