Beds were really comfortable. Cold air. Table top wasn't screwed down, would tilt over if anything placed on side. The one ice machine for the entire complex would not make any ice. Housekeeping didn't provide fresh coffee. You get what you pay for.

FILTHY DIRTY!!! The room reeked of smoke including the bedding. We found a sock and button (and LOTS of dirt) behind the beds. The floor boards and corners are caked in grime. Bathroom had some kind of sticky mess and footprints across it. If it had not been so late and we were so tired we would have moved on that night. The heating system was broken so you could not use the knob to adjust the heat, when we brought pliers in and turned it on, it set off the smoke alarms. I would not even consider coffee in the morning offered in the meager "breakfast", which was quite the joke. Swimming pool is a pit of green scum. This place is utterly disgusting and the owners and management should be ASHAMED.

There was not a safety latch on the door, though it had the pin on the door frame. There was a cockroach in the shower stall and i informed the desk clerk and he acted like he didn't care. The bed was some sort of metal fram and everytime you moved on it, it rattled or made some kind of noise.

As soon as we walked into our room it had a musty smell, it was terrible! Dead bugs laying on the floor. Cobwebs in the tub, clogged drains, dirty light fixtures, and the door was filthy. The toilet was very wobbly and the refrigerator hardly got cold. We wanted to leave but nothing in the area was available and we were exhausted from traveling. PLEASE! PLEASE! DO NOT STAY HERE! RUN! DON'T WALK!

Check in was easy, staff member at check in was perfectly cordial. The room however was a huge letdown. Had I not been exhausted and noticed how poor the housekeeping was, we would not have stayed the night. We were only staying long enough to sleep a few hours while traveling. Cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The toilet behind the toilet seat was unclean as pictured prior to use. The shower bar had black mold that I was able to easily wipe of with tp. If I could wipe it away so easily, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Brown streaks on the walls by the tp dispenser that I HOPE aren’t what they looked like. There were marks on the mirror so it obviously hadn’t been cleaned well. I also found a massive cockroach (legit appx 1.5 inches long) by the ac unit as we were leaving. Never again!

We had a room by the pool that was noisy at bed time. The room above us was noisy all night. Didnt get any sleep we had a 5k run planned for the next day. There was a light pink stain color on both bed spreads. Black hairs on tub. Not the best experience. Will not stay again.

Older hotel. Looked all evening for bugs, but to my suprise, I didn't find any. The microwave had RTV all over the front where someone tried to repair it somehow. Not many guests, but the guests that were there where herded into a small area of one wing. This made for many loud banging noises and car engines and even loud yelling throughout the night.

Staff was nice. Bed was way too spongy and soft. Room was clean. It didnt have a terribly bad odor, but it was not a clean smell. Maybe more of a musty odor. There was some apparent water damage around the baseboard/molding ( wasn't damp so it was at some point previous).

Hotel staff was wonderful and accomodating, even when our reservation was "cancelled" even after the fact of maintaining contact with the front desk throughout the night, it was somehow cancelled, but the gentelman at the front desk, upon arrival was more than helpful and had managed to get things squared away where we were not inconvienced at all.

Room was clean & staff customer oriented. Heater made a loud noise on the 2nd day & was given a space heater instead of another room. Iron and ironing board very outdated and in poor working order, very difficult to iron needed clothes. Complimentary breakfast was pitiful.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The ice machine was not working. This room was supposed to include breakfast but the first morning was only pancake, sausage and coffee. The second morning I was told they no longer offer breakfast.

Very clean place. Breakfast was pancakes sausage eggs & toast. Never seen an automatic pancake machine before. Pool was triangle shaped (but closed for winter).Room was spacious with king bed, desk, fridge and microwave. Only thing I saw was bathroom popcorn ceiling was flaking and needs to be fixed. Room and bed was clean so I give location 5 out of 5. Friendly and fast check in service.

Arrived to the hotel checked in went to the grocery store. Bought snacks. Put them in the refrigerator refrigerator did not work. Did not realize it till the next day tried to turn the TV on there was no remote they were supposed to send someone up because they said it had been stolen and no one ever arrived, after staying in the room overnight with no TV we just used our phones. We then got up to have the free continental breakfast that was included in the price. We were taken back and appalled. The juice machine did not work. They had like four slices of bread maybe three bagels out And cereal and cylinders. I thought maybe I would have some cereal then look for the milk and it was a half gallon of milk in a reaching cooler that had been expired. We were disgusted and went to the front desk after one night stay and explained that we would be checking out , I spoke to the desk person and he told me that I would have to call Expedia to get my money back for the next night which I did. I asked him about the continental breakfast and his comment was that is why the room is so cheap that’s what you get for what you pay , I’d advise anyone and everyone just spend the extra 10 or 20 bucks and stay anywhere but here please avoid. Also, it had a microwave and it was disgusting. There was still food residue all over the top. I’m glad we had blankets to sleep on top of the bed
