The beds were very comfortable and the room clean. The furniture is dated. The bottom of our bathroom door was dry rot and needs to be replaced. There was a good sized chip out of the bathtub enamel. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the towel rack above the sink needs an update. The shower was hot. Staff was friendly.

What a lovely little hotel. The owners are so accommodating and the nicest people. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Fluffy towel, daily housekeeping. Great tv line up and a real coffee pot so bring your own coffee and filters. In general very pleased.

The one fly in the ointment is the amount of street noise that came through the closed outside door. But setting the HVAC to 'constant fan' provided enough white noise to cover it up and allow peaceful uninterrupted sleep.

Too many things didn’t work so I had to constantly walk all the way to the front desk for the solutions. We couldn’t watch tv much of the time, the shower was dated and didn’t know quite how to operate it the first night.

I’ll start on a positive note.The room was clean and although I felt it wasn’t a $100 a night room it was fine.Onto the negative:The service I received was horrible!We had a dispute about the deposit that I was not informed about when I booked online and while I was talking to my partner,the manager im assuming kept interrupting our personal conversation and then at some point I was told that the room would have to be checked before checkout (which I have never experienced before!)and when he came to check it he was rude and as I was talking to my daughter he started being rude.Needless to so I had a really bad experience because of a rude person that needs to close his business if has has to be that paranoid and make people feel uncomfortable!im not sure about the location because I was just passing through but maybe he has had bad experiences but that has nothing to do with another paying customer!He just seemed very sketchy to me…

The staff was helpful during check in. Room was clean. But I disagree with some of their rules and regulations. There was a death in the family and we had visitors in our room pretty late and we kept getting phone calls to our room from the front desk telling us that we had to make our visitors leave, they didn't allow visitors late and that the policy was for our protection. I have never heard of that. Very strict very bothersome. Made the stay uncomfortable

This is an excellent motel. The desk people are very welcoming. It is one of the few motels that still fully clean your room when you stay multiple days. Best price for similar motels in Selma. I highly recommend.

Very enjoyable experience from check-in to getting a missing iron and board in less then 10 minutes. Comfortable and clean bed and room. Housekeeping guy was super friendly and helpful.

We expected a continental breakfast, but there wasn't one. Welcoming and efficient check-in. Hardee's right across the street. Location convenient to everywhere we needed to go--Sturdivant, Tally-Ho, and Southern Sportsman Lodge. The lodge, a drive away, still convenient because we could use the bypass very easily. If occasion arises, we'll stay there again. Comfortable bed, good AC, non-smoking room actually odor free. We rested well.

Pretty much a quaint standard hotel far from luxury though, but clean. Staff were very nice and hospitable. The room had a small fridge, microwave, small siting table for 2, smart tv, hair dryer but no iron or ironing board no biggie since I travel with one anyways. Very accessible to restaurants and shopping.
