This is an older building and the facilities are subpar. Customer service is excellent from maintenance, to guest services, and custodial however it takes a long time for the water to heat up. Also, none of the rooms are equipped with a smart TV, so Netflix, prime Amazon, and Hulu are not available

I am in kind of smells like a slight urine smell or maybe it was some type of product they cleaned with that has an odd smell to it and that has bothered me and being on the first floor, I hear the noise from what I believe is in the laundry room, but the lady who checked me in she was awesome!

Older property but kept well. Gym is small and 1/2 of the cardio machines were out. My linen had stains on out which is unexceptional. Staff were friendly. Elevator was always available.

The free breakfast was very nice, particularly the young lady who kept the area. She was exceptionally friendly and seemed to care about each person in the area. The breakfast bar was kept cleaned and she eagerly responded if something was needed. However, the bathroom in our room had not been cleaned well. The tub/shower was dirty, bottom of tub especially dirty.

Too expensive for what you get. Older facility that is need of renovations in common areas and rooms. Had a suite with a stained sofa and instead of a tv, there was a mirror in front of it. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and sink did not drain.

Two of my hand towels had someone else's long black curly hair in them - gross. The shower and floors looked like they had not been cleaned at all from the prior guest. The prior guest's toiletries were still in the dirty shower. The shower also did not drain so I had to shower in my own dirty after and managed to get it draining a bit by showing a comb under the plug to keep it open. However, it was still a VERY slow drain and desperately needed some drano. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Lack of cleanliness was the biggest issue. There were hairs in the tub and throughtout the bathroom floor. The furniture in the room was outdated, paint cracked and pilling from the walls, areas that had been previously patched and poorly painted over, and rusted handles in the shower.

Upon entering the first room, the room had a stale, stench smell. I pulled the comforter and sheets back to discover that the comforter and sheet were soiled with blood. I immediately called the front desk to let them know. The front desk clerk said she would change our room. The replacement room smelled exactly the same. The beds were horrible and the bathroom was not clean. There were rings in the toilet and let’s not mention the tub. The shower pressure was great but the water from the shower just pooled in the tub. It was like you were talking a shower and bath at the same time.

The hotel was easy to book a room and easy to find. The door to our room was to small for the frame. And the doorway between our room and the connecting room was not insulated well. When the front door was closed you could see light all around it from the hallway and hear every word spoken from the hall and the room next to us. Our room was also across from the elevator. It is hard to get any rest when you can hear everything outside your room.

Coffee in lobby in evening was cold. Staff suggested I microwave it or make my own in my room. Cleaning staff did not restock coffee items from the day before.. was on first floor and internet was only 1 bar constantly in and out, that was very inconvenient as I was on a work trip and relied on that service.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30am. As of 6:45 the room was still in darkness with no signs of a breakfast. We ended up having to go to IHOP as we had to be somewhere at 7:30.

Comfortable, quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Marie at reception and the breakfast room staff.. Need a light in the room coffee alcove. Overall temperature in the hotel too low, as in all Holiday Inn Express hotels. Should not have to wear a jacket at breakfast to keep warm!!.

The property is in great shape and the overall condition is superb. Will stay again if we head back to Thomasville, which by the way, Jonah's is a wonderful restaurant to dine for dinner. Beautiful downtown.

This was a fantastic last minute stay. The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. But the star of the show was the Staff. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, the customer service was fabulous!

This is our 2nd time staying at this location and it’s it perfectly situated in town, easy to find and the staff is amazing. Also the breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen offered.
