Floors were dirty, Toilet seat was very loose, had to request a different room because air conditioner did not work. Safety lock on door was snapped off, Bed mattress was broke down and pillows were small and uncomfortable.

Heater didnt work , shower was so nasty beds had nasty smell to them . No iron or ironing board Staff acting clueless to anything we asked them about.. tv didnt have no sound to it.. never again will we stay

First off there were dead roaches on the floor upon entering the room, the floor wasn't clean, had to go get a plunger from the office due to a clogged toilet and witnessed a very loud unpleasant situation of someone being kicked out. Saw police there three times during my stay

No breakfast. TV remote not work. Room not clean. Was a nice place once desperately needs staff and an update. Overpriced for the run down facilities.

there was no breakfast bed and sheets had cigarette burns terrible smoke smell as soon as you open the door the guy at front desk was condescending
