Very courteous and helpful

It was a good value and where I needed it to be.

Room smelled of pet urine, and mold. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. People are allowed to loudly party outside and nothing is done. I would never stay here. We left and asked for a refund that was offered. We’ll see if that happens.

The room was dirty. Hair in the tub and the towel looked like they hadn’t been washed.

Hard Workers, BUT… Pros: A/C and Hard Working, Front Desk Gentleman and staff Cons: -Hot Water heater couldn’t keep up with demand; the water was warmish/hotish, just not HOT -Mattress was SOLID, just not in a good way; able to sleep, but with sold out bookings it was the very firm mattress or paying out of pocket for something down the street at higher price Good location to a lot of eateries. Would stay here again if the water heater and mattress issues were fixed.
