We stayed in room 208. Horrible room. The window was very dirty, smudgy discolored panes making it difficult to see out of. . The wall below the shower head was buckled and falling apart from apparent water damage. A section of the wall to the left near the same shower head was plastered over but not painted…poor halfway repair. This room should not have been given to us and there were very few guests, so there were plenty of other rooms available. Or, perhaps this room was in better shape than the others? We certainly overpaid for what we got. The stair climbing machine in the workout room did not work. I could go on…..

I was at this hotel for the death of my granddaughter. Very disappointed 😥 the pool was NOT OPEN, front desk person stated it may be open next week. I needed it when I was there.i would like to have given my daughter some space by having my granddaughters to spend time with me at the pool. The room i was in had a smell that i could not breath. I had to turn the ac up and used my inhaler.

Unfortunately we could not stay because there was a power outage. No check in, no air conditioning, no backup generator, no idea when power would return. It wasn’t the staff’s fault. We had to quickly find somewhere else to stay before we could reach anyone to cancel our Comfort Inn reservation. We hope we will not have trouble with the charge.

Property showed pool & exercise room, which I sorted for, but pool was closed Oct. 1, 2024 & not disclosed. Workout room had broken equipment. Big cockroaches on 3rd floor (how do they reach the elevator button?), Wifi was "spotty" at vest. Breakfast was meager: the worst I have seen in any hotel, juice was mostly water. Would not do it again, even with a pool!

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The hotel was under construction and the room furniture was covered in dust. The showers didn’t work properly. But overall it was great sleep and good breakfast!

Hotel smelled. Room was disgustingly dirty. The doors dont jave the upper lock at the top of the door, so if you have a small child i do not recommend. My 2 year old opened the door a couple times and ran down the hall. We had to rig it up with the iron and the bathroom door so he couldnt open it. They really should work on the smell amd the lack of cleanliness.

Brown spots on the curtains. Used toilet paper roll. Hair on the toilet seat and in the shower. Pee stains under the toilet seat. We had to check out early, it was awful. I get that it’s a 2-star hotel but this is basic cleanliness.

The room was not clean. There was crumbs all over the floor and hair on the bathroom floor. Visible mold in bathroom, dirty and stained comforter on bed, and a dirty lampshade. Hotel staff was non existent except for a young man who was cleaning rooms who was very helpful

The fold out couch bed is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. I took pictures of you want to see what I’m talking about. The carpet…I don’t think it has ever been cleaned. And the shower head…that’s a whole nother story.

The first room we were given was room 202. The minute we walked in I noticed white stuff all in the carpet and stains all over the bed..including a big yellow stain and brown stains all over the comforter. I normally love comfort inn and suites and have stayed at many for their cleanliness and nice rooms and beds. This one however was very outdated and dirty. Thankfully we were moved to room 226 but that room smelled like mold and stale cigarettes. Overall the condition of the property is disgusting. Will not be staying at this specific comfort inn ever again. I also have pictures to prove how nasty it was.

Lots of construction trucks taking up guest parking, so it was hard to find a spot. There was so much hair, black wads of hair, definitely noticable to cleaning staff all over the bathroom floor. It was disgusting. Looked like the carpet had been neglected to be vacuumed as well.

Everything was great, except the toilet in our room was broke. The stopper in the tank wasn’t closing. We got in late and instead of calling now and telling them. We just dealt with it and kept closing it every time. When we checked out I told the front desk and she seemed annoyed. I then used the public bathroom. And when I flushed the handle broke. OTHER than that great stay!

Nice and clean. Check in was very courteous, bed was comfy and nice to have a real breakfast. Only complaints were floor in hall outside my room and by my fridge was mushy and really bouncy, and when I came to the desk to check out no one was up there for 20 minutes while another guest and I waited. I would’ve just left the key, but I needed a receipt for work. Overall a good stay.

The room was spacious enough to navigate, even with the sofa bed opened out, so my sons didn’t have to share a bed. The staff provided extra bedding for the sofa bed quickly when asked. The room was clean and everyone was very friendly.

It was cool for the price. Breakfast was terrible and they did not clean my room on 1 day and the other day they did not replinish wash cloths. When I called down stairs to request some I was told that someone would bring them up in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I went down stairs and the woman at the front desk was busy checking people in. So I went back upstairs and waited another 30 minutes then went back down stairs. She was outside smoking a cigarette and had forgotten. I think she was just overwhelmed at the moment honestly. However, it almost caused mt to be late for the event that I had flown 1100 miles to attend.

Has to stay for 13 days due to small fire at my home. These people were incredibly nice, accommodating to me and my two dogs! They were gracious, my stay was peaceful, and if I have to go back, while additional repairs are done, I’ll stay there again! They made a horrible situation, much better by their kindness.

While it was fairly easy to check in, clerk could have been a bit more helpful. The room was ok, but needed to be updated. Something was wrong with the TV, had weird streaks and double image while on. Checkout was awful. Three other couples and us waited for a while for someone to come. No one did, the maintenance man and breakfast cook finally told us just to leave our keys. So we all did.

We booked a room with king bed and pull out sofa for my husband, myself and 2 children (6 and 11). After checking in I went to the front desk to ask for bedding for the pull out bed. They stated they didn’t have any. When I asked what they expected me to do for my children she just shrugged! They said they were booked and didn’t have any extra! I said “it’s not extra, the room is supposed to come with that!” They said again they didn’t have any bedding. I asked for a refund which they DECLINED (thankfully Expedia was great and did the refund on their side). After we asked for a refund they said they found an extra blanket in another room. Mind you they said they were fully booked, so whose room did you “find” this blanket? Ummm, no thanks! Would not recommend staying here.
