All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms and lobby were clean. The breakfast was amazing which is huge with my husband and our granddaughter. Everything was wonderful, we were more needy than usual this trip and this was not an issue at all. The only suggestion I might have is that the indoor pool be heated a little bit, it was too cold to swim in.

I like the area, its accessible to the places we visited around Arkadelphia. Price was decent. The only thing my husband complained was the indoor pool, it was cold and we didn't feel the heat on. Lol, but overall I love going back there again.

Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean. Wicker furniture in the pool area was falling apart. Pool could have been a bit cleaner. I absolutely hate that they allow pets. My husband was woke up in the middle of the night by a dog barking. I really hope that they have designated rooms for people with pets. I am highly allergic to animals. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We were on a cross country trip with a moving van and boat, a truck and camper, and a car. Parking was easy and there was excess parking for our long units. Staff was amazing and accommodating with extra blankets, pillows. We travelled with a pet and she was welcomed. Everything was clean and neat. The area felt safe and not congested at all. We would recommend this stay for sure!

I liked the Beds, Bathroom and Black Out Curtains. Great Breakfast. Plenty of Restaurants in immediate area. The Room carpet was dirty and smelled like Pets. Also I was unable to use my Amazon Stik with the TV.

As a professional Cleaner I commend the property, this was a clean hotel for it to be in a rural area, The entire stay was Great and cleaned…. Cleaning is a big deal to me and the chrome was shiny and tub free of any dark spots…. Wish I could share photos

The hotel and my experience rating was 10, until I used the shower. This issue I had was the height of the shower head (I stand 5'-5") and had to tip toe just to touch the shower head. All I could do was push on it to change the direction of the water flow; but could not adjust the selection of the jets. The second issue with the shower was the hot water.... there wasn't any. After a total running time of about 20 minutes the water warmed up to only slightly more than lukewarm, so there was no chance of a hot shower. Other than the shower everything else was great. I would not hesitate to stay again if I was passing through the area again.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Everything was new and well maintained. We interacted with the lady behind the check in counter several times and she was always very kind and polite. The gentleman working breakfast in the mornings was so friendly and joyful. Will be back when we visit our daughter again!

We just came back from a family reunion and must say we were impressed with this hotel . Beds were super comfy , breakfast was delicious, lots of parking as well . Easy and fast food options around . We happen to go to an establishment for live band and drinks walking distance . Overall excellent. Midpoint between hot springs and hope !

Breakfast….We expected a protein such as bacon or sausage. Not eating eggs, my wife resorted to getting a protein bar she brought with her. The man over breakfast was very nice, and he can only fix what you allow him.
