We loved the cottage! It was very cozy, beautiful view of the lake, and the covered boat house was very nice and conveniently close to the boat ramp.Everything we could possibly need was provided, communication with the host was prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

Delightful, clean, stocked, well maintained home. Had a firestick so we got a choice of about anything we wanted to watch on tv! For me, the best part was having a covered dock with electric. My boat stayed dry, I was able to charge my boat batteries and it was a quiet, safe cove. I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance!

My wife and I needed nice relaxing getaway on the lake, Steven's cottage definitely fit the bill! The pictures were accurate, cottage was exceptionally clean, well-stocked and located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. The walk to the nice dock was short and easy. We had brought our 2 jet skis and used the 2 pwc lifts (nice feature). The public boat ramp is conveniently located minutes away. Steven was very quick to answer any questions we had. Can’t wait to return!

We brought our boat down to fish off of Watts bar Lake. The property met our expectations. The neighbors were close, but we thought we were in a private location. The boat dock and lift behind the property was very convenient and functioned well. Cottage was clean and very well equipped. Steve was very prompt in responding back. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay on the lake. Very clean inside outside is well lit at night. Large dock for boat and fishing off of. Owners were always a email away to answer any questions or issues that may come up. They even checked to make sure all was good a couple of times while there. Awsome people. The shower has good pressure and refrigerator stayed real cold. The bed was real comfortable. Slept better than my own bed.the only suggestion i would make is adding a full size mirror for us ladys to see the whole outfit in for when we go for a night out. I personally like to make sure the pants goes good with the top and asking husbands usually gets a "its fine" answer...no help there guys. Over all great place ,great owners, good fishing, will stay again if in the area.

Exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. We came to the area for a fishing tournament. Not only were we able to hook up our boat to charge but with the privacy of the property, we had peace of mind that our boat wouldn’t be bothered. Host stayed in contact to ensure we had the best experience.

This place is magical! My husband, our son an I had the best time here. Caught a lot of fish & even a turtle off the dock. The house is cute an very clean. Has everything needed. The boat dock was amazing, we didn’t bring our boat so we didn’t use the lift. The swing was relaxing w/the best views…We will definitely be booking again soon. Host was awesome and very helpful.. 10/10 recommend!

This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn't have asked for a better one! The property was so beautiful and the house was very clean. We really appreciated the variety of cookware and utensils. We would happily come back here again :)

My wife and i had the best time over Valentine's weekend. It was nasty weather, but we still caught fish from the dock, enjoyed the geese and beaver swimming by. The house has great views and is extremely clean, bed was comfy, surround sound was great for movies. Plenty of towels and stuff for the bath and kitchen had everything possible...We shall return one day for sure!!

Steven's property is a little slice of heaven! The home is perfect for two people and is just adorable! We were welcomed with a basket of snacks and goodies and the AC was set to a comfortable level. We brought our boat and used the dock every day. Very quiet and peaceful area with a 20 minute drive to groceries and restaurants. Steven was great to work with - very helpful and accommodating!We will definitely return!

My husband and I stayed a week. The house was extremely clean and didnt leave me for wanting a thing. The campfire area was stacked with wood. The grill had a full tank of propaine. The kitchen was stcked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, kitchen gadgets, ice machine, and even a grill press. Bathroom was nice loaded with towels and wash clothes, and having the washer and dryer there in the bathroom was perfect. The "Bed" was amazing, I didnt miss my bed at all. And Steve the owner was very attentive, he really wanted to make sure you enjoy your stay. Overall our stay was a 10 outta 10. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Another lovely visit at Lake Haven. The weather was cooperative by not raining too much and the trees began furzing up during the week. It's such a restful place, I look forward to returning. No frills but everything necessary! Steven's an attentive host.

I've stayed at this location for the last few spring fishing trips and we've never had a complaint. Steven is prompt to answer any questions and the cabin is always prepared for our arrival. Were hopeful to spend many more springs on Ellis Rd!

Have stayed at this location for several spring fishing trips and its always been top notch! Secluded enough for privacy but also only a short drive to town for the grocery store or a nice dinner. I'd rate my stay 10 stars if would allow me. If you're looking for an affordable water front stay, you wont find one easier to find, cleaner or as accessible as this one. From the moment of booking, the host, Steven, responded rapidly and warmly. The house is adorable and perfect for the small weekend getaway we needed. It has a boat dock and a good bank to put kayaks in. We will definitely be booking another stay next time we have a weekend getaway.

Exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. We came to the area for a fishing tournament. Not only were we able to hook up our boat to charge but with the privacy of the property, we had peace of mind that our boat wouldn’t be bothered. Host stayed in contact to ensure we had the best experience.

This was our first trip to watts bar lake. The house was perfect, right on the lake. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing area. We had a question about the boat dock and Steven the host responded instantly. We definitely recommend this place.

We loved the cottage! It was very cozy, beautiful view of the lake, and the covered boat house was very nice and conveniently close to the boat ramp.Everything we could possibly need was provided, communication with the host was prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

Steven's property is a little slice of heaven! The home is perfect for two people and is just adorable! We were welcomed with a basket of snacks and goodies and the AC was set to a comfortable level. We brought our boat and used the dock every day. Very quiet and peaceful area with a 20 minute drive to groceries and restaurants. Steven was great to work with - very helpful and accommodating!We will definitely return!

The property joins and overlooks Watts Bar Lake, in a very quiet peaceful location. Absolutely beautiful location, shade trees, sandy shoreline, a great spot for family vacation or friends fishing vacation. The property is clean, neat and organized, with update appliances, lake view and sunset from large back porch. The owner is very courteous and has great communication, I highly suggest this location!!

Have stayed at this location for several spring fishing trips and its always been top notch! Secluded enough for privacy but also only a short drive to town for the grocery store or a nice dinner. I'd rate my stay 10 stars if would allow me. If you're looking for an affordable water front stay, you wont find one easier to find, cleaner or as accessible as this one. Not too mention Steven answers his message almost immediately should something ever happen. Thanks again for another great spring Steven! See ya next year! Your friends from Ohio, Ryan and Randy!
