The hotel is nice. Looks like it has been recently renovated and looks good. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, many within walking distance. The only issue I have with the hotel is that they charge $25/pet, something I was not aware of when I booked the hotel through Expedia.

The hotel was good, this is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The staff was not so welcoming this time around. I was also charged $50 for my pets ($25 each), which I did not had to pay the first time. Also, when checking out they were unable to give me a receipt, that I had to get in contact with Expedia for that. Other than that, my stay was decent and the included breakfast was good as well.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It’s centrally located and is a good hotel for the area. My only concern was that the room just had a funny smell to it. Maybe the carpets need cleaning or changed out. My son wanted to swim so we were in the pool area. To me, the pool seemed murky. It looked (to me) like it needed to be cleaned/filtered. Wash area was clean and convenient. I used both the washer and dryer and had no issue with them.

Excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. No hassle check-in. Nice indoor pool for the grandkids. Best free hot breakfast we ever had at a hotel. Even the grandkids (aged 7 and 11) loved it. We will book again for sure. 10/10

Everything was great. We did have a bitbof a struggle finding parking for our uhaul and yrailer but therebdid seem to be an unusual amount of vehicles that were towing.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast included which had several choices. Coffee available in the lobby at all hours. The indoor pool was clean and well maintained. All pluses and no negatives on this stay. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Front staff at check-in very kind and very patient. Entire property very clean. We had a large trailer we were able to get parked on site not on the road but space is limited for big rigs so check to see how full if you are traveling with trailer or big truck

We had 2 rooms. One room was fantastic. Bed and pillows were great. AC was the best out of the last several hotels we have stayed at- but our second room was not the best. It had a very foul odor almost like body odor or cat urine. We did not complain at night because it was the only room we could get with a connecting room and. We were hoping the AC running for a bit would help clear it out but it didn’t.

The first room smelled so bad like urine I couldn’t stay in it more than a couple of minutes. The second room they gave me had dirty sheets on one bed and tiny black bugs bugs and tiny red bugs on the other bed. I could not stay at the hotel after seeing these 2 rooms. I was told the manager would have to take care of a refund tomorrow. I’m not even sure I’m getting my money back.

The front desk clerk was courteous and check in was simple. As soon as I opened the door to the room, I saw a bug crawling across the bed. Upon further investigation, it was a bed bug. We did not even bring our things in the room. We went back downstairs and explained the situation. The room was canceled and we drove to Conway and stayed at the Comfort Suites there with no issues.

Negative-the internet connection was in transition. Instructions were not clear. Had to get re-instructed. Positive-the front desk people were super. I was trying to get a borrowed book back to the owner and the clerks held the book until the owner picked it up. Thank you very much.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean and kept up fine. The sink in our room was outside the bathroom which was a little odd, but I have seen this design in older hotels. While pet friendly, there was a $25 fee for pets which was not spelled out on the website. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a reasonable cost hotel.

There was nothing unique about this property. It stood to offer a fine stay. So here is the deal. Ive stayed at several comfort suites locations. I am usually a fan of the brand However, I came here with my 3 daughters and I have never slept on a bed like this in my life. It was so uncomfortable that we could barely sleep. We ended up waking at 1 a.m due to total discomfort and leaving at 330 a.m because staying and continuing to try to sleep felt like an act of futility. After an 8 hour drive i even considered sleeping on the ground. Please go lay on the beds in room 104. Im so disappointed.

Nice place to stay, a little on the older side but convenient location and a large room. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Room was large and well stocked. My only issue was not having blackout curtains. The hotel across the streets lights were right into my room, but luckily I always take a sleep mask for this purpose. Breakfast was nice with good options.

Everything was fine until Saturday morning when the housekeeper knocked on the door at 8:00 AM. I tried to get to the door and she had already started opening the door. I told her we didn't have to check out until noon but she couldn't speak english.

Very friendly staff and helpful. When I checked in we were assigned a room but when I opened up the door it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I went back to the front desk and let the manager know and with out any questions swapped rooms and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. There was no inconvenience since it literally took 2 minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

Got there a little after midnight and was told they were booked and that there were no hotels anywhere available in the area. My niece and I are in our 50's and 60's and had been driving 8 hours from Georgia and were exhausted. We were willing to wait in their lot and maybe somebody would check out early. No deal. We found a Walmart close by and my niece slept because I couldn't sleep sitting up in a car seat since the small car was packed even in the back seat. Since I had been the driver the whole time I being 67 just kept watch through the night. When she woke up around 6am we called the hotel and asked if anybody left if we could check in early. The lady said somebody had checked out earlier and we could check in but would have to pay an extra $25 or wait until later. Of course we paid it and I am even a member but that didn't matter. Otherwise it was fine. We had stayed in another Comfort Inn in Georgia also while passing through from Panama City Beach. Was just surprise they would charge that extra fee when the room was clean and available under the circumstances after what we had gone through.

Checkin was great, price was good, room was comfortable, and breakfast was above average. Big shout out for customer service - I managed to miss my Kindle when we left. Maybe an hour on the road I reveived a call that housekeeping had found it. They shipped it to my final destination and it arrived almost as soon as I did. Very thankful for this great service!

Good location and nice building. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and had all of the items I needed, and it was quiet. Included breakfast was adequate (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffle machines for the hot items). Plentiful parking while I was there. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The breakfast was ok. Better than some places and it was hot. I was looking for grits. lol just a Mississippi girl……walking distance to IHOP and Waffle House, Walmart and dollar tree. (Some of My favorite places). Soft and comfy bed. Room was clean, front desk was very friendly and check in was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

This was just an overnight stay on a two-day drive. Was able to check in late, got a room as I requested (ground floor, king) and the staff were very helpful with all my questions and requests. Breakfast was basic, but filling (always a fan of waffles!). I would stay here again.
