Holiday Inn Express and Suites Bryant - Benton Area by IHG

This was my first stay at this location. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean . The only problem was there is only 2 elevators and one was out of service. The thing that displeased me the MOST is that check out is at 11:00 am the cleaning crew knocked ( it was very faint) at 9:30 A.M. I was still asleep!!!! All of a sudden my door opened and closed ❗️it was a good thing I had the door blocker on or they would have came in on me !!! Wayyyy too early when check out is at11:00 !!! Mind you my reflex was to grab my concealed weapon that I had on the night stand

The hotel was great our second time staying there…the only thing was the pool got messed up our first night there and never got fixed the rest of the stay. The kids were really disappointed they did not get to swim.

Easy access clean quiet comfortable - Anna was excellent at check in. Great coffee too!

We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be convenient to everything. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is spotlessly clean with nicely planned furnishings and comfortable beds. Strong internet signal, Large TV and easy to hook up our Roku to the TV. Clean laundry facilities and clean gym. Good breakfast buffet. They had coffee available in the evening so we didn’t miss our nightly cup of coffee. I would be happy to stay here again.

The elevator button to call the elevator to the lobby could be more obvious. Maybe an arrow pointing up would help

The hotel was fine but had advertised a pool. The pool was open, but it was beyond filthy. The top two steps were all that was visible when we arrived. A couple of days later, I asked the evening clerk (who was constantly on her phone) if the pool had been treated yet. Her reply was that she had treated it the night before. The bottom of the pool was still not visible for the gray cloudiness of the water.

Difficult to find at dusk as signage is not well displayed…need to turn in towards a restaurant to get to hotel.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Offered to help sign us up for rewards (which we did). Overall very clean, breakfast was excellent variety. There didn''t seem to be any Air in the elevators, very hot and stuffy. Also ice machine on our floor was broken, had to go to another floor for ice.

Very quiet, staff was friendly, available, & helpful. There was a good breakfast selection. Parking area was well lit. I would stay where again.

Great stay as a builder family there is some stuff that could be fixed like the water damage on the wall in bathroom but overall I love your chain!

The room was nice! Clean. Bathroom fan didn’t work and heat from shower shows some mold on ceiling. Everything was clean. Hotel lobby/elevators smelled like cigarette smoke at times but could’ve just been other guests. People kept opening door at the pool to smoke and the smell kept coming inside. Overall though-really nice stay and would go back. Breakfast was good too. Plenty of options.

The hotel was filled with a terrible chemical cleaner smell that was worse in the room. The smell made my wife and kids nauseous and they had a hard time breathing. Something there was causing the skin on my wife's face to burn. We left after 3 hours and went to a different hotel.

Very friendly and personal front desk people. However, thats where the quality ends. NEVER emptied my trash! (I had to take it to the main trash bin. MULTIPLE times) NEVER made up my bed! When I asked, I was told "IF there items on the bed, they will NOT touch it! (I took pictures to PROVE there wasn't ANYTHING on the bed! Or NEAR the bed!!!) ONLY replaced the face wash clothes!!! But LEFT the used towels on the floor!!! The air-conditioning needs to be CLEANED!!! Not pleased for the price!!!

The hotel staff was amazing. Our room was not clean (like throw up all over multiple surfaces), but the staff did their best to correct the mistake.

There was food in the doorway on the floor and mold in the shower. There was no WiFi the entire stay.

Rms a bit noisy on the freeway side. The shower door did not fully close to keep water in. Otherwise, the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Furnishings like the couch was just a bit dated and would recommend the hotel change these out. This is the reason for my 4 star review.

Room was decent. Bed wasn’t super comfortable but convenient location made it worth it. There is a thermostat on the wall but the air needed to be controlled by the window. We unfortunately didn’t realize this until we couldn’t sleep because it was so warm in the room. Guy at the desk had his vape out. My daughter asked what it was. Felt like that was super unprofessional. Breakfast was really good. Which was perfect for us. Overall we would stay here again.

Our room faced the freeway and it was noisy but other than that it was great!

The room was right behind the elevator. My mom, nephew and I could not sleep do to the noise all night. Never again. The night before we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Memphis and it was top notch - this was a bitter disappointment.

Access to highway, but quiet. Spacious rooms, great mattress, nicely furnished, clean, restaurants everywhere to choose from, safe, friendly staff, good breakfast & dining area.

Quiet a loud property with lots of road noise, sirens and noise from other rooms. It feels like the cut corners on insulation.

We've stayed here twice, and both times the check-in line was backed up and took longer than any other hotel we visit. It's a busy spot, but they desperately need another front desk person.

Excellent staff. The battery died I our door lock and after a long day not what you want at 10:00 but the desk clerk has the door open and the battery changed in just a few minutes and so friendly and apologized more than once….such as asset to this property

Clean hotel, great staff, perfect location

We waited an hour for the front desk receptionist to check us in. We called the general manager and customer service and received no help from them. The receptionist did not show up until the police arrived to do a wellness check. Then when we checked in we did not receive the room we paid for. We paid for a queen suite and they were all unavailable so they gave us a 2 queen room. We entered the room and it had a musty odor and the shower drain had a very slow drain so the tub would fill when you showered.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in Sept. We stay at alot of IHG hotels, this one was not as clean as the ones we have stayed at. The two desk ladies were very kind though. They moved our room the first night and offered to move us again on the last night, but we only had that night to get through before we left. We didn't feel like packing up and moving again. I'm not going to get into complete detail because the situations we faced aren't typical for IHG hotels. I do wish that the manager had came to us, knowing all of the issues that we had, but she didn't address us at all. We were told if we wanted to speak with her, we could because she knew all that we had been dealing with. We said no, because we felt in these situations, she should have came to us. The front desk lady, I wish I could remember her name but I can't. I do remember she just moved there from Little Rock and I believe she was a teacher, but she was very helpful and so kind. She messaged the manager and the maids, right when things occured. She was on it for sure. Would we stay there again? I'm not sure, but I do know we would have to check the room out first. As far as breakfast, the lady was not very kind when I asked if they had more biscuits. She was on her cell phone and acted like I was interrupting her.

Had a reservation and they gave it away. Had to find another room. Will never book with Holiday inn again. Had a issue with AC not working at the Malvern location as well. Poorly ran. Why make a reservation if not going to honor it. And they still charged me for the room.

Hotel was great and clean service was bad! I got charged twice by purchasing on this app. Then again at the hotel and noone has resolved issue when i finally hot a response from someone. Still waiting for the reimbursemnet

Only complaint I had was that I was misinformed on the breakfast times and ultimately didn’t make it down in time.

Overnight stay in a quiet and safe area. Very comfortable and clean.

Clean and comfortable. Everything was just as it should be. Would I stay there again? I did. Booked again on our way back home and it was just as pleasant as the first time. They have one of the best hotel breakfast bars we have seen.

Excellent breakfast included cinnamon rolls and cheese omelette with various link sausages.

Everything was good except the complimentary breakfast. First stay it was not ready at 7am. Then the potatoes never did come out. The food was not hot. This was review on our first stay 2-11-23

Overall this hotel is very nice. Its location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful! This trip in particular had an excellent breakfast. One of the best! Great hotel to stay!!

Very noisy location. We heard motors roaring throughout the night and early morning hours. We stayed on the 4th floor. Around 3pm I thought someone was knocking but turned out to be the headboard in the room next door. I’m all good with rocking the headboard but not at 3am. Bolt those suckers down or something. Housekeeping did not clean our room or bring fresh linen, towels, and wash cloths. Note, we did not have a do not disturb sign on the door. Arrived back at the hotel at 10pm to find nothing had been done to our room so I went to the front desk to get some. Basically response was sorry bout that. Breakfast- pretty good except the sausage which was served both mornings we stayed. It was rancid. Change it up and service some bacon or ham possibly. Otherwise good location. Room was clean, shower worked well except the sliding door would not stay closed. The Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was a very nice touch.
