We like staying at this Motel. Only issues were the floors were gritty and one wall lamp receptacle was dangling out. It wasn't big enough issues to worry with. We wanted time to ourselves. This facility is close enough to everything we like in Cabot.

The property itself is just slightly off the main road which is nice, the property is a bit small but parking is sufficient for most. The property is well maintained clean well lit and seems safe. The property is very close to dining options easily 5 or more within walking distance. The downside is they nickel and dime you for everything even beyond the extras which cost extra to begin with, i.e. extra towels, breakfast items beyond first item is $1 like the small(very small) yogurts, cereal and milk (cereal left out all day/night). So even though It says free breakfast its more like small morning snack. This comes from an adult who could not even finish a McDonald's happy meal (for reference).

The rooms have been remodel really nice. No pool, wifi did not connect all week long, and continental breakfast was all cold items. Only hot items were the coffee and instant oatmeal. The morning staff did not acknowledge even when greeted. The night staff was very friendly.

Looks nice and in a decent area, but when i went inside to check in and then back out to my car, my wife asked me if I'd hung out in the smoking area for a few hours I smelled so much like cigarette smoke. I'm not knocking smokers, but if I were a smoker, i could probably save a few bucks and not buy any more and just hang around the lobby. Went to the room and it was the same way. The rate and charges were great, but it's been 22 hours and 109 miles later and i still smell like smoke.

I wish they didn’t have smoking rooms next to non smoking rooms. Smoke comes into rooms that are next to smoking rooms and the whole point of choosing a non smoking room is to not have to smell the smoke from smokers. Beds are a little uncomfortable and high. Linens and rooms smell of smoke. Even in non smoking rooms.

I generally stay at this property several times a year. The room is generally kept very clean however on this one particular day I did encounter a roach in my bathroom which is the first time I've ever seen any type of bugs. However everything else was very clean. The bed is always comfortable the air conditioner always works. The only thing that I am very displeased with regarding this property is that it claims to have breakfast included and the last three times that I have stayed there the most that I've actually been able to eat was a bagel. This last time all I got was a package of donuts that were available. In my past stays at a super 8 there's always been some type of actual breakfast type foods that can be made whether it be waffles or sausage and gravy and eggs. This property didn't even have a option for toast or cereal or anything to consume, if you're not going to offer breakfast then don't have it listed as "breakfast included", (and certainly don't mention it to your guests while they're checking in and specify the time it is served), as one of the perks for whenever you're booking it.

Wonderful friendly service with an amazing renovated room in 217, only downfall was i found a pair of dirty underwear behind the bathroom door. Maybe next time the housekeeping will pay mote attention to detail. The bed is extra firm which im not a fan of at all. But overall was an amazing stay in a super spacious room and very well priced so i cant complain to much. Will definitely stay again in this renovated room.

My wife and I stayed at this location for a bit while waiting to get into our new house in the area. We originally only booked for a day but wound up staying for longer than originally anticipated. The room was one of the biggest and nicest I’ve seen in a Super 8 anywhere while traveling. Aside from the rooms themselves, the staff here are all so nice! It’s one thing to be polite but they take “warm and welcoming” to a new level! Check in/out as well as extending our stay was painless and handled welcomingly. We definitely recommend this location for your stay, whether that be for a night or a couple weeks. Can’t praise this location enough!

Quiet location and clean hotel, breakfast was limited but sufficient. Bed was very high off the floor being only 5ft tall this made it difficult to climb in but I managed. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed a good night's sleep after our long flight from the uk

Overall, a good Super 8. Modern feel and clean facility. The biggest complaint I have is we booked the room for 5 people, but upon check in the room really only fits 4 people. We were then charged $20 for a rollaway bed, which I thought was a bit much for one night. Also, the bed wasn't the best. But that being said, I've stayed at some pretty run down Super 8's and this location was not one of them. I would stay here again.

This property is great, this morning i asked if they could just leave me some fresh towels, they didnt need to clean, i am here for work so i just sleep there. I came in this evening and they went above and beyond in my opinion. Not only did they leave towels that wiped things, left extra sugars, coffee, cups. And wven made my bed( i know, i know),i was in a hurry and didnt get a chance to mske it bedore i left. It bothered me alot as i am one who makes the bed as soon as my feet hit the floor in the morning. So i greatly appreciate it. I walked in and my anxity released no joke, a fresh made bed is the best feeling in the world after a long day. They didnt have do any of it, i just asked to leave a couple big towels, but they did. Its so hard to find caring, compassionate people now a days. So im not sure who you have that does the morning rounds but please tell them, thank you, thank you, thank you. Its the little things that make all the difference

Discovered the time I spent filling out pre check-in link, taking picture of ID & giving credit card information prior to arrival was a waste of time (said they didn’t receive the information). They keep $5 of your credit card deposit for processing fee. You can pay cash but have to checkout & wait for them to check your room before getting it back. They know no one is going to do that. Room was decent in cleanliness other than a terrible smell like maybe a prior occupant had a pet & stayed several days. The smell did seem to leave after a couple of hours with door open & bathroom vent on. Don’t waste your time responding to the text message after check-in instructing you to respond to the text if you need anything. Sent a couple of messages inquiring about a cot & never responded. Walked down to front desk to discover front desk clerk outside chatting on phone. Maybe this is why they don’t respond? Not sure maybe system is broken & they don’t realize. Front desk clerk very unfriendly so I didn’t bother to try to letting know the message issue. Price is same a comparable rooms in the area. I would choose a different location in the future

I checked in late at night, close to midnight, and the clerk advised that she did not have the room that I booked available. I had booked a King, non-smoking room. She advised she had a King, smoking. I told her I did not want a smoking room as I have asthma. She finally said she had a full-size double, non-smoking available for the same cost! At that point I just wanted to go to bed as I had to leave by 5AM to make a meeting. I get to my room and the key card will not work properly. 5 minutes later, I finally get into my Full-size, double SMOKING room. There was an ashtray and matches on the table!! I thought, just suck it up it is only for a few hours. I had to hold up on the doorknob and push on the door to turn the security bolt and could see light through the door jam. I turn on the heater, and it is not working. It was about 20 degrees outside. I beat on the heater for a bit and then noticed the vent which had mold, mildew, dirt and other disgusting stuff in it. It just left it off. The handles on the dresser were broken, but there was hot water. The only good thing in this whole stay.

I thought, just suck it up it is only for a few hours. I had to hold up on the doorknob and push on the door to turn the security bolt and could see light through the door jam. I turn on the heater, and it is not working. It was about 20 degrees outside. I beat on the heater for a bit and then noticed the vent which had mold, mildew, dirt and other disgusting stuff in it. It just left it off. The handles on the dresser were broken, but there was hot water. The only good thing in this whole stay.

The room looked clean, but smelled funky and there were stains on the carpet, etc. The evening clerk was lovely when we checked in. The morning clerk is sullen and grumpy. Breakfast was skimpy & unsatisfying, and posted warnings about only taking one breakast are accusatory and unwelcoming.

The Cabot, Arkansas location was completely unorganized. Checked us into a room that was already occupied, swapped us to a room with only 1 bed with 4 people on the reservation. Then, checked us out Saturday, we went ahead and left, so only stayed 1 night. The person at the front desk when I went to the office Saturday to find out what happen, or why we could not deal to a 2 bed room said “I’m just part time, I can not help you.” The mirror was broken and taped, the smoke detector was disabled

We like staying at this Motel. Only issues were the floors were gritty and one wall lamp receptacle was dangling out. It wasn't big enough issues to worry with. We wanted time to ourselves. This facility is close enough to everything we like in Cabot.

The property itself is just slightly off the main road which is nice, the property is a bit small but parking is sufficient for most. The property is well maintained clean well lit and seems safe. The property is very close to dining options easily 5 or more within walking distance. The downside is they nickel and dime you for everything even beyond the extras which cost extra to begin with, i.e. extra towels, breakfast items beyond first item is $1 like the small(very small) yogurts, cereal and milk (cereal left out all day/night). So even though It says free breakfast its more like small morning snack. This comes from an adult who could not even finish a McDonald's happy meal (for reference).

I like that it shared a parking lot with a Mexican restaurant. I did get a room with a jetted tub and that was kind of gross so that was an extra expense that I wasted.

I generally stay at this property several times a year. The room is generally kept very clean however on this one particular day I did encounter a roach in my bathroom which is the first time I've ever seen any type of bugs. However everything else was very clean. The bed is always comfortable the air conditioner always works. The only thing that I am very displeased with regarding this property is that it claims to have breakfast included and the last three times that I have stayed there the most that I've actually been able to eat was a bagel. This last time all I got was a package of donuts that were available. In my past stays at a super 8 there's always been some type of actual breakfast type foods that can be made whether it be waffles or sausage and gravy and eggs. This property didn't even have a option for toast or cereal or anything to consume, if you're not going to offer breakfast then don't have it listed as "breakfast included", (and certainly don't mention it to your guests while they're checking in and specify the time it is served), as one of the perks for whenever you're booking it.

Overall a good stay. Property in good condition. Property and room were clean. Air Conditioner worked Great and was the kind that would stay on and run continuously which provides a good atmosphere for sleeping. Bed was little too firm for me. Water pressure in shower was a little weaker than I like with the water saver shower head installed. Breakfast was OK with plenty of Carbs but no hot food. But my total bill with taxes was only $76.60!

Needed a quick stop over for an overnight stay. Was there long enough to sleep. Bed was comfortable but firmer than we were used to. Breakfast was pretty much cereal or oatmeal, but grateful they had hot tea because we're not coffee drinkers. For a quick overnight, it was fulfilled our needs.

The rooms have been remodel really nice. No pool, wifi did not connect all week long, and continental breakfast was all cold items. Only hot items were the coffee and instant oatmeal. The morning staff did not acknowledge even when greeted. The night staff was very friendly.

Didn’t like the factor I got double charged and then made to feel like it’s my fault. Beds were way too high off the ground. The carpet around our door was coming up so you can literally see outside. Microwave only had one setting that worked..the express 30 second button. Some light fixtures didn’t work. Breakfast was extremely skimpy… Our room cards were shut off 30-45 minutes before checkout and cleaning crew was literally standing and staring us down at our door while we loaded up our stuff to leave. Very uncomfortable.. We did have easy access to food and stores.

It was a bit noisy, my non smoking room, was frequented outside my door with smokers lingering, talking very loudly and I woke to see my car with cigarette bits all around it and on top of my car. I made the front desk aware. My room was really clean, which I appreciate! My suggestion is to have smoking on the opposite side of the building from the non smoking side. One more suggestion: offer a few more items for the “continental breakfast “: hot cocoa packets/tea, for non- coffee drinkers, or juice, oatmeal packets. Coffee, bagel, cereal & a very small tube of donuts, were all that was offered. We were there for a week& that just wasn’t enough options. Overall, it was a decent motel.
