If you want a basic night's sleep, this is a fantastic option. The entire experience was positive, except that they do not have an elevator to get to the second floor. The room was dark, quiet, and I had no problems. It is a 5-star rating for the price and some place I would stay again without question.

I chose this hotel for the free EV chargers and other than ICE vehicles consistently blocking the chargers, luckily I was able to grab one, and the experience was great. Charged my Tesla at 36 miles per hour at 10kw. Loved it! Recommend!

Was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and amenities of the hotel. Very nice indoor pool, decent breakfast, nice toiletries provided in the room. Microwave, mini fridge, nice range of channels. Very nice for low/mid tier hotel and for the price. Honestly as nice as some of the much higher priced hotels we’ve stayed in the last few months. A lot of bang for your buck. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay. It is well-located right off the highway with ample parking. They have 3 EV charging stations. There is an indoor pool that is nice. The Breakfast has enough variety for most tastes. We would stay here again.

The hotel had really good reviews, so I was expecting a more modern updated hotel. There was no elevator, and one person in our party had a difficult time with the stairs. There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was bland with no meat product offered. Eggs did not look appetizing. There was no decaffeinated coffee in lobby.

Comfortable beds, very nice staff. Clean room and good breakfast that they worked hard to keep stocked because it was a busy morning. We were there for the eclipse. Cabot is a town as well.

The amount we paid for the room is a JOKE! Filthy room! Piss on the back of the toilet still!! Smelled like cigarettes. Staff was ok, didn’t like how the guy during days was telling my kids they better eat what they grab at breakfast. I don’t want to get micromanaged during breakfast.

We were staying 2 nights. The staff was great at check in. After bring in all of our luggage, we left for a while and came back. When we went in the bathroom and realized there was an issue with the room. Other than the bathroom issue, the condition of the room in general and overall cleanliness was so so and we found food in the fridge. Because of the bathroom issue, we went to the front desk and asked to switch rooms. The staff was very apologetic and moved us from the first to the second floor which was great. However, we had to carry everything upstairs after repacking because there was no elevator (not sure if there was none or it just wasn't working). Anyhow, the second room was much better and cleaner. The next day we spoke to the manager who, again was apologetic, and he gave us a discount on the first night which we appreciated. Both rooms smelled musty but in the end we had a good stay. I cannot stress enough how accommodating the entire staff was.

Staff was polite and helpful. We rented 4 rooms, two separate nights, a few days apart. A couple of the rooms had a strong mildew smell. However, because of the lower cost, we stayed, and were only there 9 hours and back on the road.

The employees were the highlight of my trip,very kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The negatives were the bed,was uncomfortable to me,the worst part was the TV situation. That Roku thing was terrible to use,there were three different remotes,terrible.

Came in late from our wedding and the staff was just as attentive as most are during the day. I’ve used Hotels.com during business trips and usually the hotels give me subpar rooms. This Days Inn & Suites did nothing of the sort. Appears freshly remodeled. Extremely clean. Laminate Floors. Decent breakfast.

Room with jacuzzi the jets had black mole and slim around them turned it on blew hair out of them room had dry wall repairs unfinished picnic table outside broken went to movies came back no parking spots due to parking lot being to small rooms are outdated also just basic tv no movie channels over priced for condition of rooms and property

Very friendly check-in staff. No towels/wash cloths, etc in bathroom upon arrival, but staff brought some to room, air conditioner was turned down to 64 but never got very cool but thankful that it wasn't 90 degrees outside, bed was hard as a rock and too high for short people. Would I stay here again, possibly.

Absolutely amazing. We were there for five days. The staff was super friendly. We enjoyed our time. The kids made a lot of friends. I can't thank you enough when we are back in the area visiting my son in the Air Force, we will definitely stay there again

This is an older hotel with need for updating; however, it was enough for the one night we were staying. It was clean enough, bed comfortable, easy access. Breakfast was still in pandemic mode w/ no hot breakfast and only packaged. Didn't use pool. Price didn't quite match what I expected for the level of accommodations.
