Breakfast was great thanks for the cooker never leave the trays empty the egg quiche was delicious super fancy thanks. Rooms was clean and for the price don’t have any complain The pool is clean they have a salt filter who don’t irritate my eyes or my skin love it too. Promise comeback

This place was very pleasing for a relaxing get away. the gardens were very pretty as was the fountain. Hot breakfast was good , ,my partner would've liked to have had a protein selection however over all it as yummy. Rooms were clean and pet friendly.

Nice motel. Clean, comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good, although they did not serve Any meat, and you had to use steep steps to get into and leave the area the breakfast was served. Not sure how someone with disabilities could have breakfast. Stayed two nights and room was not cleaned while we were there. Very close to the Passion Play.

Second stay here. A smaller place but very homey and inviting. Lobby is well decorated and staff were helpful with check in and securing trolley tickets. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was skimmed while we were there and was clean. Lots of flowers. Met several friendly staff members. Exceptional stay.

The hotel needs renovation. The dining area for breakfast is in a separate building which is not accessible unless you can go down a flight of stairs.

The room was somewhat dated but very clean and had everything you’d expect. Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were super friendly. Mattress was fine. Close to downtown and Java Dudes. Older building showing signs of wear, but the landscaping and flowers on the entire grounds were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Also loved having a pool. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and it was a good value. We’ll be back!

Had to get the sheets changed because they was dirty. And our room was a double room and the neighbors that came in late was loud and we didn't sleep well. Breakfast was good but it was a little walk to get there.

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The shower hadn't been cleaned, the linen was stained as were several of the pillows. The breakfast was disappointing. The attitude of some of the staff was not good. I'll never stay at a Quality Inn again.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are a little dated, but that was about it. The breakfast was hot and delicious and again, the breakfast room was very clean. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast kept eveything refilled and tables wiped down. Overall a great, clean place to stay.

The staff was very nice. The property behind the hotel was very pretty and the breakfast was really good except there was no meat/bacon/sausage, etc.. The room looked clean, but honestly, smelled awful. I should have said something as soon as we got there, but I kept thinking maybe it would get better. The toilet/bathroom smelled horrible even after using some of my own cleaners and going to buy room fresheners. The entire room smelled because the air conditioner put out musty and moldy smelling air.

I only spoke to one employee but she was curious and efficient with checking me in. The room was clean and comfortable along with being nicely decorated. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated for Christmas right now.

Room smelled like mold from the A/C. Found dead bugs on the bed. Bathroom was ok but not as clean as it could have been. Security latch on the door had the screws almost falling out so not very secure. Dood had a gap that let in light and air. Door did not latch all the way without slamming it.

The hotel room was very dated but fairly clean. The employees were very friendly, especially Cheryl at check-in. Because the only window faces the common walkway, curtain was not left open and the room was very dark. The sheets were clean and bed was comfy but the comforter smelled of urine. I didn’t notice that until I was laying in bed that night. Pulling away the comforter remedied the problem, so I just slept covered with the top sheet. Not sure how often the comforters get washed, but that one needed it. The toilet area w/shower was very tight but good that the sink and counter were separate from the toilet/shower. The breakfast was very good and served in a cute tea room in a separate building behind the pool. Beautifully maintained gardens on the way to breakfast. You had to go down the stairs to access the Tea Room. They did mention that they could drive you there if you had mobility issues. There were delicious fluffy biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, quiche, pastries/breads, cereal, juice/coffee, oatmeal, etc. It was a good price, but seeing how many options there were in town, I would probably try a different place next time.

I read several reviews before staying at this hotel. It seemed like a nice place to stay, but I will never stay here again! When departing I pulled back the sheets to make sure we weren’t leaving anything behind and noticed bed bugs!!! My daughter was itching the night before, but we thought it was misquote bites. When I called to report it, I was told to leave and they would have it thoroughly checked. Of course the manager called back to inform me that none were found. However pictures don’t lie! In addition to the bed bugs, there were also ants everywhere, and we had to call for fresh towels. Please be careful if staying at this place!

Well, I always stay at the quality Inn when I can. The rooms are clean and nice. They actually are remodeling the room so I got to stay this last trip in a remodeled room which was nice and comfortable and clean, not fancy but it’s still nice and comfortable the breakfast is wonderful in the morning. Great service. Staff are all friendly.

It's clean and in a good location. Beds are a little hard for me but not terrible. Next time I stay I will rent a fan from the front desk ($7/night). Not because it was hot but when the heater turns off there's complete silence. Now if you like that, great, but I need a little "white noise" when I sleep and the heat/AC unit can't run fan and heat together. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is situated just off the main road and our room was facing that road. This gave us quick access coming and going but a lot of road noise while in the room. As for the room, it was a little dated but still in good shape. Some furniture had been removed (desk/table) and there was only one chair, so a lack of horizontal work surface and "non-bed" seating. The refrigerator was cold. There was a microwave that we didn't use. We enjoyed the big TV.

Very nice gardens. Breakfast was nice, but no meat was offered because we were there during the week. So no bacon or sausage until the weekend. Being so close to the highway it was a little noisy, but otherwise we had a good stay.

When I asked about canceling our second night to move on with our road trip (due to rain) I was told no I had booked under a 2 day code (which I wasn’t aware of) as I booked in Hotel.com the staff member wasn’t real friendly. Everyone else was great. They could use air freshners in the rooms - they were clean but smelled ‘old’. I had read the breakfast was great - odd there was not a meat option.

Breakfast and scenery was 2nd to none. Only problem we had was a shower didn’t drain for two whole days. After multiple attempts of calling the front desk I gave up. I was hoping to get a partial refund, but no one has gotten back with me.

When we first arrived the refrigerator in our room did not work properly. The staff at the hotel replaced the refrigerator the next day with another fridge that did not work. We did not have a working refrigerator until the evening of 2nd day. Our bathroom was infested with ants. They were getting in our toiletries and even in our toothbrushes. When this was brought up to the hotel staff they said "yea that happens this time of year" with zero effort to compensate us for this unacceptable situation. We will not stay at this hotel again and would never recommend this facility to anyone else

Second stay here. A smaller place but very homey and inviting. Lobby is well decorated and staff were helpful with check in and securing trolley tickets. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was skimmed while we were there and was clean. Lots of flowers. Met several friendly staff members. Exceptional stay.

The rooms are decent for what they are. They’re clean. It’s not real modern, but it works. The staff are great very friendly. The breakfast is really good and it’s not far from downtown but you have to drive it. You can’t walk it, but I highly recommend it to anyone that’s wanting a place that’s clean for a decent price.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is situated just off the main road and our room was facing that road. This gave us quick access coming and going but a lot of road noise while in the room. As for the room, it was a little dated but still in good shape. Some furniture had been removed (desk/table) and there was only one chair, so a lack of horizontal work surface and "non-bed" seating. The refrigerator was cold. There was a microwave that we didn't use. We enjoyed the big TV.

Well, I always stay at the quality Inn when I can. The rooms are clean and nice. They actually are remodeling the room so I got to stay this last trip in a remodeled room which was nice and comfortable and clean, not fancy but it’s still nice and comfortable the breakfast is wonderful in the morning. Great service. Staff are all friendly.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are a little dated, but that was about it. The breakfast was hot and delicious and again, the breakfast room was very clean. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast kept eveything refilled and tables wiped down. Overall a great, clean place to stay.

Nice motel. Clean, comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good, although they did not serve Any meat, and you had to use steep steps to get into and leave the area the breakfast was served. Not sure how someone with disabilities could have breakfast. Stayed two nights and room was not cleaned while we were there. Very close to the Passion Play.

Very nice gardens. Breakfast was nice, but no meat was offered because we were there during the week. So no bacon or sausage until the weekend. Being so close to the highway it was a little noisy, but otherwise we had a good stay.

The hotel was in a Historic area and the bed was the BEST!!! The hot tub was so comfortable and the room was clean but the best part in my opinion was the BREAKFAST....They had biscuits and gravy, fruit, a keiesh and great bacon and sausage fresh coffee and really good juice Did I spell KEISH CORRECT??😂😂

The room was somewhat dated but very clean and had everything you’d expect. Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were super friendly. Mattress was fine. Close to downtown and Java Dudes. Older building showing signs of wear, but the landscaping and flowers on the entire grounds were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Also loved having a pool. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and it was a good value. We’ll be back!
