I took my daughter on a girls trip with some family members for her birthday. We were so disappointed with the hotel. We booked it specifically because it had a pool and free breakfast. The pool was closed and the free breakfast was only on the weekends. The comforters had burn holes in them and the bathroom floor was peeling up. We will never be coming back to this hotel! They also would lock the lobby and you would have to call for service which made everything more difficult. It was very disappointing and I would not recommend to anyone.

Good rate and Joseph was very accommodating. Brought me more coffee for the coffee maker in my room. Needs to get ice maker repaired. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Looked cute from outside; and old sort of church for lobby I think. No ice machine-broken. Little hot water that took FOREVER to get hot. They advertised free breakfast, but actually only served it on weekends. Parking was good and motorcycle friendly. Room smelled really nice upon entry which hardly ever happens.

We specifically booked this hotel because they said they had a pool and breakfast. When we arrived, the pool was covered and all patio furniture turned upside down. When we went to check in, there was no one there. We had to call and wait for someone to arrive on the property. When we asked him about the pool and that is why we booked there, He didn’t care and didn’t give a discount. Their ice machine was not working - they had an ice chest sitting out under the steps. I wish I would have taken pictures of the room - the heating light in the bathroom was fully exposed with wires hanging. There was more but the main thing was no pool and no empathy whatsoever. Other guests told us they had no hot water and no care by the owner. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is dated. Our bathroom had a paint job that wasn’t finished. The pool was not available and we were here in June. Staff was nice but the place needs a redo.

This place was a complete dump. There was mold growing on the walls, drywall cracking, and both the bathroom and refrigerator leaked all over the room. It smelled strongly of mildew. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom, and it had a slight film on top. I can’t stress this enough—it is a straight-up dump. The owner is not always at the desk, and although they advertise free breakfast on weekends from 7:30 to 9:30, that never happened. Considering the cleanliness of the rooms, I doubt I would have eaten it anyway. This place is a hard pass. And to top it all off, the jacuzzi in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since a 1970s XXX movie was filmed there.

The desk clerk was friendly. The location was convenient. Our room was clean. The balcony was a plus! The deferred maintainence was noticeable- the bathroom floor has peeling around fixtures, and the beds were thin and hard-up tilted, there was kissing caulk

⭐ 1 Star (would give zero if I could) I booked this hotel months in advance, expecting it to look like the pictures. Instead, we walked into a dark, depressing living room with one lamp, one tiny window, and no ceiling light fixtures. The problems didn’t stop there: • The patio door had water damage with water literally dripping down the doorway. • The bed was disgusting — brown stains across it and red specks at the foot (which looked like dried blood/possible bedbug evidence). • Carpet was filthy, stained, and clearly unvacuumed. • Lamps had mold growing on the rings. • The front door trim was chipped and falling apart. We were in the room less than 30 minutes before deciding it was unlivable. When I asked the on-site manager for help, I was told: “You booked online, nothing I can do.” No refund, no solution. I was forced to rebook elsewhere at my own cost. This wasn’t some budget roadside stop — this place cost over $500. After filing a dispute, I was told to wait 72 hours, but the hotel never answers their phones and we are still out the money. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and a total scam. Do not trust the photos. Do not trust the management. Save yourself the headache, the health risk, and the lost money. I have photos but they won’t let me post them at this time.

The motel was very nice and roomy. It was clean and absolutely had no moldy smell, as others have reported. We were in a king room with sofa bed and loved it. Also, there were no signs of any sort of bugs as previously reported in reviews. The ONLY thing that caused me to give this motel a rating of 4 is it is very outdated. We would stay there again.

I found dirty socks beside the nightstand. There wasn’t a shower curtain liner and the cloth one they had was way to long so it was under your feet. Room 112 has bed bugs. The neighbors dog was barking all the time. The breakfast had to be eaten in the check in area with limited seating, no taking the food (my bagel was molded) back to your room. The staff were ok but the hotel needs a lot of work.

Our rooms wasn’t vacuumed we had dead bugs on sides of the bed and behind the furniture. The ceiling has water leak spots. Our balcony door was opened one time and after the handle came off. We let the front desk know. But it was very inconvenient. Overall staff was very nice.

I booked a king bed for myself and my partner and upon arriving to the mostly empty motel parking lot were told we wouldn’t be able to have the king (which I paid for in advance) and would have to sleep in a double queen room. It felt discriminatory toward LGBT people; it might have been a mix up, but we felt uncomfortable speaking up in rural Arkansas. Then we were greeted to a very dirty room with stains, cob webs, and mildew smells.

The property is run down. It really needs renovations. It looks like they have done some renovations, but stopped in the middle. Paint on the walls was not finisheds. There was chips in the drywall. The mattress was old and sagged in the middle. The "romantic" heart shaped tub was the only romantic thing about the room and it was old and worn out. The jets were broken and not spraying right and they don't apear to be cleaned often. There was black gunk coming out of the jets. The sheets had stains on them and the pillows were flat and old. Overall, I would give this hotel a 2 out of 10. They are really in need of a remodel and new linens, mattresses, and pillows.

Our room was so cute! A bit dated but I thought it was charming. It was in the main part of the hotel and it was Gone With the Wind themed. We loved that it was super quiet. It was odd that the office wasn’t open all the time and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall, I’d stay here again but definitely plan to eat elsewhere. Convenient location right off the main drag.

We didn't have any problems checking in. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind even though our check in was after 10:00. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very basic and outdated. The shower head was literally sticking out of a hole in the wall. The chairs in the room were very wobbly and felt like they would break at any amount of weight. We did enjoy the stay, however. It was good for the price.

We arrived and they had a phone number to call for checking in. He was quick to respond but usually during business hours hotels have check in staff. The hotel was advertised as having continental breakfast but when I asked the host said it was off season and they only provided breakfast during peak season. The next morning he didn't even make coffee...when I asked her said there wasn't enough people to drink it. Will not stay here in the future.

I made the reservations on line. The on line site said that there would be a $50 per night hold on my credit card for incidentals. I have no problems with that. However, when we checked in the person at the desk said there would be a $100 a night hold. I explained that is not what the website stated. He was RUDE and said "Do you want the room or not!" The room itself was outdated; dirty; and needed some love for sure. The positive was the location and parking. .

We went and stayed for a couple of days and the people were wonderful checking in taking care of us anyway we needed. Very close to anything that we needed. The trolley stopped was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel O in Eureka Springs. The rooms were nice and the trees and swimming pool added to the ambiance of the setting. It was convenient to the sights and restaurants we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful.

First of all the place was hard to find. The address listed on hotel.com is across the street from the hotel. The hairdryer didn't work. Then also had put us directly under a family with kids that enoyed running back and forth late into the night and resumed early the next morning. They're were also skittles under the bed. That's a hotel i definitely don't plan on going back to.

Looked cute from outside; and old sort of church for lobby I think. No ice machine-broken. Little hot water that took FOREVER to get hot. They advertised free breakfast, but actually only served it on weekends. Parking was good and motorcycle friendly. Room smelled really nice upon entry which hardly ever happens.

They advertised a breakfast which is why we picked it but they dont have that. Kinda un happy because we could go elsewhere for cheaper and not have to spend money on breakfast. Now we're almost double of what we would have to do to go somewhere else. not entirely happy wish I could get a partial refund

Room was comfortable and clean. They had breakfast on the weekend which was waffles, bagels, bananas or cereal. Staff was helpful and was available anytime we went to the office for something. Nice patio area downstairs behind the hotel with a firepit.

Good location, but...... Ice machine out of order, sign stating so was weeks/months old. Was told to go buy some....they should. Says pet friendly, but sign says no cats. Says breakfast included, but it's only on Sat/Sun from 7:30 to 9:30. Out of coffee at 8:02 Sunday.

It was OK. I had to call the guy on his cell phone in order to check in, despite calling earlier to leg him know when I would be there to check in. I did get to check in a little bit early. The ice machine was broke and they were doing construction so not many people were staying there. When I went down the next morning for breakfast, there was no one in sight. I later asked the guy about breakfast and he said that sometimes on the weekends they have breakfast. That is not the way it was advertised so I didn't get breakfast which was annoying. I wouldn't stay there again but the location was convenient for me.
