The front doors had to be pulled open instead of an automatic door making carrying in suitcases difficult. The furnishings were worn and old, the sheets were threadbare, the outlets on the lamp did not work and the breakfast was very basic with limited choices. The card keys didn’t work the first time we tried to go in the room (and no they weren’t next to any other cards that would interfere with the magnetic strip). I took the cards back down to the front desk and had to get them reprogrammed. Then they worked. Then we had to leave and come back later in the day, the cards didn’t work again (again, they weren’t placed next to any other cards). Had to take them back down again to get the reprogrammed again. There is very little parking for the amount of rooms that they have on site. Cars even had to park on the grass behind the property.

Atleast the pool was open, but it was dirty. Had floating trash in it. Front counter person wasnt helpful at all. Breakfast available at best, i would probaly feed it to my dog if he was starving. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room had a dirty smell to it. The towels ....oh my GOD, you can see the yellowing spots of where they were used to wipe...you know off someone. DISGUSTING!!!! Im glad I carry my own towels.

It took FOREVER to check in and when I didn’t hear something the guy working the front desk said, he stared and laughed at me. The room did not look like it did in the photos and it was outdated. The sheets had a pen stain on them. The pool and the bar were shut down and the elevator smelled. Breakfast was “ok” but that’s about it.

The guy that checked us in was rude. The rooms were clean, bed comfy, pillows were tiny and hard. The pull out couch was worn out. Hard to find parking, 2 companies were staying there and their roll-back trucks and utility trucks were too big, took up extra 15-20 parking spaces. They offered a great breakfast. Young lady at check out was very sweet. Our deposit could take up to 5 days to be refunded though

No matter what you say about the hotel nothing is going to change but hopefully it will helps others to make the right decision where you are going to stay at pay the extra money to get the hotel that you will be comfortable in at this hotel the pool was not ready pictures can be deceiving so please do not go by pictures it need to be updated everything The whole hotel need to be updated I didn’t like it at all

We rented two rooms. Both were excellent. The rooms were clean. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was just right. The room temperature was great. The hotel was quiet. The front desk employees were pleasant. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Mini waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, yogurt etc. the coffee was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

The photos listed on Expedia portrayed a whole different facility than the one we stayed at. The area was sketchy and felt very unsafe. There was no one at the desk upon entering and the lights were very low. We rang the bell and had to wait 10 minutes for a boy to come up there and very unprofessionally check us in. (no hotel attire, looked like he rolled out of bed, was not able to give us details about the room when i asked questions) The room was DISGUSTING. Mold all over the bathroom, thick dust on the curtains and stains all over them as well. There was pubic hair all over the bed cover and there was sheetrock dust? or paint? all over the floors. The air was not working well. Please send us a refund.

Definitely not worth the amount of money you have to pay for a night. The room was outdated, there were stains on the walls from where something had been spilled, the bathroom counter had mounds of soap dried all over it, and the floor was disgusting. The air conditioner sounded as if it would go out at any given moment and it was stuffy in our room the entire night, smelling like mold. Also, they charge a ridiculous amount of money for one night in an outdated, unclean, hotel and still has the audacity to charge you extra if you want to use more than 120 minutes of their WiFi. Definitely do not recommend and will not use again.

Very clean and tidy rooms. I always check for bugs and was happy to see they have the fitted mattress protectors and no sign of critters. Very nice bathrooms and love the change to the new large bottles of shampoo/conditioner on the walls. Still kinda worried if they are sanitized enough but assuming they are. Shower water was plenty hot and towels fluffy and clean. Bed is on the very firm side but comfortable. My only issue is the metal spings the bed is on were unbearably squeaky and echoing the whole night. I kept waking to the SKKRTCH sound of duct tape being aggressively pulled off a roll only to realize its the bed squeaking. I move a lot in my sleep and also have restless leg syndrome so it was hard to sleep through the noise. I recommend switching to another bed frame style ASAP. So NOT a good nights rest but otherwise excellent stay.

When I arrived in my first room I was met with the overwhelming smell of mildew. I requested another and was moved immediately but this one was almost as bad. I had to go buy damp rid, air freshener and sanitizer. There is no exhaust fan in the bathrooms. The pillows were small and hard and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathrooms had mold around the faucets and the dispensers in the shower had built up product and gunk on them. Did not smell clean at all.

Loud by interstate and parking lot loud during night. Room was ok. Strange set up with lights. I had written before I stayed that I wanted a ground floor room not facing interstate. No one asked me about that, so I can only think that the whole “message the property” is bogus. Why have that capability if it is not utilized?

They double charged me for the room: when I made the reservation and again when I checked in. They also charge a $100 deposit. Supposedly they reversed both the extra charge and the deposit (they say that it might take 3 days). My wife has a service animal. They tried to keep her out of the breakfast area, contrary to ADA Federal law. The front desk lady made a big scene about it. She eventually went and called a supervisor. She never came back to apologize. In the room, the lamp burnt out. The chair was broken. One outlet was loose and phone chargers just fell out. Both front desk ladies were rude and poorly trained, room was poorly maintained. At least housekeeping does a good job keeping the area clean.

Great staff interaction at check in even though I had a card issue. Very helpful young man at the front desk. Property is located by the major highway, but is safe and clean throughout. Restaurants close by within 2-5 minute walk and several options.

Even though our room was available and ready, I was charged 20.00 for a slightly early check-in. Then I was charged 100.00 up front for incidentals but was told it would be refunded in a few days. I’ve had hotels tell me they would hold my card in case of incidentals but never needed to charge. Then when I got home from my trip, they charged my card again for another 100.00 and I had to call. At first she didn’t admit to two charges but then admitted it was charged twice. She was not apologetic at all. And we didn’t even bother to eat breakfast the 2nd day either. It was awful. The only good thing I can say is that it was clean.

The check in staff was unfriendly. The room smelled moldy. The carpet scent was very overpowering. There was not enough food at the breakfast bar. The keurig in the room was never cleaned out. Would not recommend this property to anyone. The room was facing big machinery. Not a good experience at all.

This hotel is in desperate need of security! Right outside the hotel as I was checking out, a man followed me and asked me for money and started to reach in his pockets and scream as I got in my car and drove off. I feared for my life and there was NO ONE nearby to intervene or help. I am never staying at this property again.

When I arrived, I was greeted kindly and treated extremely well by the person at the desk. I think her name was Kim. She was very pleasant and helped me get checked in quickly. My stay was nice. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only problem I had was getting in and out of the property due to a one-way road in front of the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel because it was affordable and close to where we needed to be that weekend. It still has that old hotel smell, but it's all updated inside with new furnishings. It was clean, but my daughter did open a drawer in our room and find a bunch of empty beer cans and we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night and there wasn't a backup roll available, so maybe house keeping wasn't on their game when they cleaned our room last. The breakfast was fine and we appreciated the early start time even on the weekend (a lot of hotels have later start times for breakfast on weekends, which doesn't work when we have to be somewhere at 7:00 am). We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and clean. My only complaint is something the hotel can do nothing about - the highway traffic is really loud, and this hotel is right off the highway.

Booked when all was booked! Staff went above and beyond, at every level! It was so much more affordable than area hotels! All was above and beyond expectations! Best breakfast AND evening eats options (so unusual)! Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable—bathroom was updated. Such a pleasant diamond in the rough!

Except for Minnie the staff was not friendly at all. Rude and doing stuff in the back alley with some other people? Breakfast was low quality and poorly ran. Nobody except Minnie cares about anything.
