Check-in was slow but, the lady at the desk was new. She was very nice and apologetic. She did a great job getting things right. The property is trashy to say the least. Crowds in the parking areas were noisy way too late. The room was kind of clean but, the couch was stained and filthy. The AC unity was primitive and very noisy as well. I would not recommend or stay here again.

The guy that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and the room had no odors. It took awhile for the a/c to cool off the room, but it did so we were good. The shower had a spot that had chipped that should have been fixed. Another, concern was some how flies kept getting in our room, must have killed like four flies before going to bed. Not sure if they were coming in when we opened the door or if they were getting in through the windows. So, that would be something they need to check. Overall the property is pleasing to the eye and clean.

Horrible smell on the 2nd floor, towels in our room had several holes and looked to be dirty. Commode was very loose and moved while being used. Room was 87 degrees when we walked in. Room had no iron. TV. microwave oven, and refrig was all plugged into a power strip.

This was disgusting. Cockroaches climbing the walls and running into the hole in the ceiling, about a foot of water in the tub, the smell of weed and cigarettes in a “non smoking room”, cigarette burns in the comforter. Only to be told my room won’t be refunded, but that they can “move me to a different room”. As if cockroaches don’t travel from one room to the other. I’m sure there are bedbugs too. After driving from NY to AR, sleeping in the truck while still paying for a disgusting room was quite annoying.

The young lady who checked me in (she had no name tag) was very professional and welcoming. She explained a few things about the hotel check out. She gave me my room key and directed me towards my room. The room was large and clean. There was a 6 foot couch, a desk with a chair, a huge dresser, and the king size bed. In the vanity area, there was a small refrigerator and a microwave oven, ample storage with hangers, with an ironing board and iron. The toilet and shower were apart from the vanity area. This was a very nice place to stay.

If you can afford it, just go ahead and stay at an actual hotel. Bugs in the room as soon as we got there. Holes in the sheets and stains all over all of the bedding. I stayed in a non smoking room but it definitely smelled like smoke. Overall it’s a pretty rundown place.

Although the room was clean, it was terribly outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. “Breakfast” was hardly breakfast at all — just coffee (no decaf), orange juice, and two dry cereals. The front desk staff was wonderful! They raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

We had to change rooms after we found out that the toilet in our room was not secured to the floor. The first time it was flushed it started leaking onto the bathroom floor. We had to pack all of our stuff and go to another room that was on the opposite side of the building.

Went for an event at my granddaughter’s college and will probably go again. They were busy but stopped to help me check in( I think she was working 2jobs) then directed me and walked all the way to the back to make sure I found the right place.

It was clean and check in was ok.but, housekeeping startee knocking on all the doors at 9:15. I needed to sleep longer as I am travelling today. When they got to my door, i told them i was trying to sleep and would be out by 11. They came back at 19:00 again knocking on all the diors. No do not disturb signs were in theroom to put on the door. Very rude and inconsiderate. Will never again stay at a coachman inn

My stay at this hotel was horrible. The pictures on the website are misleading. This place needs renovation badly. The bedding was dirty and the comforters were tattered. The tub was so worn that it looked dirty even after the housekeeper, Mattie cleaned it. We had planned to stay two nights but was forced to stay one night because there was no availability in town. We checked out the next day. I requested my money back and was told that it would take 7-10 business days, despite that fact that it took less than 10 seconds to charge my card upon check in. In terms of breakfast, we were offered cereal, milk and juice. This is not at all that the website mentioned. I was very disappointed with my stay. I won't stay here again.

Great price, clean and comfortable, missing iron and one couldn't be found, so I used the blow hair dryer. Breakfast was really skimpy with fruit loops & corn flakes and I don't eat either of the two. There was coffee and juice. It's an older hotel one of the matriarch left in the city. It worked for me and I didn't see one bug.
