Check in to the hotel was easy and simple. The gentleman was very helpful and polite. The lobby was very clean. The rooms were nice and clean. The queen beds were ok just a little too stiff for my liking. But slept alright. It was nice to not have to worry about bringing soap, shampoo and conditioner it was all in the bathroom. Breakfast the next morning was the usual sausage, biscuits, waffles, cereals and other bread choices. I did see a menu that they do try to change up some of the items. Overall it was a nice stay for the night to visit a family member. My son definitely enjoyed the indoor poor! Will be back again.

I had problem getting receipt showing i stayed. Said they dont give receipts so got something showing i stayed there. Ice machine not functional but they were nice about it and helped on other floor. Was very pleased room all clean. No hotel room in Conway i stayed in was clean. Always had to change! Will be staying here when needed.wish was less cost though. Limits the trips

Stay was comfortable, room was clean. Didn’t get to eat breakfast due to time but it appeared to be sufficient. Water pressure was poor in sink. Fast check in process. Clean parking lot.

The hotel was doing maintenance on their elevator and it was not working Friday night or Saturday. Easter weekend is one of the busiest for Searcy since Harding University puts on their annual Spring Sing event and all hotels are booked solid.

Expedia messed up the reservation and Jordan at the front desk was great trying to help us get checked in! The pool was great for the family. The breakfast was very good as well!

We had a great visit! The room was very clean and the staff was sweet as could be! The only issue we had was trying to park with a trailer! But everything else made up for that! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!

We had a small dog and our room was on the 3rd floor which didn’t make a lot a sense to us and in the morning the elevator was out of order. That part is not the hotels fault though.

The room was damp and musty. Smells like mold. The bedding was wet and the air conditioning would only blow on fan even though it was set to 64 degrees it was still hot and damp. Staff was friendly but the room was not very comfortable.

The hotel is one of a few decent branded hotels in my son's college town. I reserved the room because it had 2 queen beds in case my son wanted to stay, but the room was also pet friendly. However, the room smelled heavily of smoke. The rest of the stay was fine, breakfast was OK, just still have that raunchy stale smokey hotel room scent in my nostrils.

The staff was very polite and the public areas of the hotel were fine. The room was not. The toilet had not been flushed, so it obviously hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. The coffee maker had some sort of sludgy moldy substance where you would put the water in. It looked like someone had poured coffee (or something) back thru instead of water. It had been left this way for some time and was not usable.

The property is on the main street, so very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, & the room was clean. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable with a pretty old, thin mattress with a bar in your back. It was not doable at all. The staff was friendly. We’ll stay again, but we will not be using the sofa bed.

My room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The provided breakfasts were good. The only issue I had was my room refrigerator froze everything that was placed in it. It should have been defrosted and I neglected to mention it.

Emergency stop in town. Safe and super clean hotel. The beds are the only issue. The mattress bases are metal and can be heard throughout hotel. Yes even yours when you move on it. My infant son kept waking up from sleep whole night with ours and other residents would sound through out. Please change them out. We had poor sleep.

Did not get the room I booked and instead of letting us switch rooms to the one we wanted when it was available they proceeded to say that we couldn't be in that room because including myself there were three people, myself and my two small children, although we've stayed in the same room the time before and it was fine they were very unaccommodating

Staff when called by my girlfriend for information was rude and condescending. First room checked into looked as if the bed was remade with old lenins, having stains on the sheets and hair on pillows. Dust and what looked like animal hair was found in the room as well. Staff was accomadating once issues were addressed and checked us into a different room, but was condecending after asking us to point out issues for them, saying room was clean afterward and dissmissed our concerns. Second room was found to be in similar condition after trying to settle down. Beds were very uncomfortable, as if they were cheap spring beds, and thin blankets during colder tempteratures. Tub was filthy in second room with dirt and grime coming off with disinfecting wipes prior to our use. Wifi wouldn't let us connect with password provided. With spending nearly $200 for a single night I expected a higher quality room than what I could have recieved from a cheap motel. Will not return. Recommend new comers stay at another nearby motel.

This is a GREAT place to stay. We were in Searcy for a college event. From the time we checked in until we left the staff made you feel Welcome. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, plus they had an indoor pool for the kids! Very Good place to stay!!

I am disappointed in the way I have been treated while staying at this property. I have stayed at this location on two separate occasions for multiple days. Each time I stay my room key does not work after 24 hours. I asked others who were staying at the property and they seem to have never had this problem. I travel alone and I feel my safety is put at risk when other hotel guest see me walking to my room alone for the key not to work. I am hoping this is not a discrimination issue.

The property is on the main street, so very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, & the room was clean. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable with a pretty old, thin mattress with a bar in your back. It was not doable at all. The staff was friendly. We’ll stay again, but we will not be using the sofa bed.

Staff is extremely friwndly and willing to help. We were out of conditiner in our room amd we had to tell the cleaning staff, they didnt check it when they cleaned our room. There is a good variety at breakfast, though one morning there was no coffee.
