The front desk clerk, Paige, was excellent. The room was nice, appeared recently renovated, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the microwave, television, and refrigerator provided. Quite frankly, the Knight's Inn is an exceptional value for the money spent on a hotel room for a one-night stay. There is no breakfast provided other than hot coffee station to grab a cup of java to start your morning. The only drawback was no laundry facility on site. That wasnt a deal breaker for me as there exists a couple of laundrymats within a mile from the hotel. Overall, the Knight's Inn provides a clean, updated hotel with clean shower/bath/room accommodations and worth your patronage if youre looking for an economical place to stay WITHOUT concern for bedbugs or cigarette smell smoking rooms.

Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and sleeping area was spacious. Bathroom was tiny. We had a lot of hair all around the room. No elevator. No hair dryer or iron, which are 2 amenities that have pretty much become mainstays, didn't even think to watch for these. Breakfast was very basic, which was A-OK, it's all we needed and nice it was offered. No laundry, had to wash some needed clothes in the sink.

Hotel was under renovation and all areas were a mess, dining room was closed. I could hear the guy in the room across the hallway yelling all night long, even though we both had our doors closes. There was a strong wet paint smell during all 6 days I stayed there. Not enough lighting in the room. But the price is unbeatable and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Could be a very unique place but too much building supplies stacked inside and outside. Carpet needed cleaning or replaced..Staff could be a little more friendly. Would not stay at this motel again. .

There was a giant roach in the shower and the sink leaked water from the bathroom into the hall when we used it. This made it to where we did not shower during our stay also the over fan for the bathroom worked little to none. It made noises but it did not do anything for the air in that room.

New floors and paint. It seemed clean and the staff was courteous. It was the smallest room I’ve ever seen. Bed was comfortable enough. Shower isn’t made for anyone 6 ft or taller. Breakfast was apple or cranberry juice, a thermos of coffee and toast without jelly. Also there was no hair dryer.

Room was fairly clean. But, pictures were very misleading. Tiny tiny room, bed was not a queen but a full sized bed. Perfect for a lone traveler but with two adults and a dog, it was very cramped. We’ve gotten bigger rooms with more amenities for the same rate. Disappointed that there was no coffee pot in the room, but considering it was so small we tried to be in the room as little as possible.

Low price for a very adequate room. We only needed a bed and bath, not an extra amount of space or conveniences that we weren't going to use anyway. We came to sleep and travel onward in the morning. All staff were exceptionally polite and kind.

The young ladies that assisted with check in were very nice and helpful. The manager was not friendly and spoke very loud, firmly and displayed anger to the employees in front of us! Very unprofessional behavior for a manager or owner! There was no hair dryer in the room and the bathroom toilet needs attention as it ran almost non stop.

The property was misrepresented by the pictures that were shown. My sister and I were going to stay for one night and could not even stay the night. It had a terrible smell. The linens were poor quality. And the bathroom was very small. We did not get a safe feeling in the parking lot before we came in and probably should not have even moved past that point. We were even more disappointed when we saw the room. Even knowing we would not receive a refund we still left the property and paid for a hotel at another location.

Please make no mistake as to my review. I would personally stay there again. You need to be aware of a few things. This is an excellent place to stay if you are on per diem and working in the area. My room was exactly what I needed. A bed, a bath, quiet and a locking door. No breakfast was offered when I stayed and I prefer to eat at a restaurant so this was perfect. I had read other reviews and carried a ten foot extension with a power strip so I could run my cpap machine and charge my phone beside the bed. There was a microwave, mini fridge and basic satellite tv. WiFi was offered but I did not use it so cannot say. I would not carry my family there knowing they expect “more” than what this facility offered. However, if you want to save some money this spot worked well for me. The room was small and the bathroom small. Just know it is bare bones and you will not be disappointed. The place seems to be under renovation and I hear it is the norm there. Cleanliness in my room was satisfactory and no bed bugs. Staff was friendly and checked if I needed anything. I would recommend you take your family elsewhere, but if you are on per diem working in the area, you can save a little money there.
