The woman at the check in desk was not very helpful at all. Dog park was filthy and gross. Tons of people using pool that were not hotel guests.

Very poor motel. We had planned to come here to lounge around the pool and hot tub since we came from up north where it was cold and snowy. We checked in and the manager was nice. But when we went to the room there were absolutely no towels. We got them later. The room was shabby and dated. The lamp had no bulb. The vent in the bathroom did not work. There was no clock. The security door latch was missing. There was no liner for the ice bucket. Then we went to the pool area. Horrible. See the photos. Only one chase lounge to lie on. We wanted to sun bathe but not here. The paint was peeling on the pool and hot tub. We had paid for four nights but we are not staying.

Reported issues were never corrected, and one was the beeping smoke slsr from the moment walked in, other was inopperable phone. Extremely difficult to connect with front desk, without walking over in scorching 112 heat. Room was full of desert dust in all the corners and cobwebs. Bathtub, pool and spa were all chipping away at top layers. No ice machine! Tiny fridge had a freezer box that was unusable as iced over. Safe was old school requiring a key, but no key was provided. Shower head was so calcified that soray was totaly random. Check in/lobby had no restroom available, and this is also where breakfast was served. Lobby was very clean. Breakfast was good, well supplied and decent variety. Pricing was one of the lesser in the area that also provided breakfast. Will not be going back.

Property needs a complete makeover. Hot tub and pool not working. Three day stay, never saw a housekeeper, breakfast was a joke - no yogart, no muffins or pastry, had to ask for napkins, and milk. One day we had sausage paddies and egg patties but they ran out. Staff looked bewilded as customers wondered about trying to figure out what was available to eat. Can anyone say HELP!

$25 for late check out $25 pet fee. Broken alarm clock Missing lampshade Broken lights that don’t work Filthy carpet Filthy everything Janky microwave Cold room Moldy bath mat Loud main road in front. Tight parking lot We switched rooms and the new room that we got wasn’t much better. I would not recommend coming to this hotel. They give you a filthy, disgusting room, and charge you extra for everything they possibly can. I’m literally afraid to walk around barefoot on this disgusting carpet. I think this is the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in.

The chair had a big stain on the cushion. The curtains where only half up. The floors were terribly filthy. I wiped them up with a towel which was black when I got done. The bathroom wall was gross. The sink had no stopper in it. The walls are so thin I could hear the dog next door barking the night and early morning. Dogs in the eating area are a Health Dept problem. They were not Service Animals. The front desk lady needs more training.The whole stay was Terrible.

Fealthy floors , trash cans and shower curtain. Will never again stay at this place. Didn’t see any bugs but was very worried we would catch something. Thank God I had my own pillows and sheets. No phones, cleaning service upon request, but we didn’t want to bother with it, why would they clean if they didn’t do it when they were supposed to. No phones, if need service, need to drive up to office. Staff was ok, Angel was exceptional. Breakfast was decent.

The staff was frendly for sure but the room was filithy and smelled. I wiped off the sink and vanity with a few tissues and they were brown and green. Sink was slimy. I don't think the floors have been swept or mopped in quite some time. Just walking from the bathroom to the chair a few times my feet were black and felt like they were covered in sand and not to mention the amount of dirt, hair and grime that are in the corners and all over the baseboards. I'm not expecting 5 stars that's for sure however I do expect for the facility to be clean emough to feel comfortable. High state in mamy wyndhan hotels and this one was so disappointing 😞.

The property is old but has been updated. The coffee pot had an old used pod and was very dirty. Detailed cleaning hadn’t been done. The bathroom fan didn’t work. One bed made a popping sound. Beds were very firm. Breakfast during the week is waffles, cereal, yogurt. We didn’t eat there. The towels and sheets were nice. The area is very quiet. The desk clerk was very nice.

Had a large roach lying on it back in the bathtub. Although the hotel had switched over to hardwood floors, the floors were nasty, and appears to have never been mopped. Don’t plan on walking, barefooted or wearing your socks.

The room was absolutely disgusting and we ended up leaving 1 hour after check in because we refused to even sleep there. The room had dead bugs in all the corners, the sheets had dark hairs all over (not ours) and when we pulled back the blanket there was a crusty nasty brown stain on the sheets. The toilet wouldn’t even flush toilet paper down. The floors were so dirty they made the bottom of our feet turn black after walking just from the front door to the bathroom. The AC unit didn’t work properly and when it was turned on it would make an obnoxiously loud bang. The walls were soggy from prior water damage in the bathroom and the bottles of soap left out were half empty. The door handle was also wiggled several times and the chain lock on the door was barely hanging on. I 100% do not recommend this place due to the dirty and unsafe conditions. I will never be back.

Room was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable great for an overnight stay or few nights. Area at night is a bit sketchy but no issues. Just that uneasy feeling about people hanging out in the parking lot.

This is an older building. The room and entrance door needed painting. The toilet was very slow to flush, possibly do to old clogged plumbing. The walls were very thin and the people in the next room were quite loud. The room was clean and adequate for our purpose. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast area was quite nice. Also looked like the air conditioners were all new, though we did not use the AC.

The service was good, but the room smelled of cigaratte smoke. The lamp next to the bed didn't work. The walls were really thin. I could hear people beside me watching tv and their sound wasn't up that high. Every morning I was awaken about 3:30 am by people outside the room and people going up the stairs.

The bathroom door was not able to close. The shower had only 1/2 half of the water coming out due to the rest was coming out of the bottom faucet. Not a pleasant shower at all. Rooms should be maintained and inspection done too

The young man that checked us in, David, was very rude and not accommodating during our stay both days First i pre-registered and asked for first floor non smoking and i stood at counter while he registeted 5 other people that were not pre-registered and gave them first floor and then told me he didn't have any abailable. A trainee found a room and so we got it but it smelled so bad of smoke i asked for airfreshener and David said "we don't have any , you can go across the street to dollar store and biy some" He didn't onform me we had to request room service and so when we came back from our day trip wanting to relax tje room had not been cleaned. No towels. Trash, beds, coffee. And to top it all off the beds were so soft and uncomfortable that i was in pain all night. We didn't expect a lot because of the price but i expect to be treated with respect. I owned a retail business for 22 years and if i had an employee that treated my customer like that they would be gone.

Construction in some of the rooms so hopefully it will look better. On 2nd day had to ask for towels and found out we had to ask to have room serviced. So next morning asked to have room serviced about 9 am. Went to breakfast. Came back housekeeping was working on the rooms next door so we left again to give them time. Came back about noon. Still wasn't done. Asked 3 people we needed room done. About 2 hrs later we just asked for more towels. Will not stay there again.

1st room toilet had to be flushed manually as the chain was not hooked and we couldnt get it to hook. The toilet ran constantly and we did not have hand towels or washrags. They put us in 2nd room and the hotel staff at the office were wonderful and gave us plenty of usables. The 2nd room toilet would run constantly unless you got the handle just right. and the fan would scream until it hit its correct bearings.

My wife and I enjoyed a spotlessly clean room with a frig, microwave, and comfortable seating. The breakfast provided was good and started the day perfectly. Room service was available upon request. Its location is across the river from beautiful casinos, a mere 10-minute drive away.

Not ideal at all. I booked a 3 night stay through a 3rd party, Expedia. Once we arrived, minus the cameras, I thought we were going to be in an episode of Cops with the unhoused walking the area and the lady standing on the corner looking for a 'ride'. Upon checking in, the gentleman, who was nice, told us there were issues with the internet and "good luck with that." When we pulled around to the room, this was just after sunset, this became even more scary with more people walking the parking lot and loitering in an open storage container. When walking to our room, the tenant next door was at his door smoking from the inside with his door open and TV blaring the game. Once we were inside, the couch and couch pillows were stained/dirty. When I saw a bug crossing the floor, I was done. I went and checked out, left the room just how we found it. There were no sheets or blankets on the couch pull out by the way. As I did book this through Expedia, the website does state that a refund isn't an option for any of the 3 nights booked. We didn't stay any nights and booked at a casino hotel instead. Expedia contacted the property and Days Inn did not offer any goodwill or refund. I understand that they didn't need to, but something would have been nice.

The location is good, just off the main road. The rooms are at the back of the site, though, so there is no road noise. The riverwalk is about a block away, and the Laughlin casinos are visible at night. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom updated. The bed was fine for me, but might have been uncomfortable for a couple or for a larger person. The breakfast room offered a good spread with plenty of choices; it was pretty popular and the staff worked hard to keep it stocked. I'll stay there again.

Staff were great and the breakfast was good. The pillows on the beds were not comfortable and the overall look of the facility was very worn. The pool was good though but the heated tub didn't have functional jets..well they worked but only for 5 min of the 15 min timer.

Hotel staff are great. Room 129 is really noisy because it's right next to the staff laundry facility and they start working at 11pm. The parking lot is really well lit at night making it a really safe area. Breakfast is also great. Always love having a waffle maker.

Nice, filling hot continental breakfast (waffles! Eggs! Sausage!) And the pool was actually cool, not warm like a bowl of soup. Room itself was standard motel but it suited our needs and was available for one night instead of requiring a two night stay. Overall very satisfied

The staff people were very nice and helpful, it was in a good location to why we were there. I would improve the breakfast options, the eggs were inedible, not a big biscuit and gravy fan, would have enjoyed boiled eggs and more fruit options.

The room was clean and well-equipped. However, the property could use some work. The stairway treads were worn and some were broken and coming loose, making the walk up the stairs dangerous. The top of the ashtray thing on the walkway was lying on the floor the full two days we were there. Breakfast was limited, but okay.

First I would like to say that I picked this hotel because it had good rates. I am happy with my choice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The staff was excellent. They were friendly and check in was smooth. Breakfast was good. Fresh waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. I will say, however, the rooms could have been cleaner and the whole place is run down. Still, I would stay here again.
