This was a rough stay. On the website, it said there was WiFi and a coffee maker in the room, and breakfast in the morning. When I arrived, there was no coffee maker to be found, and the WiFi was so agonizingly slow, I could barely do anything. There were also no extra pillows, no tissue box, nothing. Completely bare bones. One of the lamps didn't work. And the floor was filthy - after walking around on my bare feet, my soles turned greenish-brown. And in the morning, for breakfast, there were exactly two oranges, and a couple of cheap, plastic-wrapped danishes. The people who work there are super nice. But the place is just awful... almost impressively terrible.

Upon arriving at our room on the second floor the AC was turned off and had been off all day. The temperature that day outside was 118° so the room was very hot we turned AC on and left for Laughlin came back about 5 hours later to find our room still in the upper 80s at 9pm. Around 2am it finally felt comfortable in room. The bed was supposed to be a queen but was a double and it had clear oil looking stains on the white sheets. No towels or wash clothes in bathroom only one hand towel No soap in bathroom either. A small 20 inch tv on the wall with Roku only no cable at all. A few rooms we saw with doors open people outside smoking cigarettes definitely looked like they were living long term at the hotel. When I checked out next morning told the front desk lady she stated AC should've been on and towels and soap should've been in bathroom too. She looked at me funny when I told her that bed wasn't even close to a queen size but really didn't seem concerned other than to tell me my 100$ deposit will be refunded once they clean room and determine no damage was done which I got my deposit back next day thankfully. They do take copies of ID and your credit card on paper too so it's definitely not worth the price. Stay away it's not on the river no view of it from the rooms just pay the extra money and stay in Laughlin in fact some hotels in Laughlin are same price or less if you shop around this place is a bad motel with bad vibes and accommodations.

I would not recommend this place ever. They had the lobby closed for hours. When they finally did open it took over 2 hours to check in. That was after I was told they didn’t have the room I already paid for wasn’t available. This place was a joke. Lady in lobby very unprofessional and rude. Didn’t seem to know what was going on.
