There were light switches that didn’t work, bedside light was hanging off wall. TV remote worked intermittently. I’m 78, and walk with a cane Due to elevator problems, I had to walk to 3rd floor, re-pack, walk down again.

I had stayed at that hotel just a week before and had commented very positively on it. I only had criticized slightly the choice of meat (sausages) for breakfast. And this time, they had wonderful links, so all good. Great hotel all around. I loved the big pool.

Just average. Elevator was down for a short period and we were on the 3rd floor. Tree next to our room kept hitting the building when the wind was blowing. The toilet is just too low for seniors. The beds were very comfortable and had nice blankets. The breakfast was great and the snacks available until 5 was nice.

To start the check in was wonderful The gentleman was friendly knowledgeable and overall very nice Next hurt the review The beds were old mattress not great The bed- Spreads were dinged kind of on the dirty side but worst was the bathroom The floor actually had long dark hair on it and even one hair on the tubes are seniors with gray hair Breakfast was nice and clean and the food was good A nice touch was if you needed to wrap a Xmas gift a table was set up with supplies but overall we won’t stay there again Sorry

The room was not properly cleaned, and there was no pencil or piece of paper for taking notes. I know those pencils and paper were in use 100 years ago, right? right. I stayed in cheaper places where they had plenty of shampoo samples and toothpaste toothbrushes. not here. But just when you were to go to bed and you needed them, you could go all the way from the third floor, the last room of the property, down to the lobby and get it. Got it?

While the room was in mostly good condition, There were a few things that made the stay rather disappointing. There looked to be a ring of mold in the toilet bowl. There was also a little mold in one corner of the tub. I also judge hotels on how nice their showers are. Unfortunately, I was unable to take a shower due to the fact that the faucet must have been loose, and the weight of the handle would turn it to scorching HOT. Plus, the fact that the shower gel pump container was completely empty. So, no shower for me. I guess I'll take one after I drive 6 hours home. Since I've stayed at the hotel right next to this one, which is less expensive, with the same amenities, I'll not be staying here again.

Everyone at the hotel from front office, housekeeping, b’fast was exuding kindness which is so important these days. They all made you feel you were in a kind, accommodating hotel. Jason and Adrianne bent over backwards for me. I asked for a quiet area, I never heard a sound anywhere. The room probably needed a run through before I arrived as I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for awhile. Needed a bit of dusting, tissues, little things. Bed was comfy, a/c worked fine. B’fast was delicious. Just the right amount of choices. There was a smell in the hall as you come in the outside door on the east side. Ice machine did not work on the second floor on the east side. But was fixed the next day. I loved staying at the Hampton Suites on Bell Road in S’dale. Loved the location, it was close to everything I needed to do. I will surely stay there next time I am in Phoenix. Pls give my thanx to Jason and Adrianna, they were the best.

The management was so nice and kind! The location Is easy to find and close to downtown. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped we soap, shampoo, Kleenex, etc. we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
