Location, location! That is why we stayed here. Rooms a bit tired. 25 dollars/day parking a bit high, as is 24 dollars for a buffet breakfast. Some issues with trying to order from the restaurant on site, but great venues very close. Would stay again due to location. Decorating started for Christmas was lovely!

The Hilton Garden Inn on Indian School Rd. in Scottsdale is a friendly, adequate hotel located near to all the attractions of Old Scottsdale. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet, in spite of being directly adjacent to an elevator shaft. The hotel does offer a breakfast buffet for $24.95 which is more than adequate. Or you can choose to walk 10 minutes to one of several excellent breakfast restaurants. The staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive. We chose to park our rental car in the underground garage for $25 a day. This would especially attractive in the hot weather months in Arizona. The only gripe we had was the wifi which flickered on and off repeatedly every few seconds at times for the entire stay. We will strongly consider this hotel for future visits to the Phoenix area.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Its in a very convenient location, walkable to old town. You do have to pay for parking but we found free street parking nearby. The outdoor area at the hotel, including the pool, is nice.

Everything was great, however their handicap lift in and out of the pool was broken so I wasn't able to use it. Luckily I had my husband there to help me, but individual wheelchair users that's traveling alone it definitely makes things a bit challenging. The room was clean and spacious, but the door to the bathroom was difficult to use since would not stay open and the door is but heavy to open. But overall is not a bad place I would stay here again.

Location of this hotel is great! I was let down by the quality of the room. The bathroom had a musky smell and my pillow smelled like urine. I would likely try another night here because of the location but will book directly through Hilton’s site in hopes the room provided isn’t the least desirable space they have.

The room was not fully clean. There was puvic hair in the toilet as well as in the dresser you could tell they didn’t clean good because there was a plastic of a six pack or something in the bathroom.

The stay was horrible, the window to the room never shut, the AC unit didn’t work for crap, it was loud very loud outside, you could hear people whispering outside the window you could hear every vehicle going down the road, all night Nd next morning and some thing they didn’t disclose was no matter if you parked on the property or in the parking garage they will charge you $20 for parking per vehicle, that was not disclosed at first, when I checked in they said that parking was $20 to park in the garage. Limited parking only one set of elevators for 7 floors.And it’s very inconvenient it is like 5 miles off the freeway in the middle of downtown Scottsdale surrounded by office buildings and residential houses

Nice hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by noise. Outside noise - we heard every Harley that rode by. Every truck. Every car with a loud exhaust. They obviously used cheap windows and made no attempt at noise suppression. We were on the 6th floor. Also the air conditioner - very loud. It seemed like a very low budget system with a lout fan and a clunk every time it cycled on and off, which is frequent in Arizona. Great location, nice facility, bring your earplugs!

We liked the location next to old town Scottsdale. The outdoor area was large and comfortable. However, we reserved a king bedroom and were placed in a two double bedroom. The room looked out over a roof and large airconditioner. We were told that there was a water leak being fixed and it would be 10 minutes before we could use the toilet. We did not realize until much later that the closet floor was soaking wet. The hotel was not that busy - we should have been given a different room. Not one next to the leak. The hotel did credit us a day's parking.

From the beginning after our long drive we were greeted by great front desk. Very helpful and suggestions. We felt welcomed and the energy there felt right. Customer service was top notch. Close to old town they even have courtesy golf card rides to places. I had 3 teenage girls and everyone was happy. Will be back!

Rob, the concierge, was awesome. They gave us a printed list of places they recommend for food and entertainment upon arrival, and were so friendly every single interaction. The beds were a little firmer than I prefer, but everything else was great. The location is perfect for exploring Old Town Scottsdale, nestled right between great bars and restaurants and making most things within walkable distance. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice grounds, relaxing pool, decent rooms. The one thing we did not like was for a buffet brealfast-sort of, was $24.00 which is fine but for a huge buffet!! I think it is very overpriced for food. The nachos were really good though! The staff was all wonderful!!

The hotel itself is convenient to the airport and has all of the amenities and a nice staff. However, our room was located on the street side of the hotel and there was a tremendous amount of noise all evening….sirens, people yelling, etc. also there is nothing within walking distance of the property such as shops or restaurants.
