The staff was great. The hotel hallways are dark and dated. The room is OK. View from the patio on the poolside looking across the facility was wonderful.

Stayed 1 night

We planned this staycation for my husband and my 31st anniversary. We included having my autistic 6 yo grandson so that he may enjoy the pool nd waterslide along with other amenities offered. Check in is 4 , we arrived slightly after 5 .. all pools CLOSED. One did open after 6 ( waterslide and children's area closed) Of course he was upset. We were allowed to swim in the large.. over crowed pool for a little while before we were rained out. Totally understand that the weather is unpredictable especially this time of year. We waited until the next day and tired to get a swim in with him before we had to check out. We went to waterslide area and because he was wearing a vest he wasnt allowed to use slide... Hes over the height requirement and can stand in the water but wasnt allowed. To say this was a disappointment is an understatement.. and an expensive one. When I told the staff i was meet with an oh, sorry. Never again. Not kid/autisms friendly.
