Location of hotel was close to many restaurants and shopping. Hotel was fairly clean, breakfast was average and pool area was small with no lounge chairs. The shower head in our room was terrible. It was either a hard stream of water or a light mist. Could not get it to adjust to normal spray. Room was only cleaned once in three days.

Everything was nice, the room was okay. When we went to use the pool it was a disaster!! Bugs all over the bottom and floating on the water. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days and there were wasps flying around. It was unusable!

Good for families! Spacious and near everything you could need. Safe, clean area. Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of options! Pool was old but the water looked clean; the area around it, not so much. There were dirty towels and beer bottle caps laying in the same spot for the two days we were there. Jets in the hot tub did not work. They have a pretty good selection in the gym but it is very used equipment and some of it was not in working order. The hotel was fairly clean and beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very nice! We would go back for sure!

We’d definitely stay here again! It was very clean. Every staff person was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We asked for pool towels and staff quickly provided them. The breakfast was great and very clean. This hotel is right on the bike path. Staff offered to store our bikes if we wanted. There are three restaurants within walking distance. We’d love to stay here again!

Loved staying here! Delicious free breakfast (hot cinnamon rolls!!) And super sweet staff. Also the fitness center being open 24 hours was nice. Otherwise: clean, elegant bedroom in a safe neighborhood for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area!

Bathroom was not cleaned after previous guest left. There was a wet towel on the handle of the shower, a razor on the shelf in the shower and a shower cap hanging on the door. We couldn’t take a shower as a result of this. To be fair, I did bring this to the attention of the front desk and they were very apologetic.

Room had a disgusting odor. The linens had black marks all over. I asked for clean linens and was told they were clean, they were not. Reason given for black marks were from broken dryer and the marks were from rubber belts in dryer. I left the hotel and cancelled the remainder of my stay. I feel I should’ve received a refund but hotel staff never mentioned refund. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed with the maintenance of the room. The carpet had multiple stains. Two chairs had stains. The suite table leg was so loose the table wobbled to much to use. The window curtains in the bedroom had huge water stains and the window screen had a six inch hole in it. I don't normally bother with reviews, but this room was awful!

The room was decent enough, but the heater in the room was so loud we couldn't have it on at night. It wasn't just ours either, all night long you could hear the heaters from other rooms. I'm guessing it would be just as bad in the summer when you need A/C.

Nice newer hotel but the appearance was just about the only good thing about the stay. A cardboard box has better noise suppression than this hotel. You can clearly hear conversations if anyone is in a room next to you as if they were in the room with you. Unfortunately a gymnastics team was in the room above us practicing their floor routine until 3 am so could barely get any sleep. Would've been better off sleeping in the car in the parking lot.

After driving over 8 hrs from California we stopped at this hotel because of the reviews and it looked nice as well. We got the the hotel and had to wait over 10 min because nobody was at the front desk. We got a 1 bed i sofa instead of the 2 queen and sofabed we had reserved. The guy at the front acted like that wasn't his problem and didnt even try to help out. We decided to make the best of it and the closet had no pillows or blankets for the pull out couch. Again we had to go downstairs and again the front counter guy thought it was funny that we were asking for pillows and blankets. The service sucked to say the least. Room was clean breakfast was just ok. We always book holiday inn express and this one looked the best but was the worse experience we've ever had.

Hotel is old and AC unit was not working properly. I notified the front desk and they told me the ACs work on timers… I stayed there for Thurs thru Monday and never had cleaning service. I asked the cleaning ladies in the hallway for cleaning service on the third day and they said I was not on their list. I then asked for clean towels and they did give me some. By Sunday there were so many dirty towels in my room, I went downstairs and complained to the front desk and lady with bangs had a list and said my room was scheduled for cleaning. I was gone for the day and when I returned in the evening and my room was still untouched… I checked out Sunday morning and the young lady with dark hair and straight bangs was at the counter. I told her that my room was never cleaned. She replied “I am sorry they were busy. If you do come back another day I will make sure your room is cleaned”. What a liar!!! The hotel was full om Thurs, but by Friday it had emptied out and the parking lot was empty! I will never go back!

Your employees are great from the people that do the breakfast to the house keeping. Especially the girl that was at the front desk went to get towels for the pool and she was really busy and was able to get my towels and still take care of people checking in. I want to express my gratitude for the efforts that Jada at the front desk made to make my stay comfortable. After one night of being constantly awakened by an older a/c unit cycling off and on (and loud!), I went to her the next day to express my dissatisfaction. During a not busy time, she left her station to examine another room and check out its newer a/c unit. She had me go take a look at it, the a/c was whisper quiet, and she made the room change for the remainder of my stay. What a difference. I slept so well. I can't thank Jada enough for what she did to ensure I had a comfortable stay. This hotel really needs to replace all those old units now, not replace them one at a time as they age beyond repair. One has to be a really sound sleeper to put up with the noise they make.

Waited over 45 mins for someone to come to the front desk for check-in. There was a sign that they would be back soon. But when I saw a person that looked like they worked here I went to talk to them, they disappeared, basically ignoring me when I said “Hi” and it was the same person that came 15 minutes later to asssit at the check-in desk. It was concerning, I even thought of calling the police in case something had happened, but no, I guess the lady was going around the building and also chose to ignore me when I saw she saw me. 😕

The first room we were given stunk so bad, we couldn’t stay there. Was given another room that was okay. The breakfast the next day was less than adequate because the hot food was gone and they weren’t refilling. We went at 8:20 and it was over at 9:00.
