I think that the jacuzzi pool should make a bigger it too small I look around the area that it would be cool to make a bigger area u have more space in the back that it nothing behind the pool area But friendly staff and nice breakfast though and nice room

Overall great, well- maintained property. Close to Catalina state park and Sabino canyon that we explored on this trip. Good breakfast. We enjoyed jacuzzi and heated pool, as well as finally did laundry on our long trip.

It is a great hotel in the north part of Tucson, the check-in was fast and smooth, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pretty good too. We didn't use the pool but looked clean and had good size. And lastly me and my family want to Thank the whole staff of the hotel because when we left my daughter missed a toy dog in the room and we didn´t realize until we got home, so I decided to send an email to the hotel and we got a quick response and they let us know that they were really taking good care of the toy dog and we were able to ask a good friend to go there and pick it up for us.... we'll be always Thankful for that!!!

So many dirty loud unregestered guests in pool and spa. Children were urinating in bushes at mothers demand. I could not and will not use pool facilities.

Everything was good except for the smell in our room. You would think with the pet fee that they charge that the rooms and carpets would be cleaned a little bit better from the last pet. It wasn’t so bad that we would have to change rooms though.Other than that, the stay was just fine.

Very outdate rooms. Our toilet seat was dirty. No fan in the bathroom. Tiny rooms. The a/c in the rooms is so noisy. Curtains dirty and smelly elevator. Will not be staying here again.

Hotel was easy to find and quiet. Front desk lady was very friendly and efficient. Hotel lobby, pool, fitness room and grounds were amazing. The room was spacious, but the fridge was very warm with no way to adjust temp and overall room cleanliness was questionable. There was a large clump of long hair (not mine) in the bed and the couch and carpet felt greasy and seemed to need a deep cleaning. Also, the wallpaper was peeling from the wall to the right of the tub in the bathroom. We have stayed in many Hampton Inn properties and had even lived in one for several months during a transfer. They are all different. Most have been outstanding. The room in this one was just ok.

I had a very friendly welcome while checking in. The front desk employee was pleasant to talk with. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean the facility was. My room was clean and the pool was nice. I’m very picky about cleanliness so this was a great experience. I definitely will be returning.

The downside to this stay was the huge lack of lighting. The little halfway from the door to the main area was dark and we had just two lamps that weren't that bright. Its hard to get dressed or iron in bad lighting

The last 5 visits, every room I’ve stayed in have had collapsed mattresses. No matter if it’s a king room, two queens, or a sweet, every mattress has been the same…time to invest in new mattresses for the rooms. A good nights sleep is the main reason a room is rented, after all, other than that the hotel staff has always been great!

Was rudely informed at check in that I would be charged $50 for my pet. I was not aware of this charge and have never been charge a "pet fee" when saying at this chain. When I questioned the charge the front desk employee stated "you'd pay a lot more anywhere else."

I have stayed at this Hampton many times over the last few years. For work in Tucson and just to visit. This property in the last couple of years has taken a steep dive. Bathtub didn't drain well, so your standing in water, robe hooks broken, missing, vanity broken, other things broken or missing. The whole place needs a serious upgrade ASAP. I stay in hotels a lot in my travels all over the US. This is among the worst. And! Now they're allowing dogs of all sizes in the rooms. I love and own dogs, but not in the hotel, not sharing the dining room. I'm not staying here again. The staff is all good.

The receptionist (Shi) made sure we were happy with the room, and provided all the information regarding parking, breakfast and housekeeping. The hotel itself is beautiful. We had a great room and enjoyed our stay.

The lobby area was beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet was awful, we ended up walking in; and walking right out. The bed, oh my gosh, the floor would’ve been more comfortable! The smells in our suite were quite odd… and the stains on the sofa and chairs, gross! Front esp staff was polite, but never looked up when we said hello, or goodbye when we walked by… definitely not the best place to stay.

Clean well maintained rooms as entire property! My room was nicer than I expected and very spacious and pleasing to the eye. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is a hotel you can stay at and never want to leave. Location is great if need to get around Tucson or if staying in the area your not far from some of the best restaurants & shopping

We loved the location and the view of the mountains. There was a lot of construction to the roads overnight. The businesses in the area were frustrating but we were able to overcome that.
