The hotel is readily accessible right off the I40. There's ample parking for tractor-trailers right out front. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When the hostess heard that I had my truck/trailer out front she set me up with a room that views that part of the lot. The building is clean. My room was in fine shape and nicely decorated. Everything works. Tip: As of this review, there's only one ice machine, located to the left of check-in, around its corner.

This place is conveniently located for interstate travelers. The clerk, Tabitha, gave us great restaurant recommendations and helpful parking advice in order to avoid one-way streets. I did not like that both access doors to our building did not lock.

The mattress is very low quality. Missing grout in the bathroom floor. Blood or poop on the wall in the bathroom. AC unit was super loud. Breakfast area was cramped, people on top of people trying to get around people sitting at tables to eat. Will not be staying there again when going to Williams.

THIS hotel had a good rating? Room was filthy. Carpeting was dirty. Sheets were dirty, wrinkled, and full of lipstick marks and pubic hairs. Front desk eventually offered clean bedding, but we had to change it ourselves at 10pm after a long trip. And we still had to deal with the parking lot without enough spots, the weird curtains and lighting, and the urine all over the toilet. Front desk guy did his best. But he wasn't able to compensate us or process a refund so we could transfer to a clean hotel. Never again at this hotel.

We stayed overnight into Thanksgiving. Due to the volume of visitors, it would be better to provide two waffle makers instead of one since it is not a pleasant experience to wait 10 minutes to make a waffle. It also needed more overflow seating. Yogurt ran out early. Also, it was very noisy when people are walking on the second floor if you are staying in a room downstairs. Shower was clogged up. We got what we paid for but the motel can be improved.

We stayed in the first floor and the amount of noise you can hear on the next floor up was making it incredibly hard to sleep. The place was clean and was a decent spot. But the noise made it hard to enjoy.

Curtains do not shut all the way and lights are on all night. We have stayed on both sides of the building and the windows being uncovered is always an issue.

Location is very convenient for Grand Canyon visit. Williams is cute town with a few attractions of its own. We were traveling with a small dog, and were given a convenient first floor room. The dog walking area was basically a dirty dusty path. I noticed my white socks were dirty after briefly walking on carpet in room. I think some was from my dog’s paws but not all (?). The darkening shade in room had holes in it (maybe from a previous pet) and needed replacing. The front-desk staff was very friendly, beds were clean (although sheets looked old).

I made a late reservation booking at 10:30 pm as we were having car problems and decided to stop for the night. We finally made it at 12:18 am and I was told my reservation was cancelled at 12:05 am and would not be honored. I have never had a hotel tell me that check in time was 1200 am and I have travelled a ton in my life. As long as arrived I got my room. I was exhausted and frustrated from being in the car for 10 hours and having mechanical issues. Since my reservation was cancelled I asked what I could do to get a room - pay another night? He said yes I could but I would not be allowed to check in until 3 pm as that is the check in time and it was now the next day. I was 13 minutes late and he would not honor my reservation!! I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have never had an issue. After offering to even pay for another night to just get a room he would not allow it until 3 pm that day - 15 hours later. I went across the street to Hampton Inn and they were more than willing to give me a room for the night at 1230 am without any issues. I ended up paying for two rooms that night. Quality Inn should be ashamed of this policy. They just wanted to keep my money and not have to clean the room they had been paid for.

Booked for 2 days. On the second day they lost electricity. We waited until 4 to inquire at desk and was told it wasn't going to be restored until 3AM. Due to using oxygen this wasn't an option. When asked what they could do for us we were told 25% off base price for the one day. Was told manager would contact me next day and heard NOTHING. Will be calling main office unless Expedia can help.

Still one of the best places to stay for the price. However, twice went to the front counter within normal hours and no one was there. Additionally, I asked the room cleaner if I could get two fresh towels only and she did not have any on her cart. These are minimal but can add up and lead to greater issues.

Your young man at check-in was anything but friendly or enthusiastic. Just stood at the desk when we walked in. After a few moments "I" expressed we were hear to check in. He proceeded to ask for an I.D. with zero enthusiasm, took care of check-in activities, then just handed me the keys, no thank you, no direction to rooms, no nothing. Then, about 2am the fire alarm went off. We grabbed some clothes as and critical stuff, left room & went to lobby. We were the first to arrive and there was inityno one there. After a minute of so a gentleman came from the back area looking like he just woke up, very confused. By the multiple guests were in the lobby asking what was going on. The clerk stated he believed someone was smoking in the room setting off the alarm as he was frantically trying to figure out what to do. We waited for about ten minutes with zero instruction from your employee, no emergency services ever arrived, eventually we all just went back to our rooms hoping everything was alright. Very bad!!!! That the employee with the responsibility of the safety of your customers had no clue what he should do or say.

Location is very convenient for Grand Canyon visit. Williams is cute town with a few attractions of its own. We were traveling with a small dog, and were given a convenient first floor room. The dog walking area was basically a dirty dusty path. I noticed my white socks were dirty after briefly walking on carpet in room. I think some was from my dog’s paws but not all (?). The darkening shade in room had holes in it (maybe from a previous pet) and needed replacing. The front-desk staff was very friendly, beds were clean (although sheets looked old).

We stayed overnight into Thanksgiving. Due to the volume of visitors, it would be better to provide two waffle makers instead of one since it is not a pleasant experience to wait 10 minutes to make a waffle. It also needed more overflow seating. Yogurt ran out early. Also, it was very noisy when people are walking on the second floor if you are staying in a room downstairs. Shower was clogged up. We got what we paid for but the motel can be improved.

A/C not working in main lobby so it's hot when you check-in and get food. The breakfast was awful with hard biscuits, gross, powdered faux eggs, etc. We had to change rooms once since the toilet would not flush. The second room we were in, I had to kill a huge black spider on the wall next to one of the beds upon entering. On the positive side, beds were comfy, shower water was hot, staff was friendly, and hot tub water was a good temperature even though the jets only shot upward and not outward so maintenance is needed on the hot tub. It is a nice, quiet location to stay at.

Beds were uncomfortable, hot tub definitely needs to be cleaned. Housekeeping starts knocking on your door at 8am in the morning to see if I’ve checked out. Even tho checkout is scheduled for 11.
