This hotel was pretty modern. Great hangout area with a pool table available. A few snacks for purchase are available with free coffee. However, the pillows on the bed were way too fluffy.... no different sort of pillows to pick from. BIGGEST THING: It is advertised that this hotel has an excellent breakfast. No breakfast at all was available. It was replaced with booze for the evening, but I paid for a free breakfast. That misleading info needs to be removed from their site description.

5/1/2025.This hotel is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of dinning options within walking distance. Definitely visit the Grand Canyon Brewery for pizza behind the hotel! The staff if very friendly and accommodating, easy free parking, great place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon!

Stayed at the Ellsworth for two nights, a little birthday getaway for my boyfriend and I. We live in Phoenix. Loved all the new updates that this hotel has, including the laundry room and fitness center. The theme of the hotel is very unique and has an upscale feel. We really liked the bar area with the pool table as it was a great place to hang out before going to the room for the night. The restaurant next door (Frontier!) was amazing and is a short walking distance to get food and drinks. Other than finding a few hairs in a towel on the sink area (I gave 4 of 5 stars for cleanliness because of this), We loved everything about this hotel. We will definitely be back for a weekend sometime in the future!

The room was nice and modern. Parking was convenient. Check in was smooth. The sink was clogged and strangly their was only one shower door. The room was super fridged when we got in. We went to eat dinner and when we returned it was still slightly cold. It was finally comfortable four hours after we checked in. I would probably stay again.

Easy check-in, friedly staff. Nice new lobby with beer/wine bar - clean and modern. Property clean and rooms modern and clean with comfortable beds. Close walking to all the Downtown Williams stuff. Great BBQ place right next door with full bar and nice family friendly outdoor area. Literally just steps to the grocery store. We'll stay here again, for sure.

First, the staff was amazing. We were checked in by the most professional and courteous staff. The rooms were very nicely appointed and it was a very comfortable stay. The lobby pool table and games made for an entertaining afternoon.

Loved the lobby entrance, check in and a pool table. You can even have a beer if you like. Rooms were clean, staff was extremely nice and accommodating. It is newly remodeled, great parking and walking distance to everything in town. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

4 beers on tap, hand full of wines to choose from, and a pool table all in the lobby. Add in excellent customer service and a warm welcome, nailed it. Rooms are completely redone so no worries there.

The Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The main thing we didn’t like it was, the bathroom, it had a barn door closer, not very private. Also the sink was in the room awkward.

Nice location for Williams and love the bar area downstairs. Room was updated, but food crumbs and hair around the room. Day time service at front desk/bar was great, but night time employee would disappear, leaving the bar unstaffed (though the manager reached out afterwards and indicated this person was no longer employed there). I paid extra for a room that was advertised on Expedia as being larger, but it was much smaller than advertised. Housekeeping entered room shortly after 9am without knocking. Overall, it has great potential, but we likely won’t stay again.

I don’t have enough nice things to say about the Ellsworth Hotel! I was there for just one night while driving between Las Vegas and Denver, but I wish it could have been more. Definitely the cleanest hotel I’ve been to in quite some time, and the bed? Holy comfort, Batman! Soft on the top, but plenty of firm support underneath, with big fluffy pillows. I slept like a dream. Check in and check out were quick and easy, with very friendly staff. I’m hoping to stay again on my next trip next week, and Ellsworth will be my choice every time I’m in the Williams area. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Picked this hotel based off the good reviews and its central location in town. The room itself was not clean, sheets stained, and mold in the bathroom. We ended up walking down the street and checking into a different hotel for our stay.

This location is fabulous for visiting the Grand Canyon. It’s only a hour away but you are in a great walkable small town. It is however a loud location there are trains that go until about nine pm. The rooms are a bit small. Would not recommend for more than three people. Bathroom is the smallest portion with a sliding door. But very cleans and the staff is fantastic. Super close to the grocery store and the walkable portion of town. Would stay again.

Picked this place because it was fairly new. Other than that I didn't like it. I know hotels and real estate ads feature pictures taken with a wide angle lens but this was probably taken with a super wide angle lens. Worst thing was the shower. Three of five bathroom dispensers didn't work. The first night the shower valve was turned all the way hot. Barely lukewarm. Freezing when getting out. Mentioned it to the front desk the next morning and they said they'd have maintenance check it out. Tried the shower later that night but couldn't even get lukewarm water. Went downstairs and told the front desk person that the shower wasn't fixed. He said maintenance did look at it and said it was working but the water heater was at the other side of the hotel so I'd have to run the hot water for 40-45 minutes. I mentioned the vanity hot water was hot within a minute. Anyway ran the shower for 45v minutes. Nothing. Went back downstairs then was told some of the shower valves were incorrectly installed and to try just turning on the water to see if it would get hot. Voila. Don't recommend.

Room was pretty small and we were right by the exit door. Wouldn't have been so bad of there was even a little bit of isolation between the exterior and our room but there wasn't. From 3am until 6am people were coming in and out with crashing doors which kept us up. Maybe invest in some soundproofing of the rooms?!?

The hotel is very clean and in a great location. I booked two rooms, and everything was great except for the hot water. The water in one of my rooms was lukewarm, not hot. With the summer weather, it was fine, but during our stay when the temperature was 25°F (real feel 20°F), it wasn’t ideal. The receptionist was fantastic – check-in was quick and informative. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

First, the staff was amazing. We were checked in by the most professional and courteous staff. The rooms were very nicely appointed and it was a very comfortable stay. The lobby pool table and games made for an entertaining afternoon.

Nice location for Williams and love the bar area downstairs. Room was updated, but food crumbs and hair around the room. Day time service at front desk/bar was great, but night time employee would disappear, leaving the bar unstaffed (though the manager reached out afterwards and indicated this person was no longer employed there). I paid extra for a room that was advertised on Expedia as being larger, but it was much smaller than advertised. Housekeeping entered room shortly after 9am without knocking. Overall, it has great potential, but we likely won’t stay again.

What a nice hotel! Fantastic location in the middle of Route 66 in Williams. Our room was absolutely IMMACULATE and everyone associated with the hotel were sweet and kind. Only comment I could say is the bathroom area is small and the space at the end of the bed was shallow but not really a problem. Room was functional, quiet and nicely furnished. I’ll stay again.

Great property! We stayed here to go see the Grand Canyon & we got to see Bearizona and go to the canyon coaster as well since it was just down the street. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were quite clean. Definitely would stay again.

Overall, the room was comfortable and it was clean and new. It’s a noisy hotel, however, you can hear people conversing and flushing toilets in the adjacent rooms. Then there’s the noise from route 66 right next to it. I’d stay again.

Picked this hotel based off the good reviews and its central location in town. The room itself was not clean, sheets stained, and mold in the bathroom. We ended up walking down the street and checking into a different hotel for our stay.

This hotel was pretty modern. Great hangout area with a pool table available. A few snacks for purchase are available with free coffee. However, the pillows on the bed were way too fluffy.... no different sort of pillows to pick from. BIGGEST THING: It is advertised that this hotel has an excellent breakfast. No breakfast at all was available. It was replaced with booze for the evening, but I paid for a free breakfast. That misleading info needs to be removed from their site description.

Definitely visit the Grand Canyon Brewery for pizza behind the hotel! The staff if very friendly and accommodating, easy free parking, great place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon!

This is a very nice place. The host was extremely accommodating, would definitely recommend this facility. They don't offer breakfast, but there is a grocery and a dairy queen just accross the street.

Loved the lobby entrance, check in and a pool table. You can even have a beer if you like. Rooms were clean, staff was extremely nice and accommodating. It is newly remodeled, great parking and walking distance to everything in town. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

The lobby has a small bar, pool table and fresh made popcorn. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. No cracked tiles, no moldy grout or caulking in the bathroom. It's in walking distance to everything, the train depot, Safeway, and the downtown shops on historic route 66. We would stay here again for sure.

BEWARE!! Two weeks after my stay, I was directly charged AGAIN for a nights stay ($116), directly charged from the hotel. I called to speak to the manager many times to resolve this issue, with no call backs, even sent emails with only one response email with no help or solution to the unauthorized charge. I wanted to leave a good review and the room was decent and the front desk lady was very helpful during our stay. However I feel I was taken advantage of since the manager had no interest in me being double charged or helping me with this issue. So I don’t know if I was scammed since I’m from out of state or what. Just be careful when booking here as they may keep your card on file and charge you weeks later.
