Comfort Inn Near Grand Canyon

Parking is excellent and fenced around the back and sides. Well lit at night and parking where you can see your car from the room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were in good condition

Clean, good breakfast, great location. When we were here the guest laundry was out of service and we had unfortunately been planning on it. Both machines died earlier that day apparently? There is a laundromat in town but the timing didn’t work with us with last wash load at 8:30pm. If you don’t need laundry it would have been great value!

Staff was friendly but the keys to the room and to get into the hotel were always not working. We had to get them rekeyed 3 times and our friend twice. We thought it was us but saw at least three other people having trouble so don't think it was us.

This is an excellent choice for your plans in Williams and the Grand Canyon vicinity. Walkable to the cute retro downtown but not in the middle of it so it’s quiet while you’re at the property. Nice pool/hot tub area and the full breakfast has tasty hot options along with a variety of breads and cereals. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We wouldn’t bother trying another property in the area when we return… we’ll be back here to stay!

EV charging available and convenient, but unexpectedly the Tesla Destination charger was $0.55 per Kwh. More expensive than a supercharger.

This hotel was such a pleasant relief after being in Vegas. The rooms have a microwave, fridge, and small dining table. It was peaceful, and there’s a heated pool and hot tub. The kids loved the breakfast and so did I! We would stay here again.

The hotel itself was ok. The key card access to our room only worked about 10% of the time, and there was certainly a learning curve on how it worked. In some of the reviews I looked at before booking, the hotel said that they were in the process of replacing their access machines. Those reviews were around 2 months ago. Safe to say they have not replaced them yet. There were multiple stains on the carpet and sides of the bed. The sheets of the bed were extremely comfortable and I slept well, but would not recommend looking too closely in areas that aren’t cleaned as often

Good location on way to Grand Canyon. Nice pool and hot tub. Hot tub is a little small, only fit about 5 adults. Room was nice with a mini fridge and microwave separated by a small wall from bed area. Bathroom was good.

Very clean

We just needed a place to rest our heads for one night. It appeared to be clean, but the long black hairs that we found in the bed just about threw me over the edge.

Electrical outlets hanging off walls, fire risk as well as electrocution risk. Black long hair on bedspreads. Bathrooms not as clean as should be shower curtain needs totally replaced. Mildew at bottom 2 inches. Outlets crack and missing parts. Dust around bathroom sprinkler. Toilet connection leaks there was water on floor upon arrival.

WARNING- BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! When we first checked in, got to our room and the room had not been cleaned. YUCK. Went back to front desk and gal gave us another room. That room had urine all over the toilet and floor. Used my own cleaning supplies to scrub the toilet. Office said there was nothing they could do abòut it. Went back to the room only to find out our room key is not working. 3 separate hikes to the front desk later we finally get a key that will work. Again office said nothing they can do. We had a room with 2 beds- the first bed had bed bugs all along the mattress edge. The mattress had blood stains and urine stains on it. The sheets were stained and yellow in color in some places. There was long black hair all around on the bed sheets. Unfortunately the pillows matched the bed. My daughter and newborn Grandbaby stayed in a separate room. Their room was cleaned when she checked in. Upon further review of the beds, sheets, pillows and towels they too had the same biohazards as the first room including bed bugs on the mattress. Some one also tried to break in to her room. Office did nothing. We are not rich people and with no refund we were forced to leave and just drive home. Rather than risk bringing bugs and disease back to the rest of the family.

There were children running and yelling in the hallways, disturbing other guests. The waffle iron in the breakfast room was broken. The elevator was so dirty, our shoes stuck to the floor, and the landing on the east end of the second floor was the same. The property just didn't feel clean.

Glad we were only staying over night for our road trip it was so dirty. Coffee machine was dirty, shower areas had black mold.

Clean room and good breakfast, will stay here again.

We travel and stay in hotels several weeks a year. We have always had a good experience with Comfort Inns. I have to say this was not a good experience!!! The hallways and stairs were filthy! The bed linens looked and felt like they were 20 years old, pink mold on the grout in the shower, the hallways smelled from people cooking in their rooms. It was not even close to being worth the amount they charged per night. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Staff was friendly. Check-in/out was quick. My son locked our room bathroom door and maintenance was quick to respond. Property, resort and room were clean. Breakfast was fresh and good. Short drive to all the activities we wanted to do.

The staff upon check-in was pleasant. The hotel itself is significantly outdated. Carpet in room had holes / tears, the sheets were very thin and old. Pillows were absolutely horrible (very flat and lacking fill). Breakfast was in line with similar free breakfast offerings and the am staff was also very pleasant.

The location was great, quiet, easy parking, convenient to the freeway, friendly staff too. The room was nice. And we like the full blackout curtains too. The only thing that we didn’t like was the bed- it was so soft, wish it was a little firmer. The bathroom was small but it was clean. There was no elevator, so it was a bit hard to carry our luggages going up to our room. We only stayed for one night so it wasn’t a big deal. There was free breakfast but we decided to skip it as there was a long line already- and we even went there when it just started. Looks like the hotel was fully booked!

Clean, very friendly, and helpful staff but you could hear guest walking by when talking in the hallway. Stayed on the first floor and can hear foot steps from the floor above, that is why I rated them 3.

Room was comfortable. There is a microwave and fridge in the room which is convenient. The only issue was the floor layout. The elevator is at the back of the hotel so even if you have a room on the second floor near the front of the hotel you have to go to the back to get the elevator up. It does have a luggage cart to take your stuff so thats a plus.

Carpet needs cleaning. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen.

Great hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Been in US for 4 days now and this is probably the best night sleep I’ve got so far. Hot buffet breakfast fantastic. Now downside, the internet is woefully slow. In today’s connected world this is a must. See pics. Overall lost one star due to the internet. Otherwise would be 5*

I was greeted with kindness from the get go. Everything was explained to me by Cookie after she knew we hadn't stayed there before. That was very thoughtful and detailed. Not something I've ever experienced at other hotels. I do wish hotels would figure out how to secure the drapes to keep them from blocking the ac. The windows weren't locked which i though was weird but i simply locked them. No harm no foul. We checked out at 4am to get back on the road and the morning attending was just as pleasant as Cookie.

It was close to the places we wanted to go to. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Other than a slight mix up on our room we had no problems at all. The mix up was taken care of quickly and professionally. If you are ever in Williams Arizona I highly recommend this hotel. On a side note the staff recommended a Mexican restaurant named “El Corral on 66. Best Mexican I have ever had, all home made and the staff are good enough to be in a 5 star restaurant.

My son and I drove 6 hours and stopped here to sleep at 1am on our way to pick up my son at college. The attendee was so sweet, she was an older lady with beanie. Very helpful and kind when the key didn’t work for the door. She walked us to our room and helped us get in. The rooms were spotless, the bed comfy, and amenities perfect. The next morning another attendee at the desk was kind and helped me get back in the room after I forgot my Stanley. I passed the team cleaning the rooms and they looked happy to be there. Which as a person in the customer service field, means it’s a good place to be. All around great staff, nice stay will be booking again when we take him back.

There was a very nasty unprofessional wo Hokan working the front desk. The pool was NOT heated. I checked out after two nights. WHERE is my refund!?

Beds were great. You need to put out a sign on your door to have your made up… was none in the room so I phoned the front desk to have the room made up…. Didn’t happen. Was there 3 days and the room was never made up

Great location can walk easily to shops. Staff very unfriendly and we were woken at 5am on both mornings by people upstairs just walking around so not real sound proof.

Very nice hotel at a great price. Location was perfect for going to Grand Canyon, about an 1 hr drive, and visiting local attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Williams....At the beginning of the strip and out of the hustle and bustle but walking distance to it all. Next door to Family Dollar if you need anything. Easy parking and the fasted check in I have every had. Great breakfast and coffee all day!! Enjoyed the spa as well.

The room is quite roomy. I have a double bed, queen, size, and Ample space to move around the room. The parking lot has plenty of space to self park and all the areas around the hotel for shopping and dining are walkable and a very quiet atmosphere

We stayed here before and after Grand Canyon trip by train. Train depot was like 3 minutes from this hotel, made it very convenient. Having complementary breakfast was nice for early departure of train. We enjoyed walking around charming town of Williams.

Clean big room. Hotel situated at the west end of William main street (route 66). We stayed for 1 night on our way back from a day on the south rim of the grand canyon (1 hour drive) We are budget minded traveling couple and the hotel offered what we where looking for at a lower price than the options closer or in the grand canyon village.A good night of sleep to hit the road early the next morning. Continental breakfast was standard hotel breakfast

Good location with easy walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and curios. Hotel experience was good overall, staff was notably pleasant and helpful going out of their way to provide a good experience. Cleanliness and maintenance were mediocre, the overall feel being that the staff are all trying but are under-resourced and understaffed. Rooms were comfortable and functional. Indoor pool was a nice amenity for our little.

It was great! The attention was excellent! From its location, you can walk through town and go to different places in no time! There is a cirle k on walking distance, and a safeway. Breakfast was better than expected, it was really good. The pool is indoors, it looked really nice, too bad we didnt have a chance to try it. In general, everything was really good.

It was a nice stay, the hotel seems older but it is still very nice and clean. It was quiet which was nice, no loud talking in the middle of the night or screaming kids running up and down the halls in the morning. The room was comfortable. I was able to keep the room a comfortable temperature during our stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very nice to have coffee or cocoa available 24/7. The breakfast was okay not as many choices as other hotels I have stayed in, but I have stayed at places that were worse. It is a nice thing to grab a bite to eat in the hotel before heading out, as apposed to having to go to a restaurant then go see the sites. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the room was designed for a disabled person so the shower head was lower than usual. I had to really bend down to wash my hair, or since it was a hand held I could hold it in my hand but that is not the most convenient thing to do with shampoo in your hair. The only bad thing was it is a walk in shower with no pan, and I dropped the shower head and it got lots of water next to the shower and soaked the bath rug.

Really nice property. Easy drive to Grand Canyon. The only complaint I had was the eggs in the conti breakfast were stale and the coffee was too weak. I asked for some more eggs and they brought them.

Quiet on 2nd floor and spacious. Good breakfast but too little seating. We had to wait for a table in the overflow room. Maybe if breakfast were extended to 10am instead of 9am, the guests would spead out more throughout the morning.

The stay was excellent overall! I like the attention to detail and the good quality foods and drinks offered. So nice that you offer lemon water to drink and decaf coffee, it’s rare to see in a hotel. Also your coffee tastes good. Only thing I wish you could work on is having enough food for breakfast. We weren’t able to get eggs at all the first day and no waffles today. Food runs out by like 8 or 8:30 am. Lastly, if the do not disturb sign is on the door the cleaning ladies should not knock on the door early in the morning. They also started cleaning right across the hall at 8:45 am, I was not able to sleep. Overall, good stay though.

The Hotel was very close to the Grand Canyon railway. Check in was easy. We did have trouble getting the TV to work. The ice machine was close and easy to find. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety. Plenty of tables to sit. We would book again.

Quiet, good jump off point for Grand Canyon South Rim. Building is a bit old, but our rooms were clean. Breakfast was pretty full choiced - only 1 meat, but eggs & plenty of other choices.
