The room was reasonably nice and clean, but the pool and hot tub were weird. Too much chlorine and the water wasn't like the photos, but green/yellow due to the overuse of chlorine. We were itchy for two days after using the pool.

Enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, the main thing missing was wall plugs and the fridge could have been cooler. The location is quiet and we slept well. We had easy access to go outside, which was helpful since we had two dogs. Hot tub was great after a day hiking the Grand Canyon. It’s just an easy 20 minute walk to go to downtown Williams Route 66 for shops and restaurants.

We chose this hotel because it had multiple beds with two of them being in a separate room. The room was spacious and clean. The whirlpool tub was not usable because there was no means to plug the tub. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub jets wouldn't stay running and when they did, the jets were very weak.

Room smelled horrible. One of the bedding was stained with blood around the edges. Got a new set of linens and the new set was stained as well. Carpet is nasty and walls were filthy. Would not stay again or recommend.

We arrived late, but check in was fine enough. We got to our room which seemed alright off the bat. As the evening progressed, we started seeing little black bugs around the room. First in the bathroom, then around the room. In the morning upon waking up, a couple of us had some small itchy bites on us. Aside from that, after waking up in the morning and walking over to the window to open up the curtain, we saw a pair of wadded up, dirty socks on the floor, near the curtain. Not ours as we had not unpacked, nor been there long. They need to give an extra touch to cleaning the rooms and PLEASE do something about those bugs! It has been 4 days since checking out of that room and the bites are still present on our skin and itching!

The hotel room were in disrepair. The room i was in didn’t have a shower curtain and no toiletvseat cover, and the toilet seat was wobbly. The beds were disgusting as you could see hair on the sheets. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The pool was freezing. The best part was the restaurant and bartender, Diego. He was great and the sole reason we came back a second night for dinner. We only stayed three nights. The couch in our room was in poorcshape too. The other room my mom stayed in had a couch in better shape. The overall condition of the rooms are in disrepair and are in need of remodel. I never would have thought this would be the condition considering it is a Wyndham property. We even contemplated going to another hotel.

Bathroom was full of mildew and mold, found blood on one of the beds. Mini fridge would not get cold the gasket on the door was falling off. The counter was falling a part. Carpet full of stains looks like it has never been cleaned. I expected more from a Wyndham property. Website said free breakfast. No free breakfast had to buy breakfast from the attached restaura t..this place catfished me

The room was absolutely dirty. Stains on the headboards. A bloody stain on the wall next to bed. Some type of slimy substance on bathroom door handle. The paint and tiling was falling off. The pool area ceiling was rusty and stained windows. The place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Never staying there again.

It looked better in the photos. The back door did not lock so was uncomfortable that anyone could get in . Room was awkward and I got the suite and only 3 tv channels old television that was unable to connect too. WiFi was spotty. Won t return price was not worth it. Restaurant on site not kid friendly. It was a bar n grill. Stayed for the Polar express. Which was close.

Average quality for the price. The place is old, gym has a couple items in there, everything seems to be bare minimum. One lamp stand in the room didn't work, but no one came to fix it. You can hear absolutely everything through the walls, snoring, flatulence, conversations. Area is safe but just depressing, not much on this part of town. I guess this is a good place to crash if you are tired from driving but not the place to stay for visiting the area.

Hotel is old and in desperate need of a remodel. The pictures on Hotels.com made the hotel appear much nicer that it actually is. There was visible mold in the shower, broken and loose floor tiles in the restroom, broken toilet seat, janky light fixtures on the wall next to the bed that you had to fiddle with in order to get to work, all fixtures are old. Overall, if you just need a room with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower, then this place will do but dont expect much more that that.

We stayed there Aug 25-28. This is an old hotel. No breakfast included on our stay, but a lot of fast food and restaurants nearby. They have a good size pool. We had the family suit, which has 3 beds, small kitchen countertop with small sink, refrigerator and microwave. Everything was pretty old, the kitchen sink was clogged and has very little water from the faucet. There was a lamp plugged in with no light bulb (it's a hazard). The carpet floors seem a bit old and dirty. It's ok if you're out all day and only sleeping there. This hotel needs an upgrade for sure. However, the location is great, about one hour from Grand Canyon, and you can explore the town, Williams where the famous Route 66 is. We didn't have any other issues.

Clean, comfortable and simple room with several amenities. The sheets were among the softest I have ever felt at a hotel. The only drawback was no blackout curtains. That morning sun came in and that was the end of sleep.

The room had clearly not been updated in a while. The room was old looking as well, it had cracked tiles and the bathroom door was broken at the bottom. The room was not that sound proof and it was worse because we had noisy neighbors.

I asked for first floor room if no elevator was available. The plus was they had an elevator but they put us down two long hallways and we were the last room in that part of the hotel. Super far away from the elevators. Oh well, they did have free cappuccinos in the lobby. Also Wi-Fi was almost non existent. We couldn’t keep a signal so just gave up.

The poor front desk clerk was by herself and had a long line of people to check in as well as deal with phone calls, and any issues that arose. She was very helpful and courteous despite her situation. They needed to be a second front desk clerk. The rooms were very noisy with minimal insulation between the rooms. I could hear the snores of the guest next door.

My husband is partially handicap and walking is difficult. I did not think to mention it when reserving. I spoke with the front desk and they offered to move us but I told them that it was ok since it was my fault. The next day the elevator was out and they were quick to get us moved to the bottom floor. They were also very kind.

First of all, this was the worst hotel that I’ve ever booked through Expedia. The room that I was given was dirty, smelly and extremely outdated. The sofa chair had a piece of upholstery missing from one of the arms. When I went to complain at the front desk, that staff was rude and gave the impression that I was bothering them. I was told that they didn’t have another room, but the hotel had very little clients and a great deal of available rooms. The rooms and entire hotel were very outdated. The walls all looked horrible with bad drywall repair jobs. Stay away from this hotel and book elsewhere. This horrible hotel practically ruined my vacation to the Grand Canyon. Take my advice and book elsewhere and don’t let this horrible hotel ruin your vacation.

The beds were comfortable. We were cold and put on the heat, but the heater started to smoke and the smoke alarm came on. The bathroom was tiny, but clean and serviceable. They had the nerve to charge and additional $3.95 for coffee to their $12.99 pathetic breakfast buffet that only had pork meats (bacon, ham, sausage) and scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuits and yogurt. I wish I had seen the McDonald's at the end of their driveway. They serve the same thing for a third of the price. This breakfast buffet should really be included in the price of the room.

Good for an overnight with big pool and reasonably sized, clean rooms. Easy reach of the main town with eating facilities and many gift shops. Also good real ale bar with multiple choices. The hotel has an attached bar and eatery for those who wish to stay in. Breakfast good.
