On a weekend I couldn't understand why the bar and grill was not open, that's when you want to invite friends up to the hotel and eat and drink without the worry of trying to find somewhere else to go, I was very disappointed about that

I had called to add a second room to our reservation, which they did over the phone. However, it was never put into the system and there was no record of it. Therefore, we ended up having to get two rooms at the last minute since there were no room with queen beds left. Also, we were very disappointed that the bar and restaurant were not open and breakfast was quite expensive.

We only stayed one night for better proximity to our son's college graduation ceremony. The hotel was clean and comfortable, nice staff. One drawback - we arrived around 8pm and were disappointed there was nowhere to grab a beer with out of town visitors, either in the hotel or within walking distance.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. Parking was very good. My only complaint is that we were near the elevator and listened to it chiming every time it opened during the night….which was a lot.

The room was very clean & spacious. Our dinner was very good. The breakfasr was exceptional. We were extra time to keep our room as our vehicle was in the shop unexpectedly. We were not charged for the extra time. The only negative was the tub was incredibly slippery.

I was so disappointed by this stay. There was hair all in the bathroom from previous guests. The windows were dusty on the inside and rug looked it hasn't been vacuumed. The canke was out and we were here on vacation for New Years. We had to go out to watch the ball drop.We didn’t even return. Front desk agent looked annoyed when I arrived. Very disappointing for a HGI.

The room was great, quiet and clean. However the mini fridge was off balance which left it unable to be used easily. The microwave was the same. The notes on the water I felt was in poor taste, after all we were staying in a "HILTON' as a Hilton rewards member.

Upscale, nice property. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and neat. Quite a bit of trucking noise from nearby I-85. Breakfast was the most disappointing thing of my stay: lots of variety, but everything was cold! Even the coffee was just lukewarm!

I would not waste your money on this facility. The lobby looks nice but as soon as you talk to the employees you’ll notice it’s not so nice. The employee who assisted me with signing did not go over anything, they assume if signs are up people will read them. All the employee did was explain how to get to my room, did not go over breakfast timing, when pool opened closed, and when checkout was. As soon as I went to my room it smelled like mildew, the sheets smelt unclean. We requested a king bed, we were given a double bed, we also only received 1 towel for two people and two nights, the shower head was disgusting and did not how good water, the pin on the tub spout did not pull up all the way and still left water in the tub, the shower head did not have good pressure, and the floor is too slippery. When I went to ask for more towels both employees were on their phone, one asked if I received any more towels after housekeeping went around, they did not go around and I explained I only had 1 towel for 2 people. The employee advised she had to ask…ASK for permission to get more towels. When we put stuff in the mini fridge it was not cool and did not keep anything cool after changing settings. When going to checkout this couple was standing waiting for assistance, the employee was on the phone ignoring them.

My experience has always been great. But, on this visit, the downstairs gill was not up to standards. I ordered a burger and fries. Thinking it would be handmade and tasty. It was a frozen patty dry with no taste. The fries needed seasoned too. Very sad that this happened. I have eaten at the grill several times with my stay and the food has always been good. New cook? I reserved a walk-in shower accessible room, I ended up with a non accessible room first and had to call the front desk. They gave me an accessible room but it was a tub/shower combo. They provided a shower chair that was wobbly so we didn’t use it. The toilet was a normal low toilet but luckily, it has grab bars. I am not sure if the hotels.com communication to the hotel itself was lacking regarding the reservation.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was kind, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. The bar and grill was outstanding, with great cocktails, delicious burgers, and excellent signature street tacos. The food and service exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished with what appeared to be new furnishings. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
